Nice staff. All speak English. Very big resort. Staff upgraded our room. It was huge.
Nothing. It was perfect. Only the weather was not on our side. But hardly anyone’s fault.

Phòng rộng và view biển rất đẹp, chỉ cần đi vài bước là đến bãi biển để ngắm bình mình.
Đồ ăn sáng cũng được, các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình

Reasonable prices and a peaceful atmosphere. The cool air made me feel very relaxed. The pool is spacious, but I still prefer the beach. The breakfast was fine for me.

It was nice. Great pool.
The restaurant wasn’t great. I went for dinner once. But didn’t eat because they didn’t have any wine or half the things on the menu. But no problem because there are nice restaurants nearby

The rooms were lovely, big, clean, comfortable beds, nice balcony. The pool was nice and being so close to the beach was great! The staff were all very nice and helpful at all times.
We went from Sunday to Tuesday. The hotel was very busy during the weekend. It was nice to have breakfast included but the restaurant was extremely busy and noisy. The breakfast food was fine but catered for asian customers much more than western ones (for example no cereal, toast, fresh milk).
Whilst our room was lovely, it the window was facing out to the road which was quite noisy. Of course there was loud karaoke in the evening, but this stopped around 9pm. We went to the beach in the later afternoon and it was very crowded, so if you like a quite beach we found the mornings and over lunchtime are best

Lovely resort with very kind staff. The complimentary breakfast was great with a mix of western and Vietnamese cuisine. The bedroom was very large with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The pool was wonderful, and the beach access and view were amazing. I would recommend this place.

Room was great and staff was very considerate for the needs of a family
The booking system is definitely Asian put the 4 of us (2 kids 4 and 6) in one big bed, like 2m wide. It worked and is definitely local (the other time in Vietnam we stayed with our extended family and had a similar setup. But just read carefully when the list of rooms and beds comes in.
In addition they had a company event at the first night which was definitely loud in the room but only up to 10pm so ok and we good warned during checking and an upgrade to the best room the farest away from the music with out asking for it

The place was very nice, located near the beachfront. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very nice as well especially Zhue(sorry if I spelt it wrong).

Great swimming pool, breakfast buffet is good
The resort has 2 roads running through it - this is not clear from promotional pictures, The in-room phone does not connect to the front desk; all in-room information is in Vietnamese language only

The resort is extremely quiet (perfect getaway after hustle and bustle of Hanoi) with a pool on site & beach directly across the road. Room was spacious, clean & comfortable bed.
The food was terrible, the resort is approx 9kms from town & there are no other food options nearby so it would make perfect sense to have a great restaurant. Breakfast was limited as was dinner menu.

Big property. Huge room. Comfortable bed. Clean.
No food requested was available for dinner. We were happily transferred by hotel buggy to nearby restaurant.
Room stank of cleaner spray. Had to open all doors to remove smell slightly.
Lack of English communication from reception staff.

It is located near the beach, which is great if you travel with young children.
Some members of staff were not friendly.

very friendly personal (especially on the nightshift!) and amazing pool and garden
Restaurant and Bar were closed, but I understand since we were in total 5 guests. After 15min walk we found an open restaurant on the island

Rooms really nice
No restaurants nearby and no food served at hotel . Had to get taxi to restaurant
8.0 / 10.0
Almost had the whole place to ourselves (Feb 23). So, very quiet ... but then many nearby restaurants closed. Big room, bathroom and good balcony, pleasant environment and gardens.
A few kms from city - could be a pro or con depending on your wants. On the plus, close to the Ha Long cruise boat departures.

I simply loved how far the beach is from the hotel! We got a room upgrade without paying for any extra! It was simply amazing. We want to go back to the hotel at least once a month!
