The WiFi worked. The cafe across the road where one can buy breakfast is very good. It’s a short walk to Santa Maria Maggiore, which is beautiful. The room was a decent size. The cleaners come daily to change the towels (unnecessary and environmentally unfriendly).
I’m afraid I have nothing good to say about the property. It is next to a bar-nightclub that plays loud music from 7pm till 2am which makes sleep impossible. The windows didn’t close properly so offered no possibility of limiting the noise. I was there Tuesday-Saturday so this is not a weekend-only thing. The bed mattress is rock hard meaning that lying on it was painful and I was crippled by morning. I tried lying on the pillows instead but that was also uncomfortable. The property is also about 40 mins walk from the main centre (eg the Pantheon), and not close to decent restaurants (although it’s in an area of Asian restaurants and take aways). This accommodation is very expensive and simply not worth it. Cleaners come daily and enter the room even if you put up a ‘do not disturb’ sign.
Sleeping comfortably is a minimum requirement and this property does not deliver. I asked for a refund but this was not entertained. I told the owner about the bed mattress and she said that mattress toppers could be delivered (I don’t know how true this is), but she couldn’t deliver one as only the cleaners can bring it in the morning and it was after lunch when I mentioned it).
My room was a king size room with a garden view. It was next to the front door so there was a loud buzz and slamming every time someone entered. The ‘garden’ is shown in my attached photo. Don’t get your hopes up.

The property is beautiful. The room was newly renovated and gorgeous. The walk up to the structure through the garden was gorgeous. I loved the property itself.
Friday to Sunday I think, there is a garden bar on the property itself, again, lovely, but it’s very loud until the wee hours of the morning. I didn’t mind this as missed Friday and Saturday, but Sunday it was like sleeping at a rave. I feel that the price of the booking reflects this, and well for me for the one night, it was loud but fine.
There must be another music venue/bar nearby as the rest of the week, it was somewhat further away, there was loud music also, but in the distance. This too was fine for me, but could become irritating as it did affect my sleep. I could not leave my windows open while I slept.

Pretty much everything was great. Location, comfort and cleanliness.
Our only concern was there was no safe for our valuables. Although we had no problem with anything missing, a safe would have provided us with ease of mind.

Située au coeur d'un parc de verdure, la chambre était à la fois spacieuse et reposante.

The apart hotel is situated just a 10 minutes walk from Roma Termini and another 10 minutes away from the Rome Colosseum. The rooms are in a separate building in a beautiful yard, away from the cities noise. The apartment is fully equipped with a little kitchenette, a super-spacious living room, bedroom and bathroom. Furniture and decoration is selected lovely and tastefully. Facilities are old, but nicely renovated, and the hotel gives a very appropriate relation of service and experience vs price. The reception is available only during usual business hours, late check-in is possible upon request and against an extra fee. Attention: The room price does not yet include city tax!
The apartment -- in particular the bathroom -- would probably benefit from a bit of maintenance and renovation (broken lamps, soap dispenser and toilet lid...) -- no big things and all still appears clean and tidy, but this would even increase the value!

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Rome. Huge apartment and is exactly what you see in the photos. Hidden behind a Palace, getting to the apartment is a super experience in itself. Hidden away from the roads, it is super quiet at night. Nicolo met us and brought us to the apartment to show us around and provided a list of bars and restaurants. Cant say enough good things about it! If you get a chance, stay here!

The property is stunning! Located in an old palace, everything about this place was beautiful. The furniture, the decor, the large space - all perfect. The hotel team offered great service and every touch was considered. This was a perfect stay.

There are a lot of mosquitoes. We got a lot of bites.
We left our keys in the room and they demanded thirty euros in order to retrieve it. They said that the charge was written in the welcoming letter but we could not find it. When asked where specifically in the welcoming letter it was, no reply came.

Great location a short 15-minute walk from the train station, good communication from host and unique place to stay in the heart of a busy city, nice neighbourhood with bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops for some breakfast. we had the room with a long thin balcony enough to sit in the morning with a coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding green space. would recommend.
Keys are a bit tricky to get through all the doors.

Great location very close to the sites.
They charge you for late check in which is after 8 pm, but we arrived there at9 pm cuz the flight was delayed. And we used the room less time and we have to pay extra ?! It’s not like it’s midnight or later.

Room was very nice and super clean. Very friendly and patient staff. Good communication also.
The garden is absolutely beautiful.
It is not as quiet and peaceful as indicated on the site. During the day there was some type of summer school going on right beneath our room window: lots of loud screaming children and music. So afternoon naps were impossible.
At night there must be some kind of bar or music venue. Every night we had beats and loud music until the early hours of the morning.

Amazing location, very close to colosseum and the historical centre. I loved the fact that the room was in this historical building. The bathroom is huge. Overall it was an outstanding experience

This pace has an excellent location! The apartment is nice and cozy. They clean well and the host is very friendly.
A bit noisy to sleep and the bath needs to be changed/painted.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was near to Colosseum (as the name of the accommodation suggests) and other sightseeings. The scenery outside the room was very beautiful as well.
