Private garden location, easy access to local tourist attractions and cafe's. Cottage had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Backs onto forest so lovely bird song in morning and evening.
Road a bit busy during the day but once day visitors in town leave, we hardly noticed the traffic noise.

It backed on to forestry so very relaxing. Great spot and only a couple of minutes from everywhere. Lovely host. Good place to unwind

the location was fantastic near everything from food to nature walks. the facilities were well kept and maintained
pillows were a bit uncomfortable but swapped it out for a better one.located in the cupboard

Location was excellent, central to everything, so road was busy. However, the convenience of close coffee shops, breakfast and waterfalls, well compensate for that! Delightful hosts. Nice, homely touches in cabin. Happy to stay there again.
No towel rails in bathroom or tea towel rail in the kitchen.

This is a wonderful property. The warm welcome from Richard on arrival helped us with local information and the surroundings are great, especially the pademelons hopping around outside the back door. We made the most of short walks to the falls and local cafes and enjoyed the peaceful quiet surroundings.

We loved the charm of the cottage and the privacy. Place was clean and well maintained. We were close to the main Gallery Walk area and bush walking trails. The owners Richard & Elizabeth were very warm and friendly. Would highly recommend staying there and would stay there again ourselves.

The location was incredible almost in the rainforest!

Cottage and location were perfect...
No screen doors. Which meant you had no fresh air only air conditioning.
Bugs, critters and turkey's came in if door was left open..

isolation and yet close to everything

The peacefulness and how cosy it was.
Plus nature right at your back door.
There was nothing not to like 🙂

Cosy. Comfy furniture. Good lighting for all occasions. Perfect for a couples getaway.
Needed a washing up sponge and an extra towel or two. Water pressure was a little unstable.

Great location close to Curtis Falls and easy access to other local attractions. It has everything you need and is very comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and provided lots of local information about restaurants and local attractions.
The cottage is quite close to the road from Tamborine Village and also Eagle Heights Road which means quite a lot of traffic noise from early in the morning to late evening. On weekends, there are lots of motor bikes which are extremely noisy.

Cute little cottage, minutes to the Main Street and Curtis falls.
The hosts were fantastic and have great advice on the food options. Highly recommend this place.
Close to town and walking distance to Curtis falls.

We absolutely loved Curtis Cottage. Superb location beside the rainforest (Curtis Falls and the circuit walk are amazing). 2 mins walk from coffee shops and 15 mins walk either to the Gallery Walk or to Clancy's Irish Bar & Restaurant - a must! (all via offroad footpaths). 20 min walk to Witches Falls. All a short drive too. The cottage was warm, very comfortable bed and sofa, fully equipped kitchen and good outdoor seating. Sunny at the front. Richard was very welcoming. The fresh flowers were a lovely touch too. Fantastic place for a 3 night stay to enjoy all that's on offer locally. We will definitely be back. Thank you 🙏
Only minor issue was no Optus network signal and no WiFi

The bed mattress needs replacement

Breakfast was available just around the corner from Curtis Cottage. A lovely walk down the footpath/boardwalk and then you can walk back to the cottage through the rainforest if you like. Breakfast was good value for money.
Maybe there could be a bbq at the Cottage.
