Location and friendly staff
Parking is a hassle to get to. Would be nice if you didn’t have to go outside to get to the parking

Location is great for walk around the water front and safe.
The room needs upgrade, the carpet was awful, the bathroom is not clean and the internet is very poor.

Amazing hotel with perfect location to the V&A waterfront and the city sight seeing bus.
Brilliant service throughout. Exceptional staff- room changed without hesitation to room with a view overlooking Table Mountain and the marina. Thank you Gabriella
Would highly recommend this hotel
Just a small incidendent of being stuck in the lift for over half an hour, but assume this was a one-off. We were offered a complimentary drink at the bar.

Everything was perfect

The location was very central to all amenities we wanted. The view of the mountain and V & A was spectacular. Breakfast was more than enough with a good variety of food to choose from. We booked our Christmas Lunch in advance and found the menu superb. The room was more than comfortable but we would like to especially commend the excellent attitude displayed by all staff members that we met.
The air conditioner was a little noisy and this could be looked at by management in the future.

5.0
The room was large and spacious and the bed very comfortable - overall the room was very clean and comfortable. There was good tea, biscuits and coffee in the room and more than we needed. The toiletries were also a good quality and the shower was nice and big.
The breakfast experience was really great - such a wide selection and the salmon was especially good. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even recommending new teas to try. It is a big hotel and they cater to tour groups, but this was not a problem at breakfast at all.
The hotel is a short walk to the V&A Waterfront, and we felt safe on this walk.
The hotel is beautifully decorated in all common areas, all in a nautical theme. The bar/lounge was really comfortable. The pool area also looked very inviting (but a bit cold in winter!).
WIFI was good - quick, uncapped and reliable.
