Ostello pulito e sostenibile

La posizione é davanti alla ormai ex stazione degli autobus (western bus station) a circa 20 minuti a piedi dall’Osh Bazar e 3 Km a piedi dal centro. La camera privata è molto spaziosa, il letto e il bagno ampi. Gli spazi privati e comuni sono tenuti puliti. Wifi buono. I ragazzi in reception mi hanno aiutata tantissimo. Sono molto gentili, simpatici e sempre disponibili. Organizzano anche gite giornaliere e food tour all’Osh Bazar. Per la colazione si ritira un voucher che si può utilizzare nella mensa accanto dalle 8:00 alle 10:00. Nelle vicinanze anche un grande supermercato. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Si può pagare con la carta di credito 😃 L’area è tranquilla di notte, si dorme bene. Non si sentono rumori dall’esterno.

Purtroppo dal fine Ottobre 2024 la western bus station in cui arrivavano i bus da Almaty é stata chiusa. Per raggiungere l’ostello dalla nuova stazione bisogna prendere un marshrutka o un taxi 🙁 Spero davvero che Apple Hostel non risenta troppo di questo fatto, perché con tutto quello che fa per i suoi ospiti e per la comunità di quartiere si merita il meglio!

Un bon rapport qualité/prix

Une bonne adresse si vous êtes de passage dans la capitale, proche de la bus station. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas extraordinaire mais la chambre est propre et spacieuse, avec une belle salle de bain. Les parties communes sont nombreuses et vous avez la possibilité de déposer vos sacs si vous arrivez avant votre check-in. De nombreuses activités sont proposées le soir et en journée.

Great value & comfortable beds!

Apple Hostel was gave me exactly what I want in a hotel -- a quiet room with very comfortable mattress (to say the least, not every hostel out there is capable of this!). I stayed in a twin bed room in the 2nd building, which maybe is a different experience than being in the dorm. A night's stay at this hostel also includes a free breakfast, and in my building there was a spacious kitchen/dining room area with TV. They make you wear slippers inside the building which contributes to the feeling of cleanliness, the shower/bathroom is fairly spacious, and the staff were helpful.

I wasn't given the access code to the gate of the second building at first, and had some problems opening the door, but later a different staff member gave me the code which made my life easier The hotel is not near the city center, so you will need to take a bus/taxi/have a long walk to get there.

Perfekter Start für eine Reise durch Kirgistan

Der perfekte Start für eine selbst-organisierte Kirgistan-Reise. Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfreich bei Planungen und Problemen - diesen Einsatz habe ich selten so unglaublich positiv in Hostels erlebt! Die Unterkunft selbst ist einwandfrei. Im großen (durch Mauer/Tor abgeschlossenen) Hof kann man gemütlich sitzen und es können auch Autos und Räder sicher abgestellt werden. Bier und Wasser kann man im Hostel kaufen, aber ein riesiger (24/7) Supermarkt ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Das inkludierte Frühstück in der "Nachbar-Kantine" ist einfach, aber einwandfrei. Die Lage direkt neben dem westlichen Busbahnhof ist perfekt, wenn man durchs Land reisen will. Man läuft durch das Hintertor und steht mitten im Busbahnhof. Auch ein Spaziergang zum Osch-Basar ist problemlos möglich. In die Innenstadt kann man entweder ca. 4km laufen oder man nimmt einfach einen Bus (z.B. Nr. 7) für 20 Som und fährt z.B. zum ZUM. Das ist sehr einfach. Ein Taxi kostet ca. 300 Som. Zum Flughafen kommt man (nachts) für 1200 Som, wenn man es übers Hostel bucht. Die 24h-Rezeption ist ein weiterer Komfort, v.a. bei frühen Flügen. Wir kamen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr an und konnten spontan für 1/2 Tag ein (anderes) Zimmer zum halben Preis mieten und uns schonmal ausruhen bzw. frisch machen.

Das Innendesign ist relativ schlicht (siehe Fotos).

ホステルですがプライベートルームがあって、バスルームあり。ドライヤーもありました。フロントで言えば洗濯機もお金を払って使えます。バスステーションのすぐ横なので他の街に行きやすい。入口に子猫がいて可愛かった。

На пару ночей норм, но спать было непросто

- в шаговой близости от западного вокзала; отличный вариант, если надо передохнуть перед длинной поездкой; - неплохой завтрак в виде омлета в столовой; - нормальные душевые и туалетные комнаты; правда вместо больших туалетных бумаг используют маленькие, самые дешевые, которые заканчиваются ко второй половине дня; - нормальная, не тесная кухня с посудой, холодильником и другими необходимыми вещами; - есть свой двор с тапчаном, где можно сидеть, общаться и просто чиллить; - на кроватях есть шкафчики где можно класть сумку, видимо к ним можно просить ключи у администраторов; - сейчас идут ремонтные работы - строится бассейн и тд. Видимо грядут серьезные улучшения.

- на кроватях элементарно нет шторек - и это в общей смешанной комнате; после этого надпись «please don’t sleep naked” смотрится просто комично; это один огромный минус, никакой приватности ночью; - матрас и кровать были не очень удобные для сна; - не выдали полотенца; - на кровати отсутствовало одеяло, пришлось спать в одежде, используя простыню; - в комнате нет вентиляции, нет кондиционера, поэтому ночью может быть душно, если много гостей, - нет кулера с водой, воду продают по 50 сомов; - чайник надо уже менять, там очень большая накипь образовалась уже;

Great place to stay as a traveler

I stayed there only one night, but I could feel like it was a place I could’ve spend a week or more easily. Super comfortable, met many other travelers, they even include breakfast and they’re located right next to the bus station, but very quiet. Rented a bicycle too, great experience. Clean, and I was lucky enough to try some plov and tea they prepared for us. They even have a place where you can workout! 10/10

Relaxing stay, friendly staffs,

The staffs are helpful and friendly.

There’s like a plumbing smell coming from the bathroom on Room 1 upstairs and Room 8. But when we transferred to another room, the bathroom is ok.

Good place to stay if you need quick access to buses.

It is very close to the international and local bus station. There is a good size market for food and access to ATM.

I love this place

Stayed here 6 years ago and now again - this place has evolved! The rooms are comfortable, the price acceptable, the yard is just so great to hang out with fellow travellers - all in all it's worth staying there. Located right next to the Western bus station (buses to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan right at the door), shops and restaurants around.

There is a very relaxing outside area. Located directly next to the bus station, so ideal for transfers. There is a very authentic and cheap cantine next to the hostel. One of the staff speaks english. The kitchen is well equipped.

My go-to place to stay in Bishkek, but also check out the brand new Apple Guesthouse!!

Great location, delicious breakfast, extremely helpful & friendly staff!! I felt like it was good value for the money spent. Being next to the west bus station is a perfect location. There are nightly activities that guests can enjoy together, (games night, culture night, etc...). The hostel often offers a day trip to the nearby national park at a very reasonable rate as well! It's a great place to meet other travelers!!

There really isn't anything that comes to mind... I stayed at Apple Hostel 7 years ago on my 1st trip to Kyrgyzstan. It was great coming back to it again!

the place is amazing, a great place to start your kyrgyzstan travel. it's wonderfully located just next to the bus station. reception 24/7, so great for flights coming in the middle of the night. we could nap in the common area waiting for our room. they take care of other bookings if you need, organise movie nights. amazing place!

Having to ring the bell to get in every time was annoying, there were lots of flies in the kitchen, no drinking water available. There was no water in the bathroom at one point.

Convenient, affordable, and overall comfortable stay in Bishkek.

The place was very conveniently located right next to one of the central Bus Terminus. It was neat and clean and very modernly and minimalistically but aesthetically designed. The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. The establishment provided shared tours to the local sites, a boon for budget travellers. We took the day trip to Ala Archa with them and had a great experience travelling and interacting with fellow travellers from different parts of the world. They also hosted periodic events that were cultural and social in nature. The day we checked in they had a Pilov (Pilaf) party (which we missed due to prior engagement) on the house. Apple Guesthouse is a very professionally managed and run establishment. We wished we had stayed their longer.

The mattresses in our rooms. They provided no support to the back, the springs were uneven in thickness and were lop-sided. They were so bad we had to take them off and sleep on the bare plank of the bed-frame which was better than the discomfort of the mattress. We did bring it to the attention of the front desk the next day and it was duly noted and entered in the system....hope something was done about it. Also the toilets on the ground floor of the main building stank since it had no vent or exhaust outlet....it being completely enclosed.... Periodic deodourising of the toilets could fix that hopefully Barring these, there was nothing about the guesthouse we didn't like.

The place is very clean, the shared facilities are comfortable and the shower is amazing! There I'd anAC in the room which is a great bonus and so necessary during summer. They also have safety lockers and a 24h reception. Really close to the bus station (about 4 min walk) from which you can take the bus to Karakol or Almaty, so perfect if you want to start your transfer day early and easy.

It is far from the city center, but close to the main road, from which buses or taxies are easy.

What a fantastic entry point into a new country! I had a great stay, and extended my reservation several times! The staff are all so friendly, charming, and helpful, and full of local suggestions and advice on travelling and experiencing Kyrgyzstan. Tours and day trips are planned from the hostel as well, so really they offer everything you could need to begin your trip here. This review is for a private room in the hostel, which was comfortable, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location is a bit far from the city center on foot, but still walkable, or else easily accessible by taxi. There's a supermarket right outside, as well as a pharmacy and several small places to eat, including a very convenient cafeteria right alongside the hostel. I'll certainly stay again, and highly recommend!

Fantastic for meeting like-minded travellers

- The best place in all of Kyrgyzstan to meet backpackers/travellers, stayed there twice and met so many amazing people! - Great location next to the Bus Station and Frunze supermarket - Staff spoke extremely good English - Social areas were well-equipped

- Although breakfast was included, it wasn’t great - Quite far to the city centre. The walk is alright during the day but at night there are long unlit sections so beware of this

everything!! the lady on the reception was the sweetest, it was very comfortable clean safe sustainable, its very close to the bus station, the breakfast was very warm delicious i will never forget this experience!! dont hesitate to book a bed in this hostel
