We komen zeker terug.
Alles was top

Le personnel et la litterie
Les équipements des chambres sont trop vieux;
- Le refrigirateur avec moisissures;
- TV ancienne géneration;
- Bruit nocturne;
- Salle de bain déteriorée avec produits (gel + lait corporel) accrochés au mur;
- Deux sachets à café avec bouilloire électrique au niveau de la chambre;
- Petit déjeuner trés limité en produits (jus artificiel, machines à café en panne,...);
- Pas digne de ses 5 étoiles!

We had the luck and honour to stay in the sublime hotel. The setting is incredibly authentic, the staff is superfriendly, they really make you feel at home together with providing an excellent service. The location is superb at the entrance of the medina, with impressive views over the city. On all criteria this hotel is excellent and that s the first time I give a global 10 on 10! Bravo to the whole team working there and the family behind.

Night staff were very nice whilst some staff looks like they didn’t want to be there.
Pool was great for the kids. - again needed a deep clean.
The property is dated. Needs modernising.
Not a 5* hotel more like a 3*.
Breakfast is over priced with little selection.
Rooms are not cleaned properly, mould and dust in the rooms and bathroom.

Palais Medina and Spa is a top-notch hotel that is perfect for those who want to experience the beautiful city of Fez. The highlight of the hotel is the amazing terrace overlooking the beautiful medina of Fez, which is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee while taking in the breathtaking views.
The room is modern and clean with all the necessary amenities, including a bathtub in the toilet, which is a great touch. It is evident that the hotel management takes cleanliness seriously, and the rooms are immaculately cleaned every day.
Another notable feature of the hotel is its proximity to a large shopping mall and McDonald's, which is perfect for those who want to explore the modern side of Fez. It is also convenient for those who want to grab a quick meal or do some shopping.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they assisted us with arranging a taxi service to the CTM bus station of Fez, which saved us a lot of trouble. The staff was always available to answer our questions and ensured that we had a comfortable stay.
In conclusion, Palais Medina and Spa is recommended for travellers looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Fez. The beautiful terrace, modern rooms, proximity to shopping malls and great service from the staff make it a great choice for anyone visiting Fez.

The location is great, next to Carrefour. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Ms Fathi Imane who helped me book a train ticket to Marrakech.
Breakfast is adequate but boring. I am used to sumptuous ones of hotels in other countries with similar standards. Wish they serve expresso coffee.
Was looking forward to Moroccan food but the restaurant has closed, perhaps for renovation.

The hotel looks very nice, the rooms are clean and spacious. The location is perfect-close to medina, nice surrounding views.
The spa area was closed, we were informed on the day of arrival. We booked this hotel especially because we wanted to enjoy hammam and massage in the accommodation because traveling with a baby.
The pool area was dirty, the pool toilets cleaned maybe last year last time. Ať pool area no service at all. The whole stay we had to push the stuff to everything. With served food no tissues, no cutlery, breakfast buffet very poor for a five star hotel. Every day just oranges and apples, the same choice of not really good looking food. Buffet messy. No fresh pancake, omelette or the morrocan specialities. Coffee and hot milk worse than in Our previous Riad. No spoons, no napkins. Stuff absolutely ignorant.

Location great. We arrived tired after a delayed journey and went for something to eat. We asked for a salad and were recommended the buffet. We had a small plate of salad - not even offered a drink and were then charged 250D each !!!! I’m actually offended.
Breakfast was not well stocked or fresh…..

The staff is really helpfull and welcoming. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very well located near the main attractions.
I'm mentioning this only because it's a five stars hotel. There's no black out on the windows, so i woke up when the sun came out and it wasn't muy idea of resting. The water for the bath was hot but it could be much hotter, at least, i would have appreciated it was hotter. The hair dryer was almost useless. The bathtube was way to high to get in. I had no problem with it because i'm 45 years old, but my father, who is 84 or another senior citizen, i'm sure couldn't have done it, or at least, would have found it difficult or very uncomfortable, almost dangerous. It was a really bad designing idea. I add a photo of it. The hotel is way to expensive for having all these failures.

makes a very pleasant change from staying in riads at the end of our Morocco visit.
They gave us a nice room upgrade.
the upstairs lobby areas were a bit sparse and worn. the rainfall shower in the room was corroded so didn’t work properly.
