Clean and kept up to date. Great location walkable to key sites and restaurants. Staff very helpful.
Not their fault but the road is closed in front of the hotel, so have to walk a little with luggage.

Posizione in pieno centro.
Ottimo per dormire senza pretese ma senza nessun aspetto negativo.
Buona colazione per il prezzo.
Personale gentile

The room and hotel are very clean.
The elevator comes handy for those staying in higher floors.
The staff is extremely kind.
Breakfast had a great assortment of options.
We had partial view of the lake, which was stunning.
There’s a bar (closed at 10pm) and also a restaurant (closed at 8:30). This was very helpful when arriving with children during dinner time.
The drinks at the bar were super yummy!

Wonderful value, wonderful staff, exceptional breakfast buffet. Even had a view of the lake!! Highly recommend

Comfortable bed and nice location. Amazing views from the room and breakfast restaurant.
The room and bathroom were ice cold when we arrived in the evening. Had to turn on the little heater in the room, which warmed the room throughout the night, but it was tough as outside temperatures were minus degrees Celsius :/
It’s also the first 4-star hotel where we are not given free water, coffee/tea in the room, which is quite odd.

Comfy bed and good value for money. Added a late check out too which was useful as was taking a night bus the day we left.
Room was a little cold until electric heater kicked in.

We arrived earlier and had to pay half the price of our night as an additional cost to access the room.
The staff couldn't take decisions themselves and always refered to someone on the phone we never saw.
We had to change rooms because of the lack of hot water and had to wait more than 7 minutes in the new room to get some.
We strongly advise to choose another accommodation when staying in Puno.

Location. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Wasn't of 4 star quality for Peru. Really 2/3. No soap at the sinks in the bathrooms, wifi connection very poor and rooms were cold

Great location and very central in Puno. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was clean but just dated.

Somewhere close to the Hotel was a disco or something and I could not sleep most of the night due to the loud music.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, arranging airport transfers, washing, and holding our luggage while we took the Colca Canyon trek. The courtyard is very pretty - so quiet and was sunny when we were there - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. We arrived early morning on the overnight bus and booked an extra night so that we could check in at 5.00 am and go straight to sleep for a few hours.
Nothing :)

a/ the hotel is well located in the center of puno
b/ great view over the city from the breakfast restaurant
a/ no hot water during all our entire stay
b/ getting woken up by banging on a metal roof at 5:30 in the morning
c/ the room is quite cold and a double floor layout is inconvenient
d/ the heater is working but seems very unsafe and we were scared that it will start a fire
e/ many different noises (boiler) and sources of light during the night
f/ location on a pedestrian only street means it’s a bit complicated to get dropped off and picked up
g/ breakfast was quite limited and getting to the 10th floor to have it with a single lift took a while
h/ the staff is maybe the worst part. when we politely complained about (a) the lack of hot water and (b) the noise, the answer was only “the room opposite of yours didn’t have any complaints”. Not even a “we are very sorry”, nothing, just a lack of any compassion/empathy/customer service

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Lovely view from restaurant on top floor. Hotel within a block from the Plaza. The staff were very helpful.
Our room was very shabby and needed maintenance. Certainly didn’t reflect the website photos. Had to buy plastic water bottles as no filtered water available in hotel.

We spent there two nights and we found it clean and spacious. Excellent location, beautiful view for breakfast or lunch/dinner. The staff is very helpful and kind. Laundry service worked well. Comfy beds. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. There was an electric radiator that worked fine. Quiet stay.
The reception lightning is a bit cold and old fashioned. Nothing to complain about the room.

The room was great. On the 8th floor... nice view and well maintained. Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel so far. They stored my luggage for the next day. Very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Location excellent.

there was hair in the bathroom. not always hot water in bathroom. limited choice in breakfast.

great location
breakfast should be massively improved. considering that it’s a 4 star hotel… it should really do a better job at that.

Beautiful views of Puno and Lake Titicaca, a comfy bed, a nice heater for cold nights, and the staff was so kind to not only hold our bags after we checked out, but also walk us a few streets over to our airport shuttle when a parade was blocking it.
The shower was lukewarm, but spacious.

The fabulous view, great breakfast, very nice building, very helpful staff.

The staff at the front desk are very accommodating and friendly. breakfast was great. You had plenty of options to choose from when it came to the food. The view from the hotel was phenomenal - you don't even need to go to "el mirador". The rooms were clean and the bedding was super comfortable. It does get cold in Puno at nighttime, but you can't even feel it in the room. The bathroom was stocked well and the shower was nice and hot. Great place.
