Super clean and spacious room, right in the centre. The staff has been very helpful and kind. I just felt like home, not a hotel (saying that as an ex-flight attendant). Very reasonable price for the comfort they provide you with. They even left an electric fan before l asked. I am not a person giving 5 stars all the time but l would give more than 5 to this little cute hotel and its lovely staff.

Great location, lovely room with modern en-suite and very reasonably priced. Water and facilities to make coffee and tea were provided as were other toiletries and towels. Beds were comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.
We stayed over on a Saturday night and it was quite warm so we had to have the windows open. Whilst the location of this guest house is fantastic (everything within a small walking distance) it also means that it is quite close to the clubs/bars in the area. As a result, we were woken up a few times in the early hours by passing rowdy drunks. Would recommend earplugs to guests planning to stay on the weekends. Everything else about the guesthouse was great!

Good location and easy to park. Easy self check-in process. Room was lovely and very clean. Proper pillows which is an important element for me. Liked the bottles of water and table set up. Ivan was incredibly helpful and 100% professional.
Not very well soundproofed. Could hear other guests late into the evening.

Large room, large bed, great shower and central location.
Noise from main road, pretty basic facilities, carpets weren’t clean.

Very impressed with all of the amenities in the room, the room was a nice size, fab location and a seamless process to access the property. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

Fab location really helpful host

Good location as far as walking distance to mall & shopping areas, cinema .
Spacious room for solo traveller,& modern bathroom. The caretaker manager ( self checking in , so no reception) was very helpful & responded to msgs quickly..
The modern shower , could do with a soap holder& a towel rail to hold the smaller towel near the sink.
Location, busy road intersection with traffic lights, noisy at night , when trying to sleep , as blgd is right on a corner. Noise doesn't drop off till after midnight, then starts again from abt 5 a.m. Room had a tiny fridge, the smallest I've ever seen, but was handy.

Cozy interior, big enough bed. Clean and hygienic restrooms have all the necessary equipment. Very safe.
No -No dissatisfaction but it would be nice to add an extra quilt as it gets a bit cold at night.
4.5
The size of room, great bathroom, friendly staff, huge bed, original Georgian features, well stocked with tea, coffee, etc, good location, good communication about parking - excellent value for money!
Pnly that parking was off site.

Good location. Very easy check in. Ivan was very helpful and arranged a digital car park permit during our one night stay for £5 which is 50% cheaper than local car parks.
Rooms are above a restaurant. We stayed on a saturday night, so you could hear some noise, but it wasn't an issue with us at all and when we came back after our night out it was silent as restaurant was winding down.

bed was really comfortable and the location was excellent!
could have done with a slightly bigger fridge and more sockets in the extension lead.

This place is in the perfect location for going into town in Cheltenham. The owner can organise a parking permit for you as well, so parking was super easy, which is brilliant for Cheltenham! The room was lovely - period features complemented by a new ensuite bathroom. We stayed in room 3 and it was exactly what we needed after a night on the town.
The building was super quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room, and tea/coffee with UHT milk was provided. Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom was handy.

Breakfast was not included

Clean room. Ivan was very helpful with arranging parking

We've stayed before and so we obviously really like the rooms. Our latest room was airy and spacious. The building is very close to the High Street, Promenade and Brewery Quarter. The owner obtained a parking pass for us which meant a cheap, convenient overnight park nearby.
Great place from which to explore Cheltenham

nice big room with plenty of light, perfect location
the room was a bit cold and the Wi-Fi was not super reliable
3.0
Room was clean, shower was large and good, bed was soft and ok
I thought breakfast was included, they did not do breakfast, the fridge was tiny and loud and it was loud outside as no double glazing
£75 per night is expensive for a room with no breakfast
4.0
very spacious room, high ceilings and ideally located close to the Brewery complex and the city centre. The self check-in was easy and convenient, the room has a kettle to makecoffee, a small fridge and a large LCD tv. The bathroom is new and convenient.
The rooms are in a house which used to be a restaurant. The rooms have been fully renovated, the property itself not yet. It affects the overall impression but it really is only secondary.

amazing location, staff were extremely helpful
