It worked, but wouldn't seek staying there again.

Ordered dinner in the hotel restaurant and they went and got the food from other places. The food they delivered was disappointing to say the least.

HOTEL DU JOUR A PUNO

Hôtel bien tenu à 80 m de la Cathédrale. De ma chambre au 3e vue sur l édifice. Belle grande chambre avec 2 lits queen size hyper confortable.Sdb luxueuse et tout fonctionne. Hotel avec grand patio intérieur qui draîne la lumière du jour. Génial.

Le petit-déj assez, ..trop basique. Car peu de clients.En revanche une paix royale...

Excelente localização com bom custo

Localização excelente, ao lado da Plaza das Armas. Quarto amplo, com boa cama e bom enxoval. Banheiro amplo. Limpeza correta. Café da manhã tipo buffet regular.

Achei tudo satisfatório, dentro das expectativas e com excelente custo benefício, principalmente para quem passa o dia nos passeios e só usa o hotel para pernoitar.

Good location but incredibly noisy!

-It’s located few steps from the main square -Very affordable fees

-Was the noisiest hotel room l’ve been in a long time - we took 2 rooms (202 and 204) and the windows of both are facing a very busy street with cars honking and traffic noise since very early in the morning (3-4 AM!!!) We barely could sleep 😞

The hotel was much better than we expected

We are a couple in early 30s and stayed here for one night at the beginning of November. We really loved the place! It is centrally located - literally on the main pedestrian street. Everything in the hotel looks new, stylish and fresh. The breakfast is amazing! The best we've had in Cusco/Puno thus far. It's buffet style and has different types of ham, omlette, cheese, fruits, fresh juices - among other dishes/drinks. Throughout the day you can help yourself at several tables with teas and coca leaves drink - very helpful to cope with altitude sickness and get refreshed after travel. Our room was quiet. The window faced the inner court, so we could sleep even through a major celebration in the square nearby. The shower had hot water with strong water pressure. The bed was comfortable. On each floor there is a lounge with sofas and books. The hotel personell was fiendly and nice. They kept our bags for free thoughout the day while we went for Uros tour.

Wifi in the room was not too strong, so we had to repetedly reconnect to several hotel networks. In the lobby wifi was good and strong.

Superb

staff are friendly, rooms are clean and with hot water, the breakfast area is very comfortable. Plaza de Armes is just 1 min walk away. In Puno, a place without much to attract tourists, this is a really good hotel.

The room is a bit small. Being close to the street, it's quite noisy downstairs.

Good hotel but noisy room and disappointing breakfast

Decent hotel close to the Plaza de Armas. The bed was comfortable, the shower was warm. The staff was very friendly; we could store our luggage on the day of our checkout and pick it up when we got the night bus.

Breakfast was quite early (6 to 8 a.m.) When we got there at 7:30, most of the food had ran out and was not refilled. Our room was very noisy: on one side the traffic of the street, on the other side the hallway where heard both people pass to go to their room and noise coming from the breakfast room.

The property is well located very close to the plaza and the staff were very friendly and kind. The room was large and spacious.

The room was not cleaned properly and there were hairs on the shower wall. The whole place needed a bit more attention.

There was no water until 22.00 and when water came back it was just cold water... there were nails and a dead fly on the floor.
