住宿費太貴了，空間也不大，4人房要臺幣19800元，平台上看到一泊二食入住時，確沒有晚餐，只有早餐太糟啦，入住4人房早餐卷只給2張糟透了

Nice, modern hotel with good location.

Dinner was nice, location was good, staff were nice as well. They helped us organize taxi. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Family room suppose to be 29m2. It was more like a normal 20m2 double bed room with 2 extra beds in it. There was no room to move or to open the suitcases.

Great place to relax and family friendly

We got a mountain view room and was able to have the full view of Mt. Fuji on a clear day. The breakfast was incredible with numerous Asian and western dishes. I will definitely choose Hotel Mystays again next time for a more extended stay in the area.

My only complain is that the hotel was a bit of walking distant from the subway and express bus stations, and I didn't find too many restaurants nearby, but it could be that I didn't try to venture further.

Onsen was great, room was big. View of Fuji also great although a bit blocked by the amusement park.

Hotel was pretty expensive for a decent but not really luxury place.

富士急ハイランドに行くための前線基地

大浴場から見える富士山がキレイで、ずっと見ていたい気分でした。

お風呂の温度がもう少しだけ熱い方が好みだった。富士急ハイランドで遊んで、疲れた身体に熱いお湯が欲しかった。露天風呂と屋内風呂で温度を変えてもいいかと。

朝食のバイキングが種類も多く、味も美味しかったです。アニメティも揃っていて、温泉も気持ちよく入れました。

部屋にある金庫の開閉がうまく作動しないことがありました。部屋にもドライヤーがあると嬉しいです。

It was a great experience staying here! Will definitely stay here again when I return to Fuji in the future!

The room is very clean and spacious. The location is good and the staff are very friendly. There’s also washing machines and dryers available for us to do our laundry.

Das Hotel war ok, neu und sauber! Das Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen war gut und reichhaltig.

Die Zimmer waren extrem klein. Die Aussicht auf den Fuji, ohne die Kabelstränge und den Vergnügungspark, WÄRE schön.

Für den Preis eine Frechheit - keine Empfehlung

Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Sicht auf den Mt. Fuji ist schon schön. (Hatten das entsprechende Zimmer mit Blick gebucht). Personal war hilfsbereit und nett. Dennoch rechtfertigt das nicht den viel zu hohen Preis. Lieber Geld sparen und den Berg vom See aus angucken. Reicht auch aus.

Der Onsenbereich ist ziemlich heruntergekommen! Abends sieht man es nicht, aber tagsüber fühlte ich mich richtig unwohl dort. Man sieht den Mt. Fuji von den Onsen aus NICHT, nur wenn man steht (aber das macht man im Onsen ja eher selten). Es klebt eine undurchsichtige Folie vor den Fenstern, die an vielen Stellen schon abgegangen ist, was total schäbig aussieht. Des Weiteren hat der Bereich nur 2 Becken, eins innen und eins außen, mehr nicht. Keine anderen besonderen Becken (bspw. Kältebecken, Whirlpool). Viele Fliesen waren voller weiße Flecken und es gab hier und da Beschädigungen. Draußen stehen einfach lieblos 3 Stühle. Überhaupt keine angenehme Atmosphäre. Für den Preis pro Nacht absolut unmöglich und renovierungsbedürftig! Föhn auf dem Zimmer ist das letzte Gerät auf Erden. Im Onsenbereich haben die Dyson und auf dem Zimmer ein 5€ Föhn, der nichts taugt. Nachts ist die Klimaanlage auf 27Grad hochgegangen, sodass man in einem viel zu heißen Raum aufwacht. Man ist zwar nah an der Bahnstation, aber zum See braucht man mind. 30 min (Gehen oder Bus) und in die andere Richtung braucht man auch 30min, also von der Lage her ist man nicht gut gelegen, weil man weder in der Stadt, noch am See ist. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist schlecht bewertet und beim Frühstück stand überall man soll lange Wartezeiten einplanen. Daher haben wir es nicht mal versucht. Ich bin doch nicht im Urlaub, zahle 300€ pro Nacht und warte dann 30min auf ein Tisch zum Frühstücken 😅 Wir empfehlen das Hotel für den Preis nicht (300€/Nacht). Es war leider eine sehr große Enttäuschung.

浴池其實看不太到富士山，因為蒸氣和角度的緣故，早餐座位很有限需要早一點去吃，不然要等好一陣子

Great views of Fuji!

View of Fuji and amusement park was great! Close enough to many restaurants and shops. Onsen was great with great view of Fuji. Water was amazing for hair and skin.

Funcionários atenciosos e extremamente educados, instalações modernas e aconchegantes, a vista do quarto e do onsen para o Monte Fuji é espetacular!

Poderia ter um serviço de traslado para a estação de ônibus de Kawaguchiko, para facilitar o deslocamento de quem chega e saído hotel com bagagens.

Dissapointing as paid more for the view on booking.com (opposed to agoda) and got view on 1st floor with balcony and wir

Purchase here for the view but unfortunately paying more I only got the 1st floor with quarter view block by balcony and all the wires. Actually had a 2nd night booking and paid even more hoping for a better view and emailed in advance but this is disappointing.

走路沒多久就有車站，很方便，附近也有很大的超市與一些店家，可以簡單覓食與購物，以在郊區的飯店來說已經是十分便利的喔！

孩子身體不適急診就醫處理部分，飯店櫃檯人員非常熱心與有耐心的予以協助，對於來到異地的旅客相當友善，感到安心。

中間第二天同行旅辦的眼鏡泡完湯斷掉，當時已經大約12點下去櫃檯和旅館人員借快乾膠他們很直接的就拿出來供我們借用，非常棒的體驗和服務下次回來也一定會在選擇這裡

位置好風景優這次選了山景房房間打開就是富士山和富士急樂園遇到天氣好直接就是完美山景，開車自行前往的飯店也有提供超大的停車場供住客免費使用，飯店提供的浴衣是兩件式的超級舒服本來想問飯店是否可以購買可惜沒辦法，飯店服務人員也都十分親切，前門出去就是24小時LAWSON附近機能性也非常好

浴場外沒有牛奶販賣機有點可惜，但完全不影響住宿體驗

Proximity to everything, in some of the rooms facing the major road, you can see mount Fuji For the price I paid for one night, and not in the rooms facing mount Fuji, I think its not worth it
