If in the area will stay again.

Fridge in the room we found was very useful.

At breakfast a better selection of herbal teas. Also no natural yoghurts were available.

Exceptional

Julie and Pete are amazing hosts. Kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Clean and comfortable room. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to leave it. x breakfast was so nice. Full English was freshly cooked and piping hot. Again, nothing too much trouble. Free parking. Short bus or taxi into Liverpool Definitely, would stay again. x.

A place to go to

Julie, our host, was, right from the start, very nice. She constantly kept in touch with us and waited for us to get there as we arrived later than expected. It is a beautiful place, very clean and welcoming, the rooms are big, the bed was very comfy. Although there was a little issue with the heating the first night, we didn't get cold, and the first thing Julie asked us in the morning was about the heating, and it was fixed shortly after. Thank you for that, Julie. The breakfast was really amazing, cooked by Julie, with fresh ingredients, very tasty. Julie is a welcoming, lovely, sweet, smiley, accomodating, caring person who goes the extra mile to make your stay the best she can. Julie went above and beyond to return the favourite tennis ball of our little dog, as we forgot it in the room (of course we paid for the postage) I wish I had known about Breeze Guesthouse last year when we came to Liverpool. This is a place to see and to come back to. By car, Liverpool is just about 10 min drive, and there are some shops and restaurants nearby, in Bootle, if you're looking for something local. Lovely one night stay

Everything. The owner was so friendly. She couldn't do enough to help us, even before we arrived. The bed was so comfortable and had so many pillows. I like alot of pillows. Breakfast was delicious 😋 and the addition of coco the dog for a little play was lovely. We brought our cat along as well, he was super chilled & loved the fact our room had a huge window to look out off.

Well worth a stay! Great friendly team and location.

The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped, the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to assist up ensuring we were happy. The breakfast was lovely, they had everything available to eat and drink.

If a warm welcome and family feel are what you are after this is just the place. Hope to return.

Breeze is very "uncorporate" which I really value. It's a family run business (I encountered 3 generations of the family during my stay, including the lovely friendly dog) that is non-the-less comfortable and homely. Breakfast was freshly cooked with decent ingredients and served in a nice bright dining room from 7am if you required an early start as I did.

The location was ideal for where I was working and it's well connected by bus into the city centre. Just one little warning, I arrived on a Tuesday evening and that seems to be the day off for local restaurants which didn't leave a lot of choice. Having said that there's a decent Chinese the next street along and it's a short stroll to Bootle Strand which has some other options.

Brilliant stay

Julie couldn't do enough for me. She gave me a ground floor room when she saw I was disabled with no extra charge. It was like visiting an old friend,she made me feel like part of her family. Breakfast was amazing nothing was to much bother. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good price/quality hotel close to the Anfield stadium.

The breakfast was very good. Very nice persons and the food was really nice and tasteful. We need to leave the hotel very early to catch the ferry on time. So we couldn’t make it till the second breakfast. But they put some little bags with food and drinks in our hotelroom for the way back home.

I don't know what it was but the sewer didn't smell that good. I don't know if this is fixable.

Superb breakfast . Julie was very friendly and helpful , even phoned to check my husband’s mobility issue . Room was spotlessly clean . Location was good for getting to Liverpool and Southport.

A friendly place to stay 😊

This property is well situated for guests visiting the city for shopping, culture & events. Basic accommodation reflected in the very reasonable price. Breakfast was lovely with the choice of continental and cooked. The beds were harder than we’re used to but the owner & her staff were absolutely second to none! so helpful, friendly & couldn’t do enough for us! Well done 👏

Guesthouse was really clean . Service was excellent also the breakfast was great 👍. The owner was very friendly. Great to have parking on site .would definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends
