About this house rental

Nestled just a few blocks from the banks of the Columbia River this wonderful retreat sits in the heart of Vancouver. The entire home was recently remodeled and most everything upgraded inside and out. Every piece of décor and furnishing is new and was procured to create the perfect blend of style and comfort for your stay.

The layout of the home is fantastic for families or small groups to enjoy. The main floor is set up with both a living and family room. Each has a large flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities. The open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen allowing each group to spend time together and make incredible memories.

You won't want to miss the garage that has been transformed into an amazing game room. With ping pong, pop-a-shot, foosball, or darts, you are surely to find something fun to do with your group. The fenced backyard is a great place relax on the covered deck allowing kiddos and your dogs safely roam free.

Ascending upstairs you will find five wonderfully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom with the en-suite bedroom boasts a huge walk-in closet as well. Two king beds, a queen bed, and a twin over full bunk bed fill out the other four bedrooms. The bunk room has a TV and a Nintendo game console loaded with old school games.

One of the many amenities is that it sits back from the road and creates an enormous driveway that is perfect for a number of cars or a RV / trailer if needed.

From the location, to the amenities, to the décor and furnishing, this home is a perfect location to enjoy everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Please be aware, this property is situated near a major highway, which may produce some traffic noises. There will be ear plugs available for your usage.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $200 (2 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

The property management was responsive to our request for a blender and repairs to the backyard fence. The list of items that need attention is long and we did not have time during our stay to request these items be addressed during our stay. I’d recommend the owner take a look at the condition of the property and make their own assessment.

Overall, the property had everything we needed. It was a really hot weeekend and we could have used more fans in the house since many homes in the Pacific Northwest do not have air conditioning installed in their homes, but other than that the property was decorated nicely, lots of activities for the kids and more than enough room for all the things.

A very clean and spacious house for a large family gathering with lots of kids. They enjoyed running and playing and the game room was a nice addition. Fast responses to my questions via text messaging. Easy booking. Only downside is the location to the freeway. I couldn't open my bedroom window at night to let fresh air in due to the loud traffic noise. Property management does provide ear plugs in every room. We didn't use them because we needed to be able to hear with the small children who sometimes don't sleep well at night and call out. So that didn't work for us. I'd recommend the property if you don't mind the traffic noise and wearing ear plugs to sleep.

The location of this home was perfect! We were in town for a graduation, we had I a lot of errands and running around to do, and the house was located right off the highway and within 15 minutes from every destination we needed to get to. If you’re visiting Portland you know you might encounter rainy days, this house was perfect for relaxing and having fun with the family. Lots of room for everybody to have their own privacy.

The home and decor is beautiful. My grandchildren loved the game room. Nice kitchen, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax with plenty of bed and bathrooms. Good communication with host. Easy to reach and prompt answers.
