En recepción estaban desubicado y entre a la habitación a las 16:15h Llegue a las 15:00h No habían limpiado la habitación Yo tengo que estar puntual pero ellos no lo estuvieron Se tiraban la pelota uno al otro Lo arreglaron diciendo que nos podíamos quedar hasta las 14;00h (para compensar ) Lo más lógico será salir a la misma hora a la que entro Llegas casi pasado el día sin poder disfrutar de casi nada Para luego estar fuera a las 14:00h El parking gratis hubiera estado bien Pero también lo tuve que pagar

Für meine Familie und mich eine schöne Zeit.

Ein Babybett stand bereit und die Couch war zu einem weiteren Bett ausgezogen.

Die Couch war extrem unbequem sodass man nicht darauf schlafen konnte. Daher haben wir alle in einem Bett geschlafen. Das war wiederum schön.

Przyjemne ale nie warte tej ceny.

Obsługa na basenach oraz na restauracjach. Animacje wieczorne.

Sprzątanie pokoi. Podczas kolacji trzeba było kupować napoje z czego woda kosztowała 5 euro a na śniadaniach wszystko było w cenie. W pokojach brak uzupełnianych codziennie kaw oraz wody.

Good hotel and friendly staff but location is lacking

Very clean and stylish hotel and helpful staff. Room was a high standard and bed comfy.

The area. Main pool looked out onto a scruffy hillside car park. Nowhere really to go for a walk. I’m not a fan of the constant rock music personally but i understand it is part of the brand

El servicio...pagas un 5 estrellas pero no tiene un servicio 5 estrellas...poco personal en restaurante..El El bar piscina..hay que esperar muchísimo para que atiendan...

Хороший завтрак, отличные большие бассейны, приятный персонал на ресепшен

Расположение оставляет желать лучшего, далеко от общественной жизни, неудобная планировка комнат, отсутствие отельных принадлежностей для гигиены( ватные диски, зубные щетки и тд),а так же ужасный лаунж бар на 16 этаже с очень плохими коктейлями и невежливым, не говорящим по английски и непрофессиональным персоналом.

An airport shuttle would be useful Better transport links to main tourist beaches would also be helpful

Hotel muy animado, música y buen rollo por donde vayas. Animación para los niños excelente, muy atentas en especial Daphne y Sire. Desayuno impresionante.

We have been many times…. The good out way the bad but only just.

Las Vegas feel…. Breakfast amazing…. Good pools….. Good access….

Wildly expensive drinks and choice….. check in extremely time consuming and slow…. Sometime difficult to communicate with staff due to lack of English speaking… starting to look a little shabby in places….

Will be back for sure!

I liked everything! From the room and friendliness of the staff to The organization of the breakfast and dinner. The pool area too, especially for children.

We couldn’t book any of the restaurants - always fully booked. I didn’t like the pool bar of the big pool downstairs I think it bc was Laggon. Super messy and disorganized in comparison to other bars/areas. The music in the lobby was sometimes too loud.

Lovely room with amazing view but not a good place for our needs and checkin was the worse I have had in a 4 star

Lovely room, great view, excellent choice and quality at breakfast

Noisy - club music from roof top bar at night and beach bar Dj all day. ( probably my fault did not do enough research !) Terrible check in - had to wait 20 mins with no info from wandering staff and no queuing system so people pushed in. Checkin very long process with upselling of more products and upgrades and all done very slowly and inefficiently using an iPad ( with unclear instructions) when they already had my address etc

The drinks and pool were nice.

The staff are extremely rude. The location is terrible - you are nowhere near Costa Adeje centre. One member of staff in particular “Oscar” a bell boy was extremely rude to me on my final morning, funnily enough after I had checked out… it was if we’ve got your money now and your stay is over so screw you! I spent the guts of 10,000 euro here as we rented the gold suite and extended our stay numerous times. Very very unhappy with the staff here particularly this bell boy “Oscar” The beds are TERRIBLE… I left needing seen by a doctor for back pains. For the money I paid and it being a gold suite I expected A LOT better!

Too many children, especially running around in the bar areas, also with no tops on. Not what I expect to see in a 5* report. Children allowed to scream, shout, and cry loudly next to our room. Parents not doing anything

Frühstücksbuffet außergewöhnlich umfangreich, für jeden etwas dabei, vegan, vegetarisch, ... Musik begleitet dich immer aber in einer sehr angenehmen Lautstärke Live Musik ist toll Kinderfreundlich
