Clean and friendly. Great value for money.
The walls between rooms are very thin. I could hear everything from next door.

Good smoking area. Adequate parking. Pleasant staff.
Rooms could have been cleaner. One room had a nasty smell. Some things missing from rooms eg, non slip mat, remote control, biscuits. Rooms noisy. Difficulty finding staff in the evening. No hooks to hang towel/ clothes in bathroom. Security lock into bedroom area didn’t work.

Breakfast was fantastic, delicious. One of the best breakfast menus I've ever seen and the food was delicious! Room and Bed waas very comfortable
Everything was great.

The staff were great
I thought I had booked a room where breakfast was included. I was informed via a note left in my room that breakfast was not available on a Monday or Tuesday. Disappointed.

Knew what to expect. Clean and comfortable.
Nothing, possibly a bit overpriced.

Close to airport
Very tired and needs attention.
Shower weak and not warm
Tap not secure on sink.
Clutter /folder tables in all corridors to room.
No breakfast on Mondays
Room smelt damp and fusty

Have stayed before. Rooms are very nice and it’s in a good location.
Didn’t realise there was no breakfast service on the days was there which was a shame.
No staff on reception at the time either to help with any queries.

Good breakfast,comfortable rooms.good value.

Restaurant nicely decorated, food was good
There was no airconditioning, just a small fan which I'm not sure would be enough for me at my age. Room overlooked the back and there was working noises from the kitchen. Understandable but maybe a nuisance if you're trying to get a rest.

A comfortable and clean room.
No breakfast available, no lift we had a lot of luggage which we had to haul up a lot of stairs. The room next to us was really noisy but that wasn't really the fault of the hotel.

Close to the hospital my father was in, good price, lovely staff, spacious clean rooms with all amenities, quiet and comfortable. Top notch.
Didn't bother me but there are 3 short flights of stairs (3/6/4 stairs) to access the rooms.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, welcoming and very helpful staff

Location was good a little further from Glasgow than I realised.
Excellent hotel would definitely recommend this hotel with friends and family.
There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Very well presented and clean hotel. Ellie and the other staff were amazing. Great food and drinks. I will definitely recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10.
Maybe earlier breakfast time, but not an issue based on how much we liked the stay.

when we arrived we were taken to our room which smelled of cigarettes so we were moved to another room.
we paid on booking.com on the 3rd of December and when we left we had to pay again as we were given the wrong information. it’s now the 19th of December and we are still waiting for refund

Such a comfortable bed, really generous sized room and beautiful bathroom. Really made me feel comfortable and cozy during the night. I had a great night sleep too which is unusual as I have insomnia 😅

shower was good
outlet had a party on so dinner was busy had to wait a long time for food, very noisy until the early hours, glad I had my earplugs, no coffee in my room had to ask for them, breakfast was not until 9am so missed out on that

toilet floor tiles cracked quite a bit

Vegetarian breakfast was excellent - too much in fact! Room was very clean & bed comfortable
Very noisy air conditioning unit (or something similar) just outside bedroom window & also detached rainwater pipe meant constant dripping noise during the wet, rainy first night!
Loose tap fitting & toilet seat in bathroom need attention.
Although there was an excellent list of cooked breakfast options (including vegan & vegetarian), there seemed to be very little choice for a continental style breakfast (eg no marmalade, jams or honey offered).

The Gleniffer is such a lovely hotel. The staff are professional friendly and couldn’t do enough for us we went without nothing. The decor throughout was modern and comfortable. The rooms were perfect everything you needed and spotless. Breakfast was lovely thank you Colin for your attention and willingness to help at Breakfast nothing was too much trouble. We stayed one night for a family party but I could easily stayed longer. Very good value for money I would have paid more quite happily.

I stayed over because my wife was giving birth at Paisley Hospital. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the shower was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was brilliant. I would definitely stay again.
If you are looking to stay over on a Friday night, with the intention of getting to sleep early, they have a karaoke night which was very loud. If you want to go to the karaoke though it looked really fun, I was just looking to get some sleep.

Everything was good apart from the smelly drain in the bathroom. Unfortunately this took the edge off the comfort of our stay. It was reported and they tried their best to rectify the problem but clearly it needs further investigation. Otherwise the hotel is good, staff pleasant food very good, and rooms very recently refurbed to a good standard. I'm sure they will address this problem as they are aware of it.
As above
