Gorgeous location opposite the beach. Comfortable hotel with everything you need. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.

Location is great right on the beach terrific in good weather. They had a grand piano
The rooms we got were very tired and old fashioned, not even mixer taps in the bathroom. Squeaking bed hard mattress. A Tap dripped all night. Can’t believe what they are charging for this place. Shower was dangerous all hot or all cold spinning around. Sadly piano horrendously out of tune. We didn’t stay for breakfast.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Bar, nettes Personal. Super Frühstück.
Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, daher Teppiche dreckig, Badewannen rissig.
An diesem Tag viel zu teuer. Sommer und ACDC Konzert, wird in Dublin schamlos ausgenutzt!

The location, the hotel bar and beds were comfortable. The beach view was really nice as well. There are some shops near the hotel and also direct buses to city center from a nearby bus stop.
The bathroom in our room! Kind of outdated and the general design of it, having the toilet with the radiator heater of molten lava temperature right next to/in front of it, so that you have to sit sideways to fit. Kind of unexpected a funny problem to deal with, especially for a tall person like me.

Very tired place

Positive is especially the location on the beach and the very helpful and friendly staff. We also enjoyed the breakfast served.
Disappointing: The hotel lobby and room furnishings could use an update. The carpet in the room is not clean anymore.

The man at reception was very nice.
The bed was 2 singles pushed together and the bed was not comfortable. The air con did not work and was like a sauna. The breakfast was not nice and very poor quality ingredients. Very expensive for what you get

the location was beautiful right across from the beach.

Location pretty nice and parking easy. If you want a hotel in this area where you can walk the long beach, this is it. Nice waitress, front desk great and professional.
This hotel needs to be torn down or completely renovated. Very dirty and worn. The ground floor rooms you need to keep drapes shut, feels like you are in a zoo and you are the critters. View somewhat blighted by the idiotic dog wash machine but I guess it is better than having people drag their mutts into the hotel from the beach. Strange though to look out at see it. Room really terrible and dated, worn, and shabby.

The location
Instructions that the water in the tap wasnt drinkable only in the bottled water section in the room manual .. Which I didn't look at for 2 days. Why no sign above the tap ? Ridiculous

Great views! Friendly staff.
Temperature control - window didn’t close so constant draught. On my first night the radiators were so hot and made it really uncomfortable to sleep in, by the last night I was frozen which was made worse by the broken window.
I tried to have a shower in the day time on Saturday and the water wouldn’t heat up.
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

The location is probably the only redeeming quality.
I think I’d be able to overlook how outdated the room was along with the other unpleasant factors but my first impression was sealed when we met the man behind the counter upon arrival. First impressions really do mean a lot & the man behind the counter could not have been more rude. He was not pleasant & it set the tone. I felt as if he was bothered by our presence & did not feel the need to be courteous/helpful. God forbid you ask a question and expect hospitality! The room is outdated, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom was crawling with mold, the shower curtain was in bad shape, and the water from the shower would flood the floor/spill from the poor curtain.
Had we met with the woman who was there in the morning, our stay wouldn’t have been so negative. She, along with the servers from Oasis (the gentleman in particular), were top notch!

The front desk staff were not inviting and lacked a smile or the courtesy of a Good Afternoon etc

WE DIDNT HAVE BREAKFAST IN THE HOTEL AS WE HAD NOT REALISED IT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF OUR STAY.
THE ROOM WAS OLD FASHIONED AND NEEDED A COMPLETE OVERHAUL.
THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT.
DECOR OF THE ROOMS.
DIDNT FEEL THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN.
BROKEN TOILET SEAT.
