cheap and cheerful if your staying for work ideal

staff we’re brilliant parking was free ideal central location

shower was not powerful and was not hot first night

Convenient, cheap

Ease of access to a central location.

The room provided was at a building within walking distance of the reception which was unexpected. The room was dilapidated and so made it hard to tell if poor carpet quality or just not properly vacuumed.

I stayed two nights. Friday £45 Saturday £80.. I wouldn’t mind spending £45 but won’t be spending £80 again

Wasn’t very clean. Dirty marks all over the walls and broken furniture

good value for money, comfy and good location

The bed had a good quality memory foam mattress and pillows. location to town was good and the option available for a late check out for a small extra cost. car park very nearby £11 for 24 hours which I thought was very reasonable.

The crockery in the small kitchen area was dirty and I think this was as a result of the bathroom sink being so small. We also had am issue with the key card not letting us into the property following the collection from the sister hotel. This was quickly rectified but not ideal as the reception/checkin is a couple of streets away

Good location, clean room and courteous staff

Sharing the bathroom was the only downside to the lodging, there was no bathroom slippers to move from room to bathroom and back. Also, the towels barely covered my partner’s dignity.

worst place I’ve stayed

Bedding was paper thin, itchy, lumpy pillows, basic room, bathroom shared between 4 rooms, key cards kept not working, people coming in at 2am-4am banging shouting screaming, student central. they couldn’t get back in their rooms so tried kicking the doors down. security called. police called. One family with young children who were housed there full time had to be moved as the noise was too bad. £1500 for 4 nights is daylight robbery. I asked for compensation and they refused.

Strange room layout and noisy guests

Great location. I stayed there over Christmas while doing the Cotswold Way. Staff friendly and helpful.Nice to have microwave and fridge in room.

Very dark room. Brown decor didn't help. Room smelt a bit stale. Nowhere to hang clothes apart from a tiny clothes rail over the kitchenette which I chose not to use due to hygiene reasons! Other guests were very noisy. Lots of shouting in the night and a couple having very loud sex somewhere in the building. People using shared bathroom (next to my room) and not closing the door (saw a naked man in doorway of bathroom when I came up the stairs one day). Pretty much every time I used the shared bathroom, I had to step over puddles on the floor.

Clean and great for a budget hotel

The room was spacious the only problem was the card passes but overall nice the view could do with a good trim though

The back yard was very overgrown

It easy to get to everywhere you have to go in town.

Only bad thing was shared toilet but thats related in the price,still very good though.

Good location for Cheltenham Centre,

The rooms were clean and tidy. Good location, good price for Cheltenham.

The only thing I didn't like was no on-suite facilities, but the price was very good so its expected.

Sharing bathroom and toilet is not pleasant. Some rouges unirate in the bath which splashes every where.. and made the facility very stinking 😡😡😡😡😡

Not having bathroom in room was a pain especially as I had to go a lot! Having the reception at a different hotel was also a pain. Bed very low, especially for older people. Perhaps this should be mentioned on website.
