Nice rooms great location and lovely breakfast

Couple next door having loud out of control arguments and a reluctance from staff to sort the situation out. Very noisy and distressing for our young son

Apart from the early closing of the kitchen as recounted above , no other issues.

Great location for flights out of Glasgow Airport, you can walk to the terminal in five minutes max. They do not have a luggage cart to take your luggage to your room but they do allow you to take terminal luggage buggy for the same purpose.

Disappointed they closed the kitchen for guests to accommodate a large travel group. I understood this and tried to eat at the recommended time prior to closing as suggested but was told the kitchen was overwhelmed and we were out of luck. Not handled well by the staff management that evening.

Convenient, Clean and great!

Great breakfast selection, comfortable and very clean room. The staff were very friendly too. Location is so good and close to airport, it's ideal.

A bath in the room would have been nice, but not necessary.

Perfekt für ein, zwei Nächte auf der Durchreise

Perfekt gelgen, um den Flughafenbus zu nehmen (oder quasi vor der Tür aussteigen zu können) oder zur Central Railway Station zu laufen. Auch ist die Shoppingmeile oder Gallery of Modern Art nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es ist sauber, ruhig, angenehme Atmosphäre unten im Café/Bar/Restaurant, gutes Frühstücksbuffet (Kritik unten bei "Was hat mir nicht gefallen") und die Mitarbeitenden waren engagiert und sympathisch.

Zimmer sind ansprechend gestaltet, aber zwischen Bett und Wand war kaum Platz. Um zum Fenster oder auf die andere Seite des Bettes zu kommen, musste man sich doch sehr schmal machen. 12 Pfund für das Frühstücksbuffet empfinde ich durchaus als höherpreisig und etwas übertrieben - auch gab es keine kleinen, nachhaltigen Behältnisse, um Honig oder Marmeladen aufzufangen, und für die Menge an Menschen funktionierte nur eine von beiden großen Kaffeevollautomaten, das wäre zu verbessern

It was Karaoke nite at the Pub just below us. It was difficult to sleep with the noise/singing. Community bath

Excellent one night transit stopover.

Location next to the airport. Breakfast open early.

No signs at the airport bus 500 stop as to how to get to the hotel. We went the wrong way in pouring rain and got very wet then discovered later that you walk from the terminal exit through the opposite covered parking and a covered walkway!! Very annoying.

Excellent service food and drink.

Excellent choice of food kept warm but not dried up. Staff regularly checked everything. Asked to clear your own dishes etc. Left staff to monitor ingredients availability and cleanliness.

Overnight stay after a western isles holiday

The room was quite large , clean and comfortable . The terminal was a partially covered walk of about 5 mins so a good location for a transit stay. The restaurant was large and meal choice and quality reasonable.

Gutes und sauberes Flughafenhotel

Sehr gutes Flughafenhotel fußläufig in 5 Minuten vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren gut und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstück fanden wir etwas lieblos und hat leider nicht unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Convenient hotel for early morning flight

Location and staff was excellent. However having stayed here last year I don't think the cleanliness is the same.

Bathroom and shower had mould….overall cleanliness just not there.

It was a bed close to the airport

Breakfast heavily restricted till 4am couldn't get a coffee or a drink for the kids at 0350 when we had to leave to check in for our flight. Actually expected them to be a little more empathetic than they were considering the room is priced to include breakfast.

Another good stay in the hotel, very convenient for arriving into Glasgow late in the evening with an early flight the next day, good rooms in the hotel, comfortable bed, nice breakfast

Un hotel sencillo, suficiente para pasar una noche si tu vuelo llega muy tarde o sale muy temprano.

Que el desayuno caliente solo se sirva a partir de las 7. En mi reserva estaba incluido, pero el vuelo salía más temprano y no había nada de variedad antes de esa hora.

Breakfast was a struggle one lady was running around trying to replensh everything she worked so hard bless her could have done with a helping hand, took thee trips up to get a full plate. What was served up was ok.

Good value for money

Staff friendly,and very helpful room spotless, black out curtains,breakfast included in price and was very good and hot. Had dinner there and it was very tasty and hot.

Perfect for travelling!

i liked that they gave us breakfast included even at 4 am. that was a real bonus and a huge help to us leaving so early. Room was great too and quiet, so no problems!!!

Lovely receptionists and staffs, nice room and dinner, and in the best location

The receptionists and staffs were really welcoming and supportive. The room was really satisfying. The dinner exceeded my expectation, while the breakfast was fine. Above and beyond all, the location was the best choice among other hotels for me, as I would like to be as close to the airport as possible.

The passage in certain direction outside the building was quite narrow and it was a bit inconvenient to walk there. It would be fine for most customers with cars and those who did not walk in that direction however.

Comfortable and convenient place for Glasgow Airport, either arriving or before departure.

Excellent from start to finish. Staff were welcoming and efficient, the room was comfortable and clean and well appointed, with an immaculate bathroom. Breakfast was very satisfying, with a wide range to choose from, and the restaurant offered a good menu for dinner.

We had a room next to the lift and arrived at 3 am, as it is an airport hotel a lot of people arriving and departing so it was hard to get to sleep
