Elevated 5 storeys above Surfers Paradise, on a vast tropical garden podium is your very own Beaches in the Sky. This is a private relaxation and recreation sanctuary in a world of its own. Beginning with a wide, shallow lagoon fringed in white sandy beaches, it is linked to a deeper pool with a large heated spa at one end. On the Great Lawn you can play ball games with the children which has a playground attached - or enjoying alfresco dining in stylish entertaining and BBQ areas.

The resort also offers an indoor heated pool, hot spa, lap pool, saunas, private cinema for hire - , massive games room and gym.

Take the lift down to the Chevron Renaissance shopping / Dining precinct experiencing the cosmopolitan delights of the many restaurants and cafes. This beautifully appointed apartment on the 8th Floor in the Central Tower which is the closet to all pools, gymnasium and amenities. You have three balconies to enjoy, the views of not only the river to the left and the ocean directly in front, but the benefit of overlooking Beaches in the Sky (which is on the 5th floor) with the serenity of its palm trees.

In the Lounge Room there is a Samsung 65" 4K HD Smart

Our luxury two bedroom / two bathroom apartment comes fully self contained including all linen, cutlery, crockery, gourmet kitchen and utensils - with modern decor. We also supply those little extras -eg. Games, Boogie Boards and Buckets and Spades - all you need to bring is your suitcase. Sleeping arrangement is a Queen bed in main with 42" LCD, and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom- an Automatic Blowup bed for the 5th person to be setup in the Lounge Room at night. This is a privately owned Apartment that is operated and cared for by the owners.

The location is fantastic and the apartment is great. The owner of this property who I thank very much for contacting me directly was able to get me the key to the door otherwise I could have been in big trouble! The owner seems such a nice person, unfortunately the agent that handles the booking is of incompetentance. Long story. The place is clean and well maintained BUT has abit of ant issues, but is comfortable and nicely maintained, with close proximity to everything Gold Coast.

A great apartment in a central location with lovely views. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Finding the parking spot was a bit tricky, perhaps the map in the apartment booklet should be included in the hosts arrival instructions. We would stay there again.

The property is even better than the photos. The family loved our time at Sandra's apartment. This was our 2nd time booking the property as we loved it so much last year.The facilities are excellent and the views from the balcony are fantastic. Absolutely loved our stay I think it will become my new home away from home 😊 Sandra has everything covered and the apartment is so welcoming and cosy previously we only stayed in tower 2 but the ease and convenience of getting to the chevron shopping facilities we weren't inconvenienced at all. The room perfect the check in process absolutely smooth and had a very enjoyable holiday will be back for sure 😊 xx

Perfect location to stay a close walk to everything you need the large pool area with sandy beach is idea for small children a very relaxing stay. The room was clean and tidy and had everything you needed even the small thoughtful things like board games and sand toys for the pool area.Will be back again with friends.

The double bed bed sheet was not changed/washed. The shower was only good for washing hair only, I couldn't feel the water from my chest down. Other than those two, this is a very good place to stay.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a great central location to all things surfers paradise. 5 minute walk to cavil ave and the beach. The owner was very approachable and responded quickly to emails and any questions that we had.

Excellently presented apartment. Clean and well stocked with essential appliances to make for easy life during the stay. Also excellent extras like kids toys/boated games and books. The stroller came in great use on our first day until we figured our way around. Apartment is in absolute perfect location close to all the wants - beach - shops- and public transport We will defiantly be returning. In the words of my three year old I don’t want to leave out holiday home.

We stated a week on the Gold Coast in the chevron. The chevron was central to everything and the apartment had all we needed from sand toys to cleaning equipment. From start to finish the process was smooth and effortless. Sandra was so friendly and answered my queries immediately. Would highly recommend.

Just returned from 2 full weeks in Sandra's amazing apartment. Everything was as described and Check in/key collection process was easy. The apartment has everything you can think off you will want for nothing. Location and facilities are great. Multiple pools and spas to use. Restaurants and shops at your doorstep. We were impressed with the property, it had all the creature comforts of home e.g. kitchen appliances, board games, surf board etc.. It was clean, tidy, well equiped and definitely close to all amenities. Will be back there in the future for sure.
