Location is excellent for exploring east Suffolk. The A12 is close by, yet it is very quiet. Apartment is very comfortable and airy, with lots of space to store things in bedroom. Good shower.
Very little not to like! This was our third stay at the Three Tuns, but our first in Weeping Willow. Less storage in the kitchen area, and fewer utensils, than our usual apartment. A blind over the front door and hooks in the bathroom would be good additions. But we were very happy with our stay and would happily book Weeping Willow again.

Nice quiet location. Nice apartment. Only think I would recommend is to take own bed pillows if you do not get on with thin pillows.
Nice pub around the corner.

Very cosy apartment for 2 people, perfect location for getting around.
Cant really think of anything negative.

value for money very nice Property
No door on the bedroom long window on the front door needs a blind or curtain

clean & good sized under counter fridge. Lovely pub in walking distance
Quite noisy (other guests came in at 11:30 & 1:30am next door) and the lounge was uncomfortable. Busy road out front of property and dog kennels directly opposite
4.0
Well equipped with quality appliances, implement and linens.
Under floor heating and constant hot water.
Good car parking.
Helpful staff.
Excellent location.
Quiet.
Well managed recycling and rubbish removal, away from apartments.
Well lit at night.
WiFi was consistent.
TV reception good.
We stayed for 6 days and it appears the properties are more often used for shorter periods. We liked it and would stay again, but the following are constructive criticisms.
We were told the bed was 5’… it wasn’t. 4’6”. We are both tall, well built people, one with a significant back injury at the time.
We were sent a list of appliances which told us there was a dishwasher… there wasn’t.
We were told there was a washer……… it was across the courtyard in a shared laundry.
The lighting was very stark or non existent. No bedside lighting.
Had to keep the curtains shut all the time and drape a throw over the door window , as there is a complete lack of privacy with people passing otherwise, especially in an evening. Which made the inadequacies with lighting more apparent.
No hooks, shelves, or any other available surface in the bathroom, other than the window sill. A hook for towels and some small shelves behind the door would be nice.
No hanging for coats, bags at all in living area. Not good with wet outer wear.
Door mat won’t fit behind the door, so floor gets dirty on entry.
Huge puddle formed at only entry point from car park.

Nice modern apartment, large smart TV, good location, plenty of off road parking and comfortable bed.
Sofa was rather uncomfortable, neighbourhoods quite noisy due to thin walls. Took over a month to send out an item we left in the room.
4.5
Lovely little self contained apartment, perfect for a one night getaway
Really not used to a double bed after being spoilt with an emperor!

Settee very uncomfortable springs coming through dust and dirt on floor very noisy could hear next door making noise water system in other property very noisy when taps are running
4.0
Small but had everything we needed.
The sofa, clean looked nice but was like trying to get cosy on a park bench. Very uncomfortable.
Everything else was great just need to look at that.
3.5
Clean, modern, quiet area
A microwave would be really useful!
