Ben ubicat. El personal correcte. Que deixin per fer cafè de sobres

Armari terrible, amb la paret foradada i pujava fum de tabac per allí i entrava a l habitació. Un fàstic. I sort q era fum... Pq hagués pogut pujar qualsevol cosa. Tants aparells de calefacció i feia fred.

hôtel propre et personnel accueillant mais compliqué de bien dormir

chambre propres et personnel accueillant.

chambre au dessus d’un bar qui ferme à 2h et porte de la chambre qui donne sur l’escalier centrale de l’hôtel avec beaucoup de déplacement pendant la nuit.

الموظفين ودودين ومتعاونين الفندق نظيف ويقع على حافة السوق القديم ووسط المدينة الموقع ممتاز جدا

تعيش أوروبا بشكل عام تعويض خسائر كرونا حيث تشهد ارتفاع مبالغ فيه من حيث الاقامة في الفنادق بشكل عام حيث ترتفع الاسعار بدرجة ملحوظة وهذا ما يتركني افكر كثيرا قبل السفر إلى أوروبا مستقبلا

I would recommend the hotel.

The hotel was a good value for the price. The room size was good. It was very clean and the location of the hotel was great. It was surprising how quiet it was considering how close it was to all the action!

Superb

We arrived about 10pm and we were checked in quickly. It was a relief to be in a quiet room with air conditioning to rest and sleep in. We were especially impressed with Linda at the front desk who was very kind and let us store our luggage.

Stayed two nights in Icone, its location is relatively good, around 10 mins walk from the main Centre and lake Annecy. The room is big enough. bed is comfortable, small balcony and relatively small yet clean bathroom.

a really lovely hotel in a great location. would definitely go again.

the property was very well located in Annecy old town, the bed was really comfortable, bathroom facilities great. the staff were lovely too.

the air con didn’t work in our room. there was a Dyson fan but it was very hot when getting ready and sleeping. the hangers in the clothe hanging area were really dusty, and one of them broken.

Would definately stay here again.

Lovely hotel ideally situated in the centre of town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room and everything anyone could reasonably expect from a hotel.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything was superb. Would definately recommend.

the bed was really bad, very uncomfortable! they need to buy a new one.

Hairdryer broken but cleaner got me one in minutes. Also shower had to hand hold it

Just what was needed after a stressful journey

we had the last room available and we were told in advance that it was a room that had not yet been refurbished. However, it was spacious, clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and plenty of hot water. The hotel had a very good restaurant and we had a delicious meal and a very good continental breakfast the next morning . Best of all the staff without exception were all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is basic but it's so cheap taking into account the position. It's right near the city center, and you can go on any place in Annecy by foot.

Great Value and Location

During a very busy holiday weekend, this hotel came to our rescue by finding us a room. The rooms were on the small side, but they were clean and modern with good bathrooms and showers. Also, the location was exceptional!

Depending on your room number, you may need to climb several flights of stairs which can be problematic with couples with heavy bags (our case).

The front lady was so nice. We have big luggages but the hotel doesn't have elevator so she offered the room at the ground floor in order not to carry luggage up along the stairs. The room is big and quite clean. Location is also perfect.

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location

Fantastic location, very comfortable bed and fab shower.

Check you have the right key for the exterior door before going out!

location. the receptionist women was great. friendly and helpful. the only bright side in the hotel.

very outdated. curtain in the shower as we are in the 70’. one day we didn’t have hot water. the breakfast was …. well. we decided to eat in one of the cafes in the area.

Good location and staff, but beware of noise at night. Good value though

Location is amazing! Staff were very helpful and kind.

Bathroom was moldy (no fan) and room was a bit tired looking . Last night a nightclub or party kept us awake till 5 a.m.

Great value for money, perfect location, would definitely reccomend

Great location on the outskirts of Annecy old town but within walking distance to all the sightseeing and restaurants basically on the doorstep. Only a 5 minute walk to a supermarket too where we would get picnic supplies most days. Staff were really friendly and when we asked offered the suggestion of going to Talloires one day which we did and really enjoyed.! Had heard other reviews mention noises but we stayed for 6 nights and had no issues. Perhaps we're deep sleepers?

Not the comfiest beds but didn't stop us sleeping.
