Rustic but comfy, clean, and beautiful
It’s hidden from plain sight. They really should be putting up a sign outside or something. Took some time to find the place.

Location in great area and close to everything. It was very clean and daily kept that way.

Very simple check in and out with a friendly and communicative staff! Secure feeling facilities, comfortable room, bed, and quiet enough. Good internet!
Only drawbacks were: 1) the shower controls were not useful, only scalding hot or tepid / cold. 2) do not disturb sign stopped the door from locking, and was tedious and cumbersome to overcome.

very comfortable place. I like that it was a small and intimate space with those industrial touches that made it very unique. it looked very cool and funky and was very comfy and clean. I loved staying here even though I usually stay in airbnb rather than hotels, this was a lovely place to stay in a great neighborhood and close to the park.
from my window, I looked out over a car park and at night bright lights would illuminate through as the blind was not sufficient to block out all the light. this was my only criticism. fix that and my stay would have been perfect. people said it was very noisy and although I sometimes could hear the cleaning ladies at work in the morning I generally found it to be very quiet.

Great location, nice decor, good help via WhatsApp
To be even better it would be nice to have a fridge/freezer in the room. Also, I was surprised there is no real window in the room, but maybe this is common in Mexico.
A more secure lock for the door would be more reassuring.

location
not enough natural and artificial light.

a discreet address in the fancy neighbourhood of Condesa. everything is close by, the room was huge and quiet for CDMX standards. Staff helpful, smiling and very present. really tidy

The building is a cool, modern loft and it’s decorated really well. The staff was helpful and let us keep our bags there the day of our check-out.
Noise travels in between the rooms. we were lucky to have quiet neighbors. don’t go there if plan on being loud! it would ruin it for others

Staff - the staff were fantastic
Lighting - the room was a bit dark

The location is great!
We had the front room- the bathroom seems to be a converted balcony and was VERY hot during the day.

Cute rooms in a beautiful old property. Location is excellent for exploring Roma and Condesa, and the park is a short walk away too! Little balcony areas are nice for some fresh air. Communal kitchen area is great for storing food items and making coffee in the morning. Staff were very helpful and gave lots of local recommendations. There's no reception on site but I felt they were always very responsive if we needed anything.
The shower times out after a minute or so and gets freezing cold. Not very relaxing! Time for a new hot water system.

Bed was comfy, room was good for the price. Location is great.
Wifi in my room was not working. They kept sending me screenshots of how the wifi was working perfectly and saying the problem was with my computer and not with them, but I had no problems in any other hotel before or after this one. My colleagues also had issues. But maybe it was only during that period that it wasn't working well.
There is no reception (though they say there is always someone available). I don't know why they said it was a B&B because we saw no sign of any breakfast available and were referred to nearby breakfast places instead - not ideal for when you're there on business.
Overall would recommend only for tourists, not business travellers.

very cool location in a beautiful tree lined neighborhood and one block from metro line one. many good restaurants and cafes are nearby. the rustic factory converted hotel is so tased decorated and clean and comfortable.
the shower is hard to get consistent hot water. The shower water keeps getting cold in seconds. the WiFi didn’t work but it was an issue for me.

We thought the location was absolutely perfect as it was within easy walking distance to enjoy the Condesa district where were parks, museums, great restaurants, a subway station and even a street market during the time we were there. Our room was a lovely haven for resting up from our adventures.

We stayed in the beautiful Tina Apartment, which is a separate building just down the street from the hotel. Staff met us there upon our arrival to unlock the building and give us a tour. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and very conveniently located. The mattresses and sheets were so nice. Lots of closet space for hanging clothes, gorgeous views.
There were really no down-sides to this apartment. The only thing I can think of was that it was hard to do my makeup in either of the bathrooms. The lighting wasn't great for that, but that's such a minor thing. Also, an exhaust fan in the main bathroom would have been helpful. I was afraid to crack open the giant interior courtyard window. But again, it wouldn't keep me from staying again and again.

Loved it. Cool warehouse deco. Thoughful amenities in room. Fantastic location. Spacious. Clean. Very comfortable bed.
Not perfect only because the room is a bit dark. You need the light on. Also you hear easily outside the room.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful, the bed was really comfortable, the area with coffee machine was a nice bonus. The location was also very good
Although not a major issue, the lighting in the room was very low, and sometimes difficult to see when looking through your luggage.

Before booking i read past comments comfort of bed and how quite the area is. This sold me. The bed is as crazy as this sounds absolutely perfect, in fact i would like to know where they even found these beds to buy as i sure would like to know the name brand.
The only thing that comes to mind would be possible having a fan in bedroom as it needed just a little air movement. But then it was my fault because i didn't ask staff for one. So maybe they had one? My fault.

We stayed in the Tina and Guille apartments and the accommodations were excellent. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space and the communication from the staff was superb
The only mild inconvenience was having to carry a key at all time to get in and out of the building in addition to the room

its so unique and quaint. Every room is different and I loved mine. it had such a warm soothing aspect. The private outdoor space was perfect to have some coffee and work. It was quiet and there is so much thought that went into the unique design.
