A conseiller sans hésitation

Appartement idéalement situé géographiquement pour visiter Londres et encore plus le Nord (Highgate, Studio Potter, Camden...). Ligne de métro directe. Même si un peu éloigné du centre. Très confortable, cuisine parfaitement équipée. Très calme. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous étions 4 mai adapté pour 6 personnes.

Pour récupérer les clés par forcément évident. Nous n'avions pas de codes d'accès. C'est quelqu'un qui est venu nous ouvrir grâce aux caméras extérieures. Concernant le logement, il manque de produits d'entretien, de balai, d'aspirateur....pour nettoyer l'appartement. Ampoules et lampes de chevet qui ne fonctionnaient pas. Gros problème d'isolation au niveau des fenêtres des chambres (air et bruit passaient)

Correcto pero necesitaría arreglar varias cosas

El apartamento era bonito bastante nuevo pero muy lejos ,bien comunicado pero pierdes 1 hora en metro para ir a los sitios turísticos.

El agua caliente no funcionaba, y el radiador del baño perdía agua todo el tiempo, ahora en invierno bañarte con agua fría y salir con el pelo mojado es un problema porque el secador tampoco funcionaba, le llamé al propietario pero no me lo repuso y esto me pareció mal ,si pones que tienes secador debería funcionar y más en invierno.

Very good position near tube in nice neighberhood. Flat has everything you need, and big enough for family of four. Sofa in living room is comftarble, big terrace, we really enjoyed. Really great value for money.

cheap and cheerful but not relaxing or comfortable

Nice and simple flat, good access to transportation like the tube station and plenty of food/restaurants. The flat had everything in regards to utilities. The host made good communication and even responded to a late night message to deal with noise. very informative.

Uncomfortable beds, not soft and the bedding was very poor with only flat pillows all of which had marks and were put together with zips. Many utilities were old or did not work. It wasn’t well maintained and was very sterile. Not even milk in the fridge for tea or washing up liquid/ a bowl. Very little clothes hangers. No bedroom lamp. Loud extractor fan that doesn’t work. The property being surrounded by other apartments with balconies etc made it extremely loud. People partying and screaming till 3 in the morning. The car park was also filled with cars coming and going. Also seemed to be ants in the hall.

Good apartament

Very confortable apartament. Doesn't have much stuff, but is enough to spend a good days. Lawrence was very nice and always answer our doubts. Its very close to the tube. Allow US to get to city center very easy.

The front door didn't even close, luckily it wasn't street facing. And the toilet wasn't clean either

fantastic find and great value for money. I am planning to book another stay!

1. Ease of travel : even though it wasn’t in central London, it was extremely convenient to move around as the Piccadilly line is a pleasant 10 min walk. it’s also a huge advantage when you want to get to Heathrow airport as it is not as crowded to board the train from Wood Green station, the closest tube station to the apartment. 2. Neighbourhood : it is set within a bustling neighbourhood so there are many shops and supermarkets and food options within walking distance. there is a library for the bookworms and a nice mall with a huge Primark. 3. apartment : we booked a 2-bedroom and the apartment is very spacious! There is an on-suite bathroom and another common bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a nice balcony where you can have your meals outdoors! I appreciate the washing machine and the full range of cooking equipment.

as this is not a service apartment nor hotel, there isn’t any concierge nor housekeeping services. but this is not an issue as the staff were very responsive.

Perfect. Would definitely return.

Exceeded my expectations for sure. Clean, spacious enough to fit 5 easily. Big balcony. Netflix, Amazon Prime available. About 6 mins walk from nearest tube station, Wood Green which gets you to Central London in 15mins . This tube line (Piccadilly Line) also serves directly to and from Heathrow. Plenty of eateries around. Primark, H&M, Boots, Sainsbury, Greggs, Five Guys and a shopping mall are all less than 5mins walk away.

Having to climb 2 flight of stairs leading to the room. Apart from that, nothing.

Disappointing

The host was nice and came to help with the problems we encountered in the flat. It was during the heatwave and he quickly provided us with 2 fans. Good location with a variety of shops nearby.

I'm afraid I have to give this flat a poor rating until they fix the plumbing issue. The tap in the kitchen is faulty. Every time someone turns on a tap in the flat or flushes the toilet, the kitchen tap leaks non stop with a loud noise. It does not stop until someone adjusts the tap. This was extremely annoying. Also, the freezer was completely stuck with ice when we checked in (it was the hottest day of the year) so we could not use the freezer.

We enjoyed the apartment very much!

The apartment is very nice, convenient, spacious, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed the big kitchen very much. The apartment locates very close to the unterground station "Wood Green", and to the super market "Morrisons". Also there is a "food center" nearby. Lamb steak in England is really inexpensive. The apartment host is also nice and kind. We arrived late night, and obtained our keys in the locked box, it was very convenient! During our stay, we also obtained extra paper rolls and shampoos. We enjoyed the apartment and London very much!

The apartment is well equipped, it would be even better if there are some more dishes in the kitchen.

Overall very good value.

Overall, very reasonably priced for what it is - a reliable, functional place to stay for a couple of days. Quite hot, as on the top floor, but plenty of electric fans are provided. Nice spacious balcony was a great element.

The details say that parking is available but this turned out not to be true.

Overall an excellent place for a small family in a great condition and location

Apartment was clean and has what you need to prepare a good simple meal while on a holiday.

OK for the price

Very clean. Good location. plenty of room for 4 people. 5 minutes walk to underground then 25 into central London. Also plenty of buses to centre. Reasonable price.

Needs some minor maintenance, blinds didn't close properly, door handle loose, bathroom lock difficult to use, fan in bathroom very noisy, missing light bulb. Only small things but they soon add up!

Good location but disappointing considering we were returning customers.

Location was perfect and we had stayed before so we thought we knew what to expect. Lounge and kitchen was adequate for our needs and there was a deck area that could be accessed.

The bedrooms were good and very bad. One room was a good sized double en-suite, but the other “double” was really a single with two beds jammed in there and a wardrobe. The blind didn’t fit properly so the wind came through on the 1st night due to its direction and the radiator didn’t work ( but they came and fixed that ) The freezer had a food in it from a previous customer and the patio door had no key so we couldn’t lock it (we did find a key on the top shelf on the last day) The boiler leaked. And the TV wasn’t smart like the last time we came.
