AWFUL - PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL

Nothing at all. Awful, awful place to be.

**PLEASE AVOID** Staff were very ignorant and extremely unpleasant. The place is full of immigrants. The floor I was on smelt strongly of cannabis and the stairwells smelt extremely strongly of gas. There was old, dried blood near to my toilet which told me that the hygiene standards were non-existent. When I complained about the drug use and the blood in my bathroom I was sniggered at and told that it's not life threatening but we will look into the issues. 4 days later, drug use is still happening every night and the blood was never cleaned up. Absolutely filthy from top to bottom. This is not a place you want to be staying, at all, ever. Spend your money elsewhere.

Nice room but nothing else

Big room, clean and good location

I had to download software for the tv and eventually got it to work next morning. There’s no bar or anything but a room. The member of staff was not friendly and a bit rude when I asked if the premises has a bar! Mocked me for such a ridiculous question

Not the best and wont be back

Very clean

Felt unsafe as there were men walking about the corridors at night.Someone kep trying my friends door.Man at reception was unfriendly. Advised on arrival that it was cash only.This should have been advertised.

HORRENDOUS

I received a call before checking to say room was inhabitable (due to vandalism). I got a full refund.

Motel called at 3pm (2 hours before my arrival) to say room was unavailable due to vandalism. There was no alternative accommodation. Could not help with suggestions for similar nearby accommodation.

Do not book under any circumstances

Absolutely nothing. Arrived at the hotel at 10pm to be told that our booking was cancelled and there was no room for us but they hadn't thought to call us to let us know.

The staff. Unfortunately when we arrived to check in the hotel wasn't manned with any staff that could help, the security guard was working on the reception desk and it was very clear he had no training and no idea what was going on.

NO STAY HAPPENED - we ended up spending substantially more to find another hotel.

NOTHING - we arrived late eve for an early flight from Glasgow the next morning. NO ROOM available after it had been booked and paid for. I am amazed the booking.com has such a disgusting hotel on its site. It had a 7 review rating on the site - I could not believe what it looked like when we arrived - it should be a 3 at very best. I will in future check other sites for reviews.

Rude/totally disinterested/ unhelpful staff. The same old con about a private parking company in control of the parking. Last time we encountered this at Hogs Back in Farnham we ended up with a £100 fine because the queue at reception was so long we exceeded the “free” 15 minute parking period. It was finally cancelled. I am not sure the same would happen at this hotel. Do hotels no longer want to make your stay pleasant?

The guy (Junior)on the front desk was very helpful. It was clean, it was spacious.

Not as near to the airport as I would expect for an airport hotel - a simple diagram how to get there from the airport would have saved walking a long way around. Breakfast doesn't start till late which is no good as most people stay in an airport hotel either because they get in late or want to leave early. I was supposed to get wakened in the morning but whoever should have been in the front desk wasn't there and I didn't get a wake up overall experience was okay.

Overall a positive experience...but need a lift!!!

The hotel was very clean, modern and the room was comfortable. I loved the design elements. The staff were very helpful, they ensured my needs were taken care of. They gave me a wake up door knock and ordered my early morning taxi.

I had booked a bottom floor but on arrival was given a third floor room....with luggage and no elevator and no help from staff that was a struggle. I hurt my arm in the process! There is only one vending machine which was out of order and no close by corner store...I didn't want to walk in the semi-dark. I wasn't offered any breakfast when I went down ti wait for my taxi and the lingering smell of natural gas on the first floor and hallway was a bit concerning.

The room was nice well done up(modern),nice bathroom, comfy mattress, large family room.

Cleaning seems to be a issue a bit, a good few stains on bed sheet which put me off sleeping inder covers lucky I hade a throw in the car, there was a red staining also at the hesd end of the sheet, the remote control had a lot of dirt build up, smells like gads in the stairwell, I was woken up at around midnight by staff member knocking at the door saying "I heard a noise, was just checking it was only me my widlfe and 2 kids we were all sleeping but my wife and I was woken by then, to then realise there was few roudy guests a room down from us where there was raised voices through until 7am as that was the time I woke and still heard them, I feel if cleaning was highly detailed it would really make the room comfort perfect and possibly prioritise family rooms to thoes to be believed are on a night out or habi g drinks etc. But yeah to be honesty really good hotel I think as it grows adapts and really actions feedback it would be a perfect affordable little hotel that would get recognised, (also doesn't really matter but when you hear motel you do think tacky and this is definitely not minus the detailed cleaning)

After asking for a late check out and only getting an automated message only to be charged for a late check out when I got there at 4am . Asked for a ground floor room. Only one they had was not clean. So had to sleep in a bed someone else had slept in. Too tired to wait.... On return to the hotel they still hasn't changed the sheets.. this again was at 4 am Not happy.

Dissappointing at best

Continental breakfast was sufficient although faulty fruit juice dispanser and toaster were noisy and the coffee machine tempremental.

Room service none existant, bathroom smelled of sewers. Tea/coffee etc not replenished at all. clean towels only on request and given to me at breakfast rather than put in room. Their idea of cleaning and refreshing room seemed to be open the windows so when arriving back room was freezing. Usual undersize tv for distance from somewhere to comfortably watch it, take opera glasses. Taxi ride to civilization. Could not recommned and would never use again.

rooms where nice , had everything you did need in the room

the windows had gaps above them which meant the wind howled all through the night , we had to leave them open as the noise was that bad . which in turn meant we were cold through the night but was better than the horrific whistling and humming house coming from window on the second night we where kept up most of the night by a couple on our floor screaming and fighting slamming doors & this went on for at least half hour throwing things around room and constant in and out slamming the door seemed nobody actually came to report or see what was happening . we didn’t sleep due to this and the wind roaring through the room !

Exceptional

The location is great, 10 minutes walking from the airport, more 10-15 minutes you can reach the town centre and the train station. There is a breakfast, and the price is awesome. The room is big and very tidy. The staff is very friendly

The temperature in the room was little bit low for me, even when the heater at maximum (my trip was in January and was snowing) but nothing to bother the trip.
