This home is immaculate backing onto waterview, ,beautifully decorated, fully equipped 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom , separate office,, carpet-free, new home with custom extra large lanai with Salt Water pool and hot tub. in the award winning gated community of Stoneybrook. The clubhouse is Resort Style Living with tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball large pool and hot tub, theater room, 24 hour gym. Close to all amenities, 5-10 minute drive to award winning beaches, surrounded by nature trails, next to Myaka River, many golf courses within minutes of home.
Home has main floor bedroom with queen bed, a large open concept kitchen and family room, fully equipped office with pull out couch printer, scan/ fax machine, wireless (wifi) throughout, and 3 pc bath, upstairs has family room and 3 more bedrooms, master with king bed and 5 piece ensuite, other room has two twin beds and other is bunk beds with twin and double and 5 piece bath.Weber BBQ, plenty of patio furniture and lounges on extra large Lanai. No pets, no smoking.
Located close by many excellent restaurants, shopping, entertainment, mineral hot springs, Mayaka River, minutes to award winning beaches like Siesta Keys..Airports Punta Gorda, Sarasota, Tampa and Fort Myers.

A+++ experience. My husband and I stayed three months and loved every minute of it. We were able to entertain local friends and even had a few family members visit. It's located in a lovely gated community and the neighborhood is quiet, yet full of families of all ages. The house was very clean and decorated not only tastefully, but comfortably as well. The home itself was laid out to utilize the square footage and would allow for separate groups to be doing something different at the same time. There is a separate television/family room area upstairs. There were games and books and videos. There were bicycles and beach equipment and even a few pool toys and inner tubes. The linens, towels, bath and kitchen items were more than adequate. Cooking and eating inside or out is an easy option. The pool, jacuzzi and lanai area was one of the nicest we've ever seen. It was like being at your own private resort. There are several areas where you could eat, and plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. Also, a wonderful covered area with a couch and chairs to curl up and read a book. Venice is such a wonderful location with lots of restaurants, beaches and many activities. The community club house has a wonderful pool as well, and have activities also available. But, truthfully the property is so fully equipped, we found we had many days where we didn't want to leave at all. Marta, the manager was more than helpful, and readily available. Communication was fabulous! All our needs were met. We would not hesitate to recommend this vacation property to anyone wanting to experience a little piece of Paradise. This is truly it!

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Whatever we needed, it seemed to be there. Bicycles, beach chairs, sporting equipment, etc. lots and lots of seating areas, especially outside around the pool. Loved the pool and hot tub, house extremely spacious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a beautiful home! Everything was immaculate and was of high quality. The heated pool was perfect along with the hot tub. With so many seating areas around the pool, we could be in sun or shade at all times. The property manager was easy to deal with and greeted us upon arrival. We had no issues while we were there. The kitchen was fully equipped, and then some - no need to buy anything! The master bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of towels. The neighborhood was great for walking, and biking if you wanted. We were sad to leave 10 days early due to Covid-19 but hope to return again someday. A beautiful getaway!

We LOVED our stay! The house is beautiful and spacious. We lived by the pool, especially when we had extended family visit. The owner's were very responsive to all inquiries and the contacts they provided were also very helpful during our stay. We loved looking out over the water in the backyard each morning while having our coffee. Even got to spot our alligator friend every once in awhile :)

We have rented many home in the Venice, Nokomis area, this property was by far the best. It had everything we needed for the beach, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella. The house is set up with two living areas one on main floor and the other upstairs so the younger kids had a place of their own. Pool area had plenty of seating. Great neighborhood as well. You cannot beat this home, I will surely be back. Everyone we dealt with was great.

This house is perfect for a whole family. We've been there with 7 people (5 adults/2 kids) for two weeks. We had enough space for everybody, with the two livingrooms and the poolarea... It's very good with the three bathrooms, so that there's no queue in front of the toilets or showers... ;-) All the stuff in the garage that we could use, was just great (beach stuff - chairs, umbrellas, bodyboard, waterpistols; the bikes and the tennisequipement) there was nothing that wasn't there... The house is as good or even better than in the pictures... (very clean, all is in good shape...) The location of the house is great (2 min to the highway and just a few minutes to the closest beaches.) All contacts (with Cindy and Marta, the property manager) were very friendly and always helpful and reachable by mail or phone. We had a wonderful time in this lovely house. Looking forward to come back again and recommend this house to all our friends... Corina & Juerg

We booked this home for 6 weeks just gone June and I have to say it is one of the most beautiful homes i have ever rented and I've rented quite a few. I also rent my own properties on the same websites so i know how important it is to provide 5 star accommodation if thats what you advertise. Cindys house is 10 star and it has the most welcoming atmosphere . We really felt at home there and we had every mod con , the most elegant comfy furniture and we were so relaxed the whole time we were there.The pool area is HUGE and its been extended so you get the sunshine all day long.The patio furniture is huge and comfy and theres enough for a large group and more. The house is well worth every cent and more . Cindy is one of the kindest most helpful host i have come across and i cant sing her praises enough. LOVE LOVE LOVE this home and thank you so much for having us.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks at this house in December 2012, the owner responded to all our queries immediately when we were initially enquiring about the house, which made it really helpful and easy to choose this house. The photo's don't do this house justice, it's even bigger and more luxurious and really clean. Everything you can imagine is at the house and it's well stocked for all your needs. Various beaches are a mere 10 mins drive away, and we opted to go to Siesta Beach at least 6 times during our stay, which is only a 25 mins drive away. It truly is the no 1 beach in the USA. The added bonus of a gated community alongside clubhouse facilities was really great. We can definitely recommend this house and look forward in spending time there again in the future. We booked this Villa for a 20 night stay in January 2013. Having been to the Gulf Coast on a number of occasions we had never stopped in Venice. The villa is as nice as the pictures show, tastefully decorated and furnished. It was well equipped with everything that you would need and two lounges should you have a party that want to do different things/watch something else on TV. The 62” TV was great for catching up on the US shows we have come to enjoy when we are over from the UK. The main bedroom had a huge bed, and the ensuite had separate shower and bath and double wash basins. The pool area was very spacious and again well equipped with comfortable loungers and two dining areas. The pool was nice and the hot tub fantastic, the benefit of electric heating over solar was noticeable. Two bikes, tennis racquets, beach equipment, coolbox, wireless printer etc were also provided if you needed them. The Wifi was also good. There is a clubhouse with tennis courts and gym and pool available too although we did not make use of them. The area was fairly quiet and although we have always stayed at villas with spare plots either side the closeness of the neighbours was not a problem. The lake at the rear attracted some birds and I think possibly some turtles. As always a car is needed to get around Florida but everything was within a reasonable distance. There are some beautiful beaches nearby, plenty of shops (Northport, Port Charlotte, Sarasota & Venice). The I75 was only 5 minutes away so you can go north to Tampa, St Pete or south to Fort Myers, Naples etc. A friend of the owners was on hand for any issues, meeting us on our first full day and when we checked out. She was also kind enough to take in some parcels for us. The owners were friendly and helpful as were the people we met in the community. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property.
