Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren nur spontan 1 Übernachtung da, folgendes kann ich zu unserem Aufenthalt sagen: - Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend - leckeres Frühstück (Buffet) zwischen 6 und 10 Uhr morgends (meine ich, ohne Garantie) - Tee war kostenlos in der Lobby verfügbar - Badewanne, und wir sind großer Fan des Shampoos und der Seife :) - Elektrische Heizung im Zimmer. Uns wurde auch gezeigt wie man sie bedient wenn nötig. - Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt :) - Toilettenpapier, Seife, Fön waren vorhanden. - Aufgrund irgendeiner Aktion war unser checkout erst um 12:00 Uhr. Das fanden wir sehr gut und haben etwas länger geschlafen, das war aber wahrscheinlich eine Ausnahme und normalerweise war der checkout früher, glaube ich. Insgesamt waren wir sehr glücklich dort und haben uns schön erholt, auch wenn es nur 1 Übernachtung war.

Está frente a discoteca cuyo volumen alto hasta las 2 am y me asignaron una habitación en la que la orquesta en Vivo se escuchaba fuerte

Great location, and clean hotel!

Great location in the centre of Puno. The room was clean and had an electric heater for the cold night. The reception staff was helpful. I also had a really nice massage! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay and explore Puno from.

The hotel was in a perfect location, near many restaurants, shops etc. Breakfast was great, lots of choices of both food and drinks.

No complaints.

I really like the location and the hotel

The staff were very nice and professional. I loved breakfast. the room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom is huge. I did an early check in and also that day my room was cleaned. There was an extra blanket.

The hotel in general was very cold. there was an small heater in my bedroom but wasn’t big enough. The lobby where breakfast is served also is very cold even though there were heaters.

This hotel rivals US hotels at four times the price and shows the wonderful Peruvian hospitality

All of the staff was outstanding, they spoke enough English to be helpful and their attitudes were wonderful. Special note to Ronald who helped us line up taxi rides and gave us great restaurant suggestions. The property was very clean, the bed huge, the shower powerful and hot, the location is perfect, and the breakfast is very good.

Both the pillows and the mattress were quite firm, probably not to everyone’s tastes.

Very well located hotel; attentive, caring and friendly

Aside the excellent facilities that this hotel presents, the staff were amazing and made my stay enjoyable. They demonstrated particular attentiveness and genuine care when I needed it the most, as I struggled with altitude sickness. A massive thank-you to Mirian, Maritza, Manuel and Ronald. The breakfast was very good and the team went above and beyond, ensuring I could have my breakfast in the early morning before the opening hours.

Sleepers would have been a nice thing to have :)

Excellent choice!

Very well located. Due to the pandemic the restaurant was closed but they offered free transportation to the Casa Andina Premium with no cost. The staff was always aware of our needs. They were always friendly and very efficient.

Great hotel with European standard for a low price

Everything was perfect. High level and European standard. Very clean, big room with heater. Hot shower and for breakfast we were served and could decide what we want. Scrambled eggs and juice were made fresh for us. Location was also good for us as it was only 5min walk to the train station.
