While the property was relatively spacious and well located amidst some of Portland’s nicest neighborhoods, we were quite disappointed in our stay. Apartment was pretty worn down, cleaning staff had clearly dropped the ball, and Vacasa customer support inefficient. When you’re paying hundreds of dollars a night, you expect toilet paper at least.

This is a wonderful property! Spacious and comfortable. Off-Street parking was easy to find, many nice restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store within a couple of blocks.
5.0 / 5.0
Great service by Vacasa team with clear instructions to gain access out of hours ( we needed as flight delayed and arrived in early hours)
Location ideal-safe, close to amenities and transportation and good to wander in neighbourhoods.
Clean and well furnished, stocked for everything we needed. Very comfortable for our stay

Great place close to lots of restaurants, shopping and a grocery store. Loved it for our family of four!

This space was so cool and comfortable to live in - which could be tough for a group of 8. The space felt very open and spacious and we were all very cozy there.
Coffee shop right downstairs was a godsend.

Great location! Walking and biking distance to many restaurants, shops, hiking trails and tourist attractions.

Property location was great ! Property itself needed cleaning, updates ( Furniture ) overall care. Disappointed for the price.

Very nice stay, nice 3 bedroom apartment in a good location.
4.0 / 5.0
The location was very central with easy access to many amenities. The apartment was spacious and quiet (with the windows closed). Check in and check out was easy and painless. The Vacasa staff is very friendly and responsive when/if there was an issue. FYI: the kitchen is limited in items for detailed cooking, but will get you through in a pinch. We would stay here again.

The location of this unit was really great! Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store directly across the street (duly note that it is an organic store so a bit more pricey than a Safeway) Cute little coffee shop in the lobby and a bus stop just around the corner which made it super easy to go to the conference center!! The bedrooms were awesome but the unit itself is loud with 4 ppl in it and cement floors (bring slippers as it is cold on the feet) Overall it was an excellent stay with retrieving the keys really easy & simple. Door code was also very simple to use! I would stay here again. Also, the unit is nice & close to the elevator which we appreciate :)

The place worked good for six people with each couple having their own room.
Loved the kitchen and close proximity to local market store
Overall a good location to restaurants and shops

Love the apartment and the location, this is the second time I've stayed there. I would definitely stay again.
The Washing machine is broken but still works.
The late check out process isn't great and there's no flexibility when my plans changed and I needed a few more hours to stay.
Communication is great with them and they are very responsive.

The condo was clean if very sparse in decoration and living room furniture. With 4 of us we had to sit 3 to the couch and 1 in side chair or use the dining room chairs.
Cabinets were frustrating as they were push operated and function felt cheap. Dishwasher bottom rack fell every time and not much soundproofing room to room. Could not find the trash dumpster, it was somewhere in the parking garage which we were not able to use.
Parking was on the street but not bad to manage, location was great as we could walk to everything.
Rest of dishes and appliances were good. I expected better quality of the furnishings but overall a good stay in a safe convenient area.
3.0 / 5.0
Positives: Great location and nice apartment.
Negatives: Incomplete check-in instructions made accessing the space a challenge (had to call for more information after arriving on site).
Just one key for a three bedroom property? C’mon!
Check-in (4pm) and check-out (10am) times are unreasonable and inflexible. Any hotel will give better times and offer reasonable alternatives.

Nice and modern apartment. The location is great and the area feels safe. On-street parking is easy enough to find (at least in early June when we were visiting). There is a nice coffee shop in the apartment building and a specialty / organic grocery store right across the street (convenient, not cheap).
Things to note:
Checkin after hours was not easy; the codes we were provided did not open the building entrance door and calling the Vacasa 800 number didn't help since they only repeated the instructions that were not working. Finally we were let in by another resident who happened to show up in the meantime.
Some of the stuff in the apartment was in relative disrepair: the bathroom shower curtain rod and towel hanger in one bathroom were not working; a couple of closet doors in the master suite were unhinged.
The washing machine left clothes dripping wet and so the dryer took very long to dry. The iron was missing and in spite of calling Vacasa (every day for 3 days) it wasn't replaced.
Overall - good place for a short stay but would not recommend for a longer stay unless the issues are fixed.

The place was a great option for 6 friends getting together. Felt a little like a dorm, but the decor & linens were decent. Some things were not well kept, and not enough instructions. The kitchen was adequately stocked with basic needs. It’s an excellent location for bars, restaurants and just a few blocks from 23rd. Didn’t love that it was street parking, we had to move our cars. We did like that the building was very secure. I do recommend if you are not looking for a cozy retreat.

We travelled with our two grown sons and their partners to Portland to see Bruce Springsteen. Condo was in a great location - lots of restaurants, etc in the area and easy to get to the stadium. Really comfortable for 3 couples - our sons glad no one had to sleep in bunks or on the sofa bed

Great family condo!

If you want a basic place to stay in Portland with unresponsive management stay here.
We did not know where to take out the trash as a result it built up in our unit and become very stinky.
The washing machine did not work which was a big issue because our family if 5 quickly ran out of towels and clothes.
We attempted to contact management throughout our stay and never got a response and still have not heard from anyone.
Do yourself a favor and stay in an Airbnb owned by a local instead of a big corporation.

We gathered for a family Christmas in Portland. Good location and fu neighborhood. Only issue is there’s only one key. The key is needed for elevator and building door, as well as apartment door.

Overall the condo was a great space. However, the lack of dishes/glassware and comfortable seating was disappointing. The neighborhood was great. Lots of restaurants and New Seasons was great. Check in and checkout were fine.

Perfect to put up 3 employees for a work retreat! Centrally located and convenient walking access to so much.

The condo was in a great location and very roomy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and nice.
We only have a couple suggestions:
1. An extra key would have been very beneficial as we had some people go out separately and it would have been nice to be able to get up the elevators without having to call someone else. Maybe keep it in the condo to be used once the 1st person/group checks in?
2. A full length mirror would have bee nice as it was an all girls trip for us and women need full length mirrors.

Good, safe location. No homeless people on the surrounding streets. Only downfall was the noisy construction next door at around 6am. I will be booking this place for more 2-3 day getaways in the future.

We loved our stay at Q21. It was in a great location near restaurants and supermarkets. Everything was 15 mins away. The building and unit are very secure and clean. If you like modern then this is the place to be.

We loved the rooftop patio and coffee shop on the main floor.

The rental was exactly as described. Very comfortable, clean, and in an amazing location.
My issue was that Vacasa offered a second set of keys for the property and then never delivered them. I rented the unit for three work colleagues with different schedules. Because Vacasa only supplied one set of keys, they were forced to rearrange their schedules so that someone was always home or arrange for key swaps during the work day. One set of keys is fine for two parents and some kids, but NOT for three adults. I called Vacasa FOUR times to arrange for a second set and each time, they said they’d work on it and get back to me soon. During the entire ten day stay, I received ONE call back giving me incorrect information (they said a code would give me access to the unit, when in fact you needed a physical key.) Because if this experience, I won’t be renting a Vacasa unit again.

There was 4 of us sharing the 3 bedroom condo and we had lots of room to spread out and feel comfortable. Pros: There was lots of seating and space to do our own thing. The kitchen had the basics so we were able to make breakfast every day. The condo is blocks away from a great variety of restaurants and unique stores. Cons: No underground parking. We had to pay for our parking during the day. Overall highly recommend this rental.
4.0 / 5.0
The location was great, including the coffee shop downstairs and the grocery store that is kitty corner. But, it is hard to believe that anyone lives here - for example, the washing machine spin cycle was poor to nonexistent, there was no plug for the master tub, multiple drawers no longer closed properly (and the parts are just thrown inside the drawers), the shower curtain in the master bath looked like it cost $0.99, there was only one dish towel in the kitchen, and there were only 4-5 spoons. We were 5 people for 5 nights, and the above became a bother after the first couple of nights.

We stayed at this apartment for two nights. The location is good, the apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable. It was in a good location, parking was not that easy though. The only thing that I would change in this listing is that the address of the building is not the listed address which made it very confusing for us.
We would love to stay here again.

The condo was clean and cozy for our family of five! Would stay again! Neighborhood was cool and having the New Seasons grocery store across the street- was perfect!!!

Some of the kitchen drawers were dirty when we checked in, and we couldn't locate the procedures for checkout, but overall great stay for our group of 6. Finding street parking was a bit tricky but the place is in a perfect location and very convenient!

Nice place to stY
The place was nice and clean. A few things need fixing - the shower curtain in the first bathroom. the window shade in the second bedroom. Also the pots and pans are leaking to be considered a chefs dream. We enjoyed our stay but had planned to cook dinner but didn’t due to lack of pit and pans.

Lots of room!
Excellent stay, easy to get in. Lots of room for an apartment! Parking is a bit tough, but it’s like that everywhere in Portland. Vacasa staff were very helpful. 10/10!!!!!!!

Urban apt nestled close to great restaurants and shopping
A good urban 3-bedroom, 2 bath unit with great views of the city. Nice kitchen and common space. Building and elevator require key access which adds the extra safety. Nice coffee shop in the lobby. It’s was perfect for our urban crawl.

Definitely Would Book Again
We loved this spot for our family of 6! The unit itself was nicely appointed, very comfortable and the view of Mt. Hood is beautiful! The location was perfect for us. We loved the centrally located neighborhood. It's close to everything, there's a grocery store across the street and the trolly is just a couple of blocks away. The building is beautiful and the amenities (gym, pool table, ping pong table, etc.) were fun! We had a great stay and we'll definitely book this property for future visits to Portland!

Cute neighborhood and place
Really liked the neighborhood. The place was exactly as described. The email directions were great but getting an actual response from a person was a little hard when asking about check -out process.
