Perfect location in Ginza and close to Tokyo station, local, metro, monorail stations
Pillows were firmer than I would like. Same with mattress. Not perfect but acceptable.

Breakfast was amazing
No hooks in bathroom. Bed too firm. Room too small for two people plus luggage
4.3
The location was convenient and taxi dropoff/pick up has been very easy. There are a wide range of options for cafes and restaurants, as well as a few number of convennient stores.
I don't like the fact that the towels used in the hotel appeared to be abit outdated. The hotel elevators always stop at level 3 (reception) by default, which has been annoying and defficient.
4.3
Very friendly helpful staff, great location in a quiet area while still being close by to public transport and stores. The room size was good, but might be cramped for two people with two big suitcases. The staff helped me forward my luggage to the next hotel.
No view from the room.
4.3
Location was fantastic.
Extremely uncomfortable mattress, almost as hard as sleeping on the floor. If they had a comfortable mattress, would not hesitate to give it 5 stars
4.3
Centrally located in tokyo, easy to find, staff were very helpful.
Nothing

La posizione vicino al metro in un quartiere tranquillo ed elegante. La cosa top è avere il 7/11 di fronte dove fare colazione e comprare tutto il necessario!
4.3
The room was excellent. There was nothing that i could complain about. It was comfortable, clean and amenities were good.

Location is reasonably central and close to the main shops in Ginza. Can walk to Tokyo Train and Shinkansen stations (12 mins) and have multiple metro lines closeby. There are Lawsons and Pharmacy next door and McDonalds very close by.
Room has most amenities and top-up supplies are available at Level 3 reception. Good filter coffee options.
The bathroom is a bigger than usual compared to other hotels we have stayed of similar size; and good lighting inside the bathroom. They changed our towels daily and we feel that they did a good job cleaning the room in general. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotel has on-site self-service laundry and all machines are combined washing/ drying, which is a big plus from our perspective as it saves us wait time. However, for a hotel size like this, they probably need to more machines.
We made our booking very early on and requested for one Queen-bed room (for me and husband) and one twin-bed room (for our son and daughter) and the room to be closeby. Although on same room and next to each other, they were both queen-bed rooms. They did find us a twin-bed room after check-in but we did not take it as it was on a different floor.
Room is a bit small and lack of storage space but this is not uncommon for Japanese standard hotel room. The lifts always stop at Level 3 (Reception floor) which is a bit annoying. The ground level is just the entrance to the lifts, it is quite small and has a 3-seater sofa (not very welcoming in particular but not a big deal). If we are to stay again, we would probably opt for a bigger room with more storage space if they have such options.

Strategic location, spacious room and the massage chair in the room as well as 2 WC and big bathroom with the rain shower
Waiting to do laundry

Location was great, handy to a lot of train lines
The bed was too hard, like sleeping on wood. The pillows were no better.
The staff were welcoming, but could work on their people skills.
4.3
English speaking staff, alot of mini packs of everyday beauty essential (hair oil, body oil, bathe salt), convenient location with 3 24/7 combini just ard hotel
soft beds

Hotel is near the subway, about 10 mins walk to Tokyo station.
Walking distance to the ginza shopping district with 2 big department stores. Reception staff is very helpful and friendly.
There is nothing to complain about the hotel, but I would like to make a suggestion that perhaps that the hotel could remind guests not to hog the washing machine. Came across a hotel guest using 2 washing machines to do his laundry, and kept extending his laundry time.

Hotel was clean, ideally located close to a great shopping district and 5 metro stations within 5 minutes walk, room was clean and reasonably spacious
Lift stops at reception every time it passes who’s is slightly annoying
4.3
Best element of the hotel is the location, situated very nicely in Ginza with Ginza station only a ten minute walk, 7/11 is conveniently opposite and cafes are very close by.
The slight negatives for me were -
1) we booked two separate stays at the hotel but each time booked the same room package, the first stay had a very small room compared to the second.
2) The rooms are a bit on the small side and you can just about open 1 large suitcase.
3) The beds are quite hard and after a few nights my back and hips were aching.
4) washing laundry process. There were 4/5 washing machines that take over two hours to process. When we tried to wash our clothes, one person was using three of the washing machines at once.
Feedback for the hotel -
3) Look at how you could offer thicker blankets or toppers for people who prefer a softer bed.
4) Either create another laundry room on a different floor or limit one room to one washing machine, you can’t have one person washing taking up 75% of the hotel facility, it’s not efficient.

Nice hotel. Good value for the price. The breakfast was plentiful, varied and very good. Not too far from the metro. Several conbini were nearby, also adding to the convenience if one wanted a midnight snack or an extra bottle of water. The area is elegant, but also very quiet at night, when all the offices are closed.
Nothing comes to mind.

The staff and the facilities were excellent!!!!
Highly recommended!
4.3
convenient location, clean room and good size in terms of a room in central Tokyo.
none, to be picky, maybe toilet could be cleaner on the side
4.3
There’s only one laundry room in the whole building and four laundry machine. It’s always hard to get access to. No doubt line in the evenings, and mornings too!
4.3
They kindly allocated a room with a massage chair for us and a twin room for my friends. We are grateful.
It's quite far away from the Tokyo Station. It's not easy to find the hotel. We mixed it up with the other hotel of the same chain.

location
room size decent
check out time not too flexible
4.3
The location of the hotel is fantastic: right in the middle of Ginza, and at a walking distance from the Tokyo station!
The AC was nice, the size of the room was good, and the bathroom was large and comfortable.
We were provided with slippers, piyamas and other bathroom amenities (as in many Japanese hotels).
Staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly.
Finding the entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing, especially since the reception is on the 3rd floor

The staff were super polite and friendly, which made the interactions so easy. Close to transport. Will be recommending to friends and family.
Found the bed a little to hard but my mother and her partner loved it so could just be an age thing.

Very value for money. Easy check in. Awesome job from the cleaners for tidying up the room so clean. Fantastic location. Love the paid late check out option.
Good size room for just 2 but too crowded with a 1 year old baby and a husband. Would definitely suggest a family room for people who travel with infants/ children.
4.3
good location
so small and the bed was uncomfortable

Had a great stay, no issues with accessibility, everything worked properly!
The pictures online made the room seem bigger than it actually is, I expected it to be more spacious.
