Behulpzaam personeel, inrichting ouderwets.

Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam

Inrichting nog ouderwets en vrij kleine kamer. Parkeren was redelijk duur en krap, helaas kon ik ook niet laden.

Nettes Personal, Badezimmer modern

Es waren Haare auf dem Waschbecken als ich ankam, das frühstück war simple aber okey, die toilettenpapier halterung war kaputt, es war keine Tüte im Badezimmer Mülleimer, es gibt keinen Wasserkocher, beim Telefon gab es keine Durchwahl zur Rezeption, Die Bettlacken sind altmodisch & halten nicht(man berührt das Innenleben, finde ich nicht so hygienisch.

Pas trop loin du centre en tram. Restaurants de quartier très bons à proximité. Calme la nuit. Samuel a l'accueil est de très bon conseil. Le personnel est gentil.

Otelimiz cok temiz ve kaliteliydi hergün temizlik yapıldı.mobilya ve yatak çok rahattı.çalışanlar ve Resepsiyon çok yardımcı oldular.çok güleryüzlü ve naziktiler.otelin önünden kalkan 16 numaralı tramvayla duamoya ve tüm merkeze gidiliyor çok rahat.👍 bi daha ki gelişimzde tekrar bu otelde kalmak isterim.💯💯

Calidad de la habitación y baño Desayuno muy completo Hospitalidad del personal Resolución de dudas y problemas Cercano a estación del Metro, esto facilitó la llegada hacia Il Duomo.

Que no tuviera rampa para subir maletas en la recepción ☺️

Der Aufenthalt war toll, das Personal ebenfalls

- Es gibt kein Frühstück was schade ist. - Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, man hört seine Nachbaren manchmal. Wir konnten aber trotzdem immer sehr gut schlafen. - Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad neu und gut ausgestattet.

Für einen kurzen Besuch der Stadt würde ich dieses Hotel wider wählen. Es hat eine Tramstation in der nähe mit der man bequem den Dohm erreichen kann. Ebenfalls hat es richtig Italienische Restaurants in naher umgebung.

Good breakfast and location

Rude personnel and very slow with process of checkin. Not all of them are bad, but unfortunately some really stood out. Quite old hotel and the air conditioning made terrible noises that you couldn't sleep

Amazing breakfast and good coffee too. Nice location in area B to reach the place by car also.

Some of the staff were extremely slow on handling check in/out and quite rude. Room quite small.

Amazing Place.

The property was very neat, staff were very helpful. The place is very near to the tram and 15 mins away from the Doumo. I would recommend this place to any one coming to Milan, if I came back I will sure stay here.

Will not consider this hotel again

Convenient location

Room have smoking smell. Few items damaged. Too calculative. Even bottled drink needs to charge and without informing us. No kettle. Requested for 1 but was very dirty. Changed another kettle also same. Only 1 pkt of shampoo & conditioner for 5 days stay. No coffee etc.. Limited food and still have to pay 15 euro per pax for 0er day. Overall i feel that it is not worth for the money paid

Expensive, old-style, avoid if you can.

Location

It’s an old hotel with 1900s rules like “leave your key at the desk” (even if it’s a card). Check-out is very early (10 am) and the rooms are from the 1970s, small, and with small and not very comfortable beds. All this would be fine if the price was 50-70% cheaper.

The best price

It is the best choice in terms of cost in the city. The staff is polite, eager to answer every question and assist. The room is convenient and the bathroom is renovated.

The hotel is situated about half an hour from the city centre and the main attractions. Basic cleaning, the breakfast is not worthy, there are best options in the city.

Good value for money

The night staffs received us very well and provided us with several tips on buses and places we could go. It was extremely helpful. Also, the staff team found and returned one of my gloves at checkout when I asked, not expecting to find it.

The breakfast is simple and there are not many options for those who expect to eat without too many carbohydrates, but the Cappuccino was one of the best I had in Milan.
