very Beautiful stay for our family two adults and two young children. property was lovely and clean and welcoming. in the small lounge where you eat they have board games and toys for the children. the area where you stay is lovely and quite away from the hustle and bustle in Blackpool so you get a decent night sleep. To get in to the main town you literally walk up the road about 5 mins and catch the tram which runs every 15 min. definitely a fantastic stay and would stay their again.
nothing.

Location was not too far away nearby to get tram to town
That the rooms weren't cleaned or even bins emptied had to ask to change towels also TV didn't get signal had to change one TV the other was just as bad . Breakfast was basic cereals toast . Going on other reviews seems like different place never saw Helen. .

to be honest the visit was very disappointing
everything from start to finish, firstly booked a twin room they gave us two single rooms, one room my partner was covered in bites from the stay, second room, was damp and mouldy, breakfast was supposed to be continental, it was toast and one morning crumpets and eggs, no butter for the toast. this place is outdated damp and mouldy have more photos but could only upload 4

Host was lovely.
Area was not too near the strip which was great.
Weather was great too for time of year.
Couple that argued throughout the night and then made up noise included.

Was a lovely hotel. The manager was really nice. Very accomodating, nice clean comfortable hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. A little too far from the pleasure Beach but easily get a bus or tram from there. Overall was great.

Helen was absolutely wonderful! Hats off to her for running the place on her own! She was fantastic with our daughters and made us feel so welcome.
I don’t want to be ignorant or rude, probably the cleanliness of the shower, there were a few stray hairs that weren’t ours.

We had a pleasant 3 nights stay at the location. Helens was being very welcoming and keen to help out at any moment. The location was excellent too. We had a homely feeling. All amenities as well as few toys for kids to keep engaged was unexpected. Thank you.
