It was beautiful! Such a cozy cabin feel. Fit our party perfectly and was an ideal location to get to the nearby ski mountains and tubing parks.

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing, quiet weekend at this cabin. Plenty of room for two, easily sleeps 8. Cabin had everything we needed. Had a great Italian meal in Fairplay at Millonzis.

We loved our stay here. It was clean, and there was everything we needed for a family getaway, it was very cozy with many amenities. The kids loved playing in the woods behind the house and fishing in the ponds. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin and property were beautiful and well maintained. I felt like we were staying at my family’s house. It was warm and inviting and well stocked with everything we could have needed. We will be visiting again!

We celebrated my mom’s birthday by staying in this cabin for 3 nights. It was my grandparent’s first time in Colorado, they loved it!
Originally, I was only going to book 2 nights but the coziness in the cabin photos encouraged me to book 3 nights. I am SO glad I did.

It was a nice place to stay. I enjoyed the hiking trails within walking distance. The ponds were pretty and nice. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. One of the kings is in a loft so there wasn't an ability for anyone to stay up late watching TV once the loft sleeper went to bed.

Very cozy feeling cabin, with plenty of room!

This is our second time staying at this house. Tara provided a lot of things that you don't find at other house. The kitchen has lots of appliances and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a gorgeous property inside and out. We had a wonderful stay with this as base camp. Very well appointed and thoughtfully done. We will return.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Incredibly well stocked, close to a grocery store, and relatively close proximity to everything we wanted to do (Breckinridge, mt sherman, etc). The kids loved the tree house, and the drive to the neighborhood we saw elk and antelope every day. This place is perfect! We will definitely be back.

We found Tara's lovely home when looking for a quick weekend getaway for ourselves and our senior dog. Communication was top-notch all along the way, and the listing info/photos were accurate. We loved sitting on the porch amid the aspens when the weather was on our side, and enjoying the great views from the ample windows inside when it got chilly. Great spot for a quiet time away, yet still close to Fairplay for groceries, restaurants, shops (we loved the Soup Pot and the distillery in particular). Also close to Breck, BV and Salida for day trips, though we didn't have the time on this trip to venture too far. We'd love to come back sometime soon.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners provided everything one would need in a home-away-from-home. We wish we could have stayed longer, as the quiet and beauty of the surroundings was very therapeutic for us. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a great stay in this cabin. The property is well equipped with everything you might need. We saw moose right out the window, heard elk bugling, and saw a sky full of stars.

Our goals for this weekend were to get out of the city for a few days and to see the Fall colors. We had no idea that we would be sitting in the middle of a beautiful aspen grove in a beautiful cabin. We never had to leave the cabin, nor did we want to. This is not your standard mountain cabin. The quality of construction, furnishings and appliances is way above standard. Though it was chilly we enjoyed some quality outdoor time on the deck and were visited multiple times by a beautiful blue jay. We will most assuredly be back!

The cabin is even nicer in person. It is surrounded by Aspen trees as you can see in the pictures. The big windows and A-frame of the cabin really is nice to be able to enjoy the views of the trees, especially waking up in the morning from the master bedroom you can see the trees from the main windows. The kids loved the "pirate ship" outside and loved playing with the logs. The small details in the cabin are so beautiful. The whole cabin is really well-stocked with whatever you might need. One of the kids forgot their toothbrush and we found a brand new one. Although, we brought all of our own condiments and cooking ingredients, the kitchen was very well-stocked with things like, sugar, flower, rice, spices, oils and lots of other things. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could've stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was wonderful and private. Exactly what we needed. Home is nicely nestled in the trees and offers amazing picture windows. These owners have thought of everything to take care of guests. We highly recommend this home! Thank you for the amazing time!

I cannot say enough great things about this property. The managers have such a well-stocked kitchen and the house is beautiful! The property is in an aspen grove and there are numerous places and trails to hike. We will be back!

This property was perfect for a family getaway. The cabin was very nicely stocked, had amazing views in every direction, and felt secluded in a friendly neighborhood. The only bummer was the bee nest on the kids playground in the backyard, couple kiddos got stung, but we took care of the nest and the kids still had a ton of fun thru the weekend. The community fishing ponds were perfect for kid friendly fishing! Tara was very prompt and accommodating! Thanks for the great memories made at this amazing property!

Wonderful Stay!
This is our second stay and it was a great one! There are a lot of great cabins in Colorado but this one has fishing ponds and trails without getting into a car. The grocery store is so close and well stocked, you would never think you are in a remote area. The house is very clean.

Great Stay
Nicely furnished cabin with all the comforts of home. Very clean, nicely decorated, well-built with lots of extra touches. From inside to the outside deck and grill - all top notch and in working order. Plenty of room for a family and quite comfortable. The hostess / host were easy to communicate with and very responsive to our needs. Additionally, they were very helpful with providing places to see and items to do as in horseback riding, rafting, fishing etc. Overall, a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Property was well stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils, children play toys as well as any other item you could possibly need. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice place to get away and relax but still be close enough to visit more touristy destinations. (i.e., Breckenridge, Denver, Buena Vista etc.) The cabin while not overly remote (there are small towns within easy driving distance) is in a location in the mountains with limited cell service but has a house phone for emergencies etc. Additionally, there is limited internet service as well Direct TV. If cell service is needed there is service near the main road (a couple of miles). We had a fantastic time, enjoyed our stay (wish we had stayed another week) and will come back!! Even our 11-year-old (who lives on his I-pad) didn't want to leave as there was so much to do.

Six of us spent 5 nights in this wonderful cabin in FairPlay! The house is the perfect size for a family vacation. It is the most well-stocked rental I have ever stayed in. Plenty of paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, cleaners, laundry detergent, etc! The kitchen has everything you could need - including paper plates, plastic baggies, foil. All those little things that you hate to buy for a week stay. Want to fish? Borrow the fishing poles! Feel like staying in? Borrow from the many games or DVDs available! The owners are extremely quick to respond and very helpful.
Beds are very comfortable and all king size!
We took a 2 hour horseback trail ride with Mount Princeton Stables in Nathrop, just 45 minutes from the cabin. 10/10 recommend!
Tara (the owner) recommended driving just past Alma and hiking near the Montgomery Reservoir. We saw gorgeous views and waterfalls.
If you are not used to high altitudes and haven’t vacationed at this elevation (Fairplay is 9900 feet), be prepared! We began hydrating a few days before with water and liquid IV and used little cans of oxygen. Some members of our party still suffered with altitude sickness though.

Best Summer Family Vacay
A 5 Star Experience. We came from the Dallas city heat to bask for 2 weeks in the cool June of the Rockies. Perfect glamping comfort describes the cabin (truly), surrounded by aspen, firs, wildflowers. And a night sky not to be missed. The quiet of Warm Springs Ranch was very nourishing for all; our two old dogs enjoyed a thousand different smells, and our grandsons fished the pond and played pirates in the treehouse. Awe inspiring mountain views are everywhere; eye candy for us prairie-city folks. The nearby town of Fairplay is convenient for all daytime stuff, there's a great river trail, and a variety of eating options. Don't miss the museum! We slid down the Alpine Slopes at Breckinridge and hiked some Continental Divide north of Alma. I'm homesick writing this. We'll be back.

This property is hands down what you want to book!
From the ease of check-ins to the property itself, this is one of my favorite cabin vacations. Located perfectly for various trails and just being away from the sounds of the city. Has Tons of space with just a short drive to the surrounding towns. Absolutely would stay here again.
