The accommodation was very nice. All you need for a self catering stay.
Noise from street outside was very loud and late in to the night. Pigeons were sat outside the window all night. The bedroom door was very squeaky and so anytime you go to bathroom I imagine everyone would hear you in other rooms. Had a worry about the shower water draining away too. May need to check for blockage.

size was good and it’s a beautiful building
no complimentary shower gel etc and no complimentary tea making. It was freezing cold, the heating hadn’t been put on in advance, one radiator didn’t work, light bulb was out making it dark in the lounge, Christmas tree batteries had leaked, no one on reception.

No toilet rolls

spacious flat
nothing about this stay was comfortable, bed was uncomfortable, blankets weren’t provided. i wouldn’t usually post a bad review but this property has been freezing since 9 o’clock last night and we’ve been trying to get the heating to work but now there is an error message with the boiler. they’re going to send someone out but I’m due to check out in half an hour. paid over £200 for a one nights stay and I would like at least half of that money if not all of it refunding as the cold temperatures in the property have made me ill. i have attached pictures of the boiler for reference

really spacious
immaculate and all the plates and cutlery were sparkling
the rooms were huge and cozy at the same time with amazing charm and character
I absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay again
location was perfect !
the middle landing area was sooo hot so every time you walked in to get to your room that but hit you with this current heat and had a strong smell of food too. that's the only thing I could add as other than a very hot landing on way to room it was perfect

Unit was huge. Should have stayed multiple days to take advantage of the kitchen and common space.
The host was wonderful. I lost the keys and she asked that I leave some money behind to cover replacement. Which i gladly did!
Finding parking.

Everything about the experience was first class
A data lock on the door would have improved arrival

The location is great, centre of the town. But with that and the age of the buildings, restrictions there is a lot of noise during the night from delivery drivers.
I slept through it but my wife was a bit frustrated about this.
Other than that she loved the accomodation, location and the visit in general.
As above the noise at night which is to be expected being on the high street bit it is an easy trek to all the shops, restaurants and attractions.

Amazing location and nice historical feel
There had been a leak which left a bit of staining and musty smell

Excellent central location, good sized & clean shower, good sized rooms, comfortable beds. Good kitchen with new appliances and plenty of cutlery/ crockery. The apartment was very clean overall and had lots of character.
The main common entrance hallway seemed tired. Some ongoing repair works were underway, with holes in the ceiling and pieces of plasterboard left on the floor, which left a poor impression on entry to the building. There was no iron, ironing board or hairdryer. Some of internal the doors were very low, and we frequently hit our heads on them.

Fantastic location. Lovely high ceilings. Modern shower room and everything very new. Very unusual building landing.
This was a work trip, and we selected a room with extra large bed and a sofa bed for three people to share (option shown in our property pictures). However when we unfolded the sofa bed, there was NO mattress lining on it - making it unusuable as it was only the sofa bed rafters. There was a frail sunlounger in the corner, which I'm not sure if it was meant to replace the lack of sofa bed.... but no mattress topper for that either. We had NO third pair of towel, despite selecting three people in the booking. When we texted the host, he answered 'This is the room you booked' and did not assist with the provision of a sofa bed cover or with extra towels. As a result, a member of our party was forced to sleep on the sofa cushions all night, making a very uncomfortable stay for them and spoiled the entire trip for us all. We regularly book hotel rooms with a double sofa bed and have never had this problem before of a sofa bed being unusable.
Once you see one problem, you start to see them all... including dirty laundry left in the washing machine!!! (one of which was a dirty towel), and when you go to sleep the landing light can be visibly seen all night through the 'window' onto the landing. Note there is no window. I got the impression this room is used as a washing room for the rest of the property and wasn't meant to be rented and we had the odd bits of furniture without bed lining that they couldn't fit anywhere else. Also, the bed was a SMALL double - not an extra large double.
We come up to Stratford upon Avon very regularly and will never stay here again.

Very spacious and stylish. Everything you might need and totally central in town so everything just outside the door. I am disabled and there were lots of stairs to the attic but I could manage and it was more than well worth it.
Internet kept buffering on the tv but might have been because we were all using our phones too. In an ideal world there would be another toilet so you didn’t have to go into the other bedroom, but I’m sure it said about that and it was fine. We loved it overall. Really great place.

Very central location. Comfy bed. Large shower with dual shower heads.
Owner 20 mins late for check-in. Stained sofa. Laundry left in washing machine. Light in living room didn’t work. Light in bathroom mirror didn’t work. Nowhere to do my make-up. Nowhere convenient to hang towels in bathroom. No soap dish/shelf in shower. Nowhere to put clothes in bedroom other than on the floor (just a bed/nightstand). No wardrobe - just a clothes rail in the lounge. No spare blanket. Flickering light in lobby. On-street parking limited to one hour, no returning (not the property owner’s fault!) which makes the check-in process very complicated unless you were able to carry all your stuff quite a distance from the all-day car parks. Billed as ‘luxury’ accommodation - it was nicely decorated and kitchen was good, but lacked attention to detail and all the basics to make it a functional space to stat in. It was eye-wateringly expensive for what it was.

Creeky floor and steer noise, got locked in apartment

No Fans provided or windows open in a sickeningly hot apartment. A blind that couldn't be pulled down in the bedroom so slept in the the light (2 year old woke at 04:30am). Poor customer service, when asking for help no response despite a phone call on arrival. Inaccurate information about the parking fees. No disabled access.

No aircon. Noisy high street

Spectacular accommodation in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon. A Shakespearean experience with everything to offer right on the doorstep! Beautiful decor, comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. The shower is fantastic, the vibe of the centre of town right outside your windows.
Greeted warmly and great communication. A really lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to return.
Really cant fault this place

Loved the location. Apartment was clean and quiet, new furnishings. Well equipped. Suited our needs.
Didn’t look like the pictures advertised. Lacked character.
Staff were very unresponsive, no reply to my initial questions before check In and hard to get hold of during our stay. I left a bag in the room at check out and had to wait several hours for someone to help me retrieve it.
