The condo was perfect, very compact but very comfortable and convenient to everything.
2.0 / 10.0
We chose this location primarily for the convenience of being next to the ski lift. That part was great, but that was the only part. The property was not up to livable standards and certainly not worth the price they charged.
We were able to get in the garage, but we were not left a parking pass. It took us well over 24 hours before someone finally brought us one. One of the burners on the stove was broken, the inside of the coffee maker looked like it hadn't been cleaned for 10 years, and worst of all the fireplace was not working so we had no heating. This was worsened by the fact that the doorstop was also broken so cold air was leaking from outside the whole time. We tried getting in contact with customer service numerous times, but they were not very responsive. Unfortunately all these things combined to make a vacation very stressful and unenjoyable at times.

The condo was freezing. The fire didn't work and the thermostat was broken. Experienced great difficulty trying to contact the property managers at VACASA. Waited 3 hours for someone to respond and ended up having to move to a different location as thermostat could not be fixed

The garage parking was nice. I can see why another review mentioned issues with the parking permit - it's a generic vacasa hang tag with the unit# but not specific to vehicle or dates - we didn't have any issues though.
Access to the snowflake lift can't be beat. The walking trails alongside it are also a nice perk. The free bus system has a stop right outside the complex. 10 minute walk downhill to main St. The location is definitely the main selling point of this unit.
Other reviews have mentioned lack of cleanliness but everything appeared clean to us and we had no issues other than no dishwasher detergent.
Same access code for everything including the unit door. Surely the complex has multiple entry codes, right? I didn't love the thought of the entire complex having the access code to our unit.
Layout is strange with a half bath in a different room than the tub/sink. The unit is basically an elongated studio apartment. 4 people would be...snug
No AC and one exterior window, beige walls, dim lights, feels dark and gloomy. The unit warmed up to the low 70s with heat off, which was about the same as outside high temperature. I think it could get hard to sleep in warmer summer weather (a box fan was in the closet so maybe that's enough). It is not a relaxing place to return to. Though the creek hidden in the bushes outside the window does sound nice.
Two humidifiers in the closet, they were much appreciated in the dry mountain air.
Walls are thin. You'll hear the water pipes every time a nearby unit flushes the toilet or runs the shower.
Construction is ongoing right outside this unit. Noise until 7pm some nights. Banging (hammer?) until 9pm another. Plan to step around ladders and extension cords until they finish (looks like a month+ project)
The outdoor hot tub was closed due to the construction.

Loved the location and the convenience of checking in. Property was extremely clean and had a cabin feel to it! Loved the sound of the stream and enjoyed the jetted bath tub.
Came to Breckenridge for a 3:30 pm wedding and check-in was not until 4pm. Requested an earlier check-in but request was denied. Had to get ready for wedding at a property nearby that gave their guest the ability to arrive earlier. Didn’t get to enjoy it much because we didn’t arrive until after 10 pm and my stay was less than 12 hours.

There are several important things that did NOT work at the condo. A stove burner, fireplace, and blow dryer.
