Nettes Personal, gute Bar, merkwürdige Einrichtung und unklare Hygiene.

Gute Zusammenstellung bei Lunch Packs!

Sauberkeit zweifelhaft - es klebte z.B. Kaugummi an einer Wand. Die Rückwand am Bett war mit Kleenex-Boxen dekoriert. Das wirkt, als wäre der Raum primär für ganz andere Aktivitäten vorgesehen... Das Spa hat kurze Öffnungszeiten, keinen Stauraum für Brillen und Handtücher neben der Sauna, die Sauna ist nur mäßig heiß, dafür das Poolwasser zu warm zum Abkühlen. Wir waren 20 Minuten drin, dann hatten wir genug davon.

A bit run down and not as I expected of a four star hotel. Definitely did not warrant the cost for a one night stay

Was near to a party venue I was going to.

I chose this hotel over much cheaper ones for the use of pool. It was closed. Bad luck for me I guess but every communication fromhotel brags about use of facilities on day of arrival and after checkout.

Not too bad, could have been better

Decor was nice, staff were mostly friendly and the breakfast had lots of options

Our room 279 was absolutely boiling hot. One plug in fan in the room which did nothing. It wasn’t even hot outside! The ironing board fell off the wall when it was used. We were a family of 4 for 2 nights and were only Given one bath towel

Run down sad hotel wasted my money

How close it was to Glasgow airport

WiFi connection was bad. TV hardly worked. For 4star it definitely needs a spruce up. Decor needs updating. Beds small and very uncomfortable. Pillows weren’t much better. Lights in room situated wrongly. Not enough coffee sachets in room. No curtains in bar just fairy lights draped down window

Expensive for the location and felt the room didn’t reflect the price as you’d expect a boutique room to at least have a

Met our needs 100% , welcoming staff

Staff were super friendly . Room was a good size with a comfortable bed . Great facilities on site with the spa and a huge car park .

At time tough to get hold of anyone at the hotel for booking . The hotel is on a busy road so expect road noise in a lot of the rooms

Got my room key 221 . Was then told I was 2 floors up with no lift and 2 heavy bags. In the room, 2 tea bags only to do all day, 1 bathroom hook behind bathroom door, poor shower, no shelves for toiletries , no shelves in shower. No grab handle for a big shower. Underneath bed hadn't been hoovered, sweet pkt, confetti etc..

Clost to the airport, short bus ride to Brae Head shopping centre.

Hotel was comfortable, nice pool, steam room etc. Friendly atmosphere. Toastie sandwiches in the bar really good although service very slow.

For the price I paid I felt I should have had breakfast included or a bigger room. Room was bijoux! Buffet dinner was OK - could have been better. Food service in the bar very slow, even for a cup of coffee. A group of us went together - there was a price difference between each person, even though booking through booking.com. Some had breakfast for the price I paid, some paid more than me and still had a very small room - bearing in mind I booked a good bit before some of these people.

A good place to stay.

Everything ok,didn’t get to try the pool, didn’t get to try breakfast flight to early,so handy for the airport .

When we arrived the weather was icy,better non slip entrance, May be non slip matting.

차가 있다면 가성비 호텔👍 조식이 좋았어요

객실이 너무좁았고, 복도가 많고 엄청 복잡해서 호텔내 수영장에서 객실까지 이동하기가 매우 오래걸렸어요. 특이하게도 체크아웃하는날 조식비용을 1인당 22유로씩 결제했어요. 이건 미리 어디에도 공지되지 않았던 내용이라 조금 기분이 나쁩니다.

Could have been very good/excellent

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were great. The breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious

It was very noisy late at night into the early hours. People running up and down the corridor kept us awake

Disappointed having to share with 4 adults so I had a sleepless night

It was clean.

There was a mistake with our booking. We had booked 2 twin rooms but instead got a family room with 2 double beds. For 4 adult females this was disappointing.

Convenient location close to the airport and good value for money. Nice, specious room and good WiFi. Stayed only one night, catching the plane the next morning, so have not used the facilities to full extent, but I can imagine that the restaurant on the premises is a big bonus.

Perfect one night stay in Glasgow before travelling to Scottish Highlands

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Nice bar and restaurant on site (delicious steak pie). Easy on site parking. Sauna was good temperature and the pool was also nice. The quality of spa facilities brings the UK national standard.

Nothing really. Not too many things around if you don't have a car.

Book Dinner on a Weekend!

Lovely breakfasts and comfortable bed. Very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful in most respects.

There was no warning that they were expecting a lot of people on the weekend who had pre booked the restaurant and that spaces to eat were going to be limited. We tried to book but we were told that we could eat in our room. We had a small room and space for one to eat at the table so that was a non starter. Sadly it was a very stormy, wet night and all the Just Eat and Deliveroo were also booked until very late at night. We ended up getting extremely wet and walking to the Chinese restaurant around the corner.

the staff were all lovely, especially the woman who checked us in.

loved the bar and restaurant and the breakfast area, never got to see the pool abd spa but I booked because of them being there.

I was there for a Doctor’s visit in Glasgow, but normally I’d book in an area with more green spaces/less built up area. However, I would come back!

Service at breakfast was good. Food was warm with olentt of choice

Room was had a smell of dog. Staff didn't ask how our stay was at check out. I last stayed here pre covid and couldn't fault it. Was a bit disappointed.

Ok. But not sure I’d stay again.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was far too warm/hot. Fan was too noisy. And with window open was very noisy next to the road. The en-suite had glass walls… if I’d been with my wife then I would have likely complained and requested a different room. Between the window frosting you can see the toilet from the bed….
