Weekend stay.

Bed was comfy Breakfast was fantastic Location great

Cracked floor tiles in bathroom that I took skin off my toe on. (room 503). Only a minor cut but this could become more dangerous if the tile lifts further. Seagulls nest with young directly outside, possibly on the roof. Fed throughout the night which didn't allow for much sleep unfortunately.

Good location but poor breakfast for the money.

Great location Friendly staff Clean rooms

The breakfast Coffee machine not working only one working. Queue for coffee etc. orange juice in large glass container not fresh tasted watered down, as did the apple juice. The advertised Heinz Tomato Ketchup pump was most definitely not Heinz. Very vinegary/ a cheaper version. The rooms are not cheap and I think it was pretty disgusting to use what seemed obviously cheap produce.

Everything, the room was spacious and clean, bathroom also spacious. Close to local amenities and attraction.

Very enjoyable - new to Cheltenham so location was excellent.

Central location - easy access to town centre - clean - beds comfortable - excellent choice at breakfast.

Room slightly cramped for space - had to climb on pull out bed to get to window.

Avoid noisy 5th floor.

location and stuff are amazing.

5th floor room. Right above the window are the metal shades on the outside. They rattle in the wind so much that we couldn't sleep much. The wind was usual, nothing to strong. But it sounded as if empty tins of paint were on one string and hanging over there. Rattling and banging on the window.

Ok although the self sevice area was somewhat cramped people serving themselves were on top of one another

Very comfortable, clean and in a great location.

It was a great location and extremely comfortable, clean and the staff were excellent. I like the fact that all the local restaurants were discounted due to our stay. This is a nice touch.

The rooms did not have AC and instead had a cooling system which was not efficient enough and could not deal with the outside temperatures (approx 28 degrees) the staff member Penny, however handled this very well. We had two additional fans which made the temperature bearable.

Fabulous stay

Comfy bed with both soft and firm pillows. Spacious room. The gym and pool was a great addition. Loved it

many good things but if driving poor available parking options

My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. breakfast was good but it would be nice to see some other variations ie bioled eggs,chesses and other fruit and healthy options.

parking for this hotel is not adequate and the parking place is not a good places to go if you are a solo traveller.

Friendly staff, clean room. Room unbearably hot.

The room was far too hot - the aircon didn't seem to work. Reading previous reviews, there have been similar complaints for the past year with no repairs it seems. They have a laminated sheet in the room giving you some ideas on how to stay cool (close the curtains, open windows, go into the beer garden to cool down) - how about just fix the aircon? It was 16 degrees outside and 23.5 degrees in the bedroom - I have no idea why. Very uncomfortable sleeping temperature.

Would recommend - especially for the location.

Location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. Knew what to expect as we had stayed before.

Breakfast wasn't quite as good this time. 1st day - bacon a bit too well done. 2nd day - slow replenishing food - probably because they had a bus trip there.

Cheap and cheerful

Location

The bathroom was extremely dated and cramped. The breakfast was great but no where near enough seating. And the walls were paper thin, so could here everything going on in the hallways and rooms next door.

Comfortable stay and great location. Parking not free and breakfast could have been better.

Comfortable room, with nice bathroom conveniently near to centre of town. Staff friendly and helpful.

The parking is not free. Although you get a discount for the parking it is not free. The quality of the breakfast was not great, e.g. scrambled eggs were quite questionable! However, it was very busy so staff were doing their best.

Making memories 🥰

The room was perfect the location was perfect break was really good, nice and fresh. Room was on the 1st floor so when lift was busy we use the stairs as we didn't have many to go down or up. The bars and shopping were about 2 mins walk so no use for taxis.

The air con wasn't working in our room, but reception brought us up a electric heater. Even though the breakfast was nice could of done with some mushrooms and options of eggs I.e fried or pouched even though the scrambled eggs were nice I do like other options.

The hotel was fair, but there were too many negatives to stay again.

Excellent check-in with Ashley. Good hot cooked breakfast. Helpful receptionist when we checked out. Room was clean.

Room was too hot. Double bed was smaller than expected. The NCP was expensive to park overnight, even with the discount. The swimming pool was closed for a week for maintenance. There was no mention of this in earlier correspondence. They ran out of food at breakfast - bacon, croissants, juice - and didn't replace them while we were there.

Great location and decent budget hotel.

Friendly staff, good choice for breakfast (but Premier Inn has branded products e.g. Yeo Valley yoghurt), nice bathroom.

Small room, sofa bed, off-site swimming pool, that was being repaired and so we couldn't use it.

A convenient place to explore Cheltenham.

Location was brilliant, as were the staff.

The total absence of teaspoons! Calling a limited menu served from the bar a ‘restaurant’ is stretching the truth.

Excellent breakfast. Clean room. Good location and facilities.

Check-in was slow, especially as we had pre-booked. Lifts were crowded.

Very helpful pleasant staff, great location

Even though the room was meant for a family, my 14 year old daughter had to sleep on an incredibly uncomfortable sofa bed, that appeared to be old and broken. Surely a family room should provide beds for all members of the family.

The location was fabulous and the room was a good size.

We were placed in a twin room. We would have preferred a double but when we enquired we were told there was none available

Too warm and stuffy in the room, only one very small window that could be opened a few inches.

Good Location for visiting town and facilities good for an evening out.

Location was very good for access to the brewery quarter where there was a fair selection of food and drink outlets for a nice evening out

Overall experience was very good. Cleaning staff when passing in corridor in morning could not manage to even smile or say good morning as we passed. Struggled to even make eye contact.!!
