If 2-3 days is ok

The have very good breakfast and the location is good

A/c wasn’t working in the room, checked in 2 persons but in the room towel and bath facilities were only for one person

Comfortable first stay in Almaty

I stayed in this hotel for about a week and would consider it for my next trip to Almaty. My room was well equipped and featured a big bathroom. It was very clean and more or less soundproof with a nice view onto the city. Since my stay happened to be during my birthday, hotel management decided to surprise me with a cake and a kind note in my room, this was very much appreciated. Thank you again for that! Overall the attitude of the staff was very good, professional and welcoming.

I got the chance to try out the hotel's gym. Regarding the size of the room I would say some additional gym equipment/machines could be placed in there.The breakfast was good, although it was missing some simple fruits like: bananas, kiwis etc.

Everything was perfect , approx 3 minutes walk to the main shopping street. Very friendly staff, and clean hotel. Reasonable prices for in-room dining and the coffee bar on ground floor. The only reason I gave an overall score 9 (not 10) is the lack of swimming pool

For the price you can get a better place to stay

Good hotel, good location, front desk staff is great, jacuzzi on top floor is nice. But the hotel has a big room for improvement in terms of amenities provided.

Only 1 towel, 1 pair of slippers, 1 bath robe & no toiletries in the room. The charges of this hotel are that of a 5 star, but no amenities of that standard. On asking multiple times also, they would not provide more than 1 towel. We had 3 rooms with 2 persons each, so the least they have to provide is enough towels & atleast 2 pairs of bathroom slippers & bath robes. The top floor spa staff is pretty rude, i picked up a towel to use the jacuzzi & the lady came running & said please dont take the towel ! I mean seriously ?? Maybe the spa is managed by a third party & needs training. The front desk staff is pretty good though !

Very good

Room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff at the spa reception desk were rude. Shower head in our room needed to be cleaned or replaced as the holes were clogged with mineral build-up and the water didn't spray well.

People in the hotel is really nice and always helpful. Room was big enough for a nice rest

I was located on the last floor where the spa was. So it was a small noise in the room. It was not annoying, but it was possible to heard it.

Overall it was great.

Unfortunately I didn`t have breakfast since I had to leave earlier.

There was no filtered water to boil a tea. would be grate to have iron in the room.

they dont have Shattaf no conserge to carry our luggage when we arrived we ordered apeperoni pizza from the hotel menu and they sent a bellpeper pizza, inssesting that this is peperoni pizza !!!!they took the pizza and did not refund.
