Had a good time, room with a beautiful view, staff very friendly and helpful.

Amazing view from the room. Staff very kind and helpful.

Breakfast quite expensive, works better if is added it when you book the room.

Ask for number 6 room on high floor for great views.

One night stay with my young son. They provided a free upgrade us to a high floor with amazing city views. Breakfast on 38th floor hit the spot. Again, unbeatable views. Room was a good size and comfortable. The receptionist mentioned that the ‘number 6’ rooms on each floor are the best.

Reception area - check-in desk apologetically stuck in the corner and didn’t give a great first impression. However, the staff member overcame that as per my above comments.

Excellent. Exceeded my expectations . The staff were all so helpful.and friendly.

Breakfast was great. Especially having a decaff made for me which is a medical requirement. Only one very minor comment. The scrambled egg had sat for a long time and was sad and cold.

Pleasant, would probably stay again but during the week.

Stayed for two nights. Good location, clean room, modern. Close to good restaurants and tube lines.

Unable to stream to TV, unable to use rooftop bar due to closure, some plug sockets didn’t work in the room and we were required to call maintenance twice (as they had not called maintenance the first time), maintenance were lovely. Fairly expensive, but expected on a weekend in london.

Fantastic views, comfortable stay and will definitely be back.

The amazing views from the rooms, and the swimming pool; which was a lovely end to the stay after a day/night in London and feeling sore and achey from all the walking . All the staff were lovely and welcoming too. The water foundation in reception was amazing too and a godsend after being at a concert until late & no where open to purchase water on the way home, so it was like our life line when we arrived back…or at least that’s what it felt like when arrived back and then to find complimentary cold water bottles in the fridge when in the rooms too. Amazing.

Excellent service by the staff at check-in and from antonella and rebecca at the breakfast who made sure our large group could sit together.

Nor being allowed in the bar in the evening because I had flip-flops on

Hotel is beautiful but we were disappointed by service levels

We’ve stayed here about 4-5 times and the overall design and location of the hotel is lovely. The decor is nice and the rooftop terrace and bar is lovely in the warmer weather.

Over the years the service has really gone down hill. Between our first visit when the hotel was newly opened to now the experience is very different. We felt like we were an inconvenience from the time we arrived to the time we left. We arrived early and went to the bar where we weren’t greeted very warmly at all, there was an event of some sort happening, I think maybe a brunch but there was a very clear difference between the way the brunch guests were treated and they way we were. We asked for an ice bucket at the bar and were told we couldn’t have one and had to ring room service, we rang room service and were told we should have got one from the bar. We eventually did get some ice but were charged £5 room tray charge because the bar wouldn’t help. Overall it just felt like every time we asked for something it was an inconvenience and nobody really wanted to help which is a shame as we have always really loved our stays here and recommend it to everyone we know.

We were not satisfied with this stay.

The view from the room was lovely but was expecting a little more from the actual room itself.

We booked a night at Novotel for our anniversary and instead of being catered for properly, we were slightly let down. The tv had no film channels available, no way to connect our phones to it and the staff then told us we had to pay an additional fee for a HDMI cable. This inconvenience should’ve been explained before booking. The majority of hotels offer complimentary gowns and slippers, however we were told we’d have to pay a total of £15 which we were unhappy about. The bathroom toiletries were poor, there was no toothpaste, no conditioner and two towels between us which we had to use for both the shower and swimming pool. Overall for the price we paid for one night, we were unsatisfied and I’d like to know what Novotel has to say for themselves.

Brilliant stay and perfect location for the London marathon. Staff very friendly.

Comfortable & convenient stay in Docklands

Great breakfast they forgot to clean my room on the last day & had no water in the room when I returned at 11.30pm- had to ask reception. A mix up when I had extended my stay therefore had 2 bookings.

Not a very comfortable stay.

Nice breakfast. Fantastic view on 38/F and 37/F.

No slippers, no toiletry, no conditioner, not enough towels, little option for hot beverages, no mini bar, little options for room service, pillows uncomfortable causing me neck pain.

Staff member in dire need of basic manners, but that aside, facility was excellent!

The bed was comfy. The room was clean and spacious. The location was good. Breakfast was delicious and a very good selection. Great views of the city!

Katherina my darling.... When the customer asks for a combined bill, take out your calculator and add them together next time. Don't huff, puff and roll your eyes as if the customer is the trouble for you. Especially when it's £3k over. Re-training needed (or actually just training in general on how to be a warm welcoming host)!! Your attitude just stinks. If you want to do that, go and work in Karens Diner. It would be a perfect fit for you. Hope you read this and add it to your resume

A top hotel.

Location and view are unrivaled. Cleanliness is consistent throughout and the rooftop bar is awesome.

I stayed at Novotel Canary Wharf in 2017 and was blown away by both the range and the freshness of fruit available at breakfast. This wasn't the case on my most recent visit. Also, I feel that having stayed for 2 nights, a breakfast tariff of £25 shouldn't have necessitated me paying further for porridge and an omelette.

Excellent value for money, convenience and helpful staff

Suite and view was beautiful, rituals shower stuff, comfortable bed.

Was a bit cold and couldn’t work the heating, one of the tv’s in the suite kept turning off and restarting. However 10/10 stay regardless, 100% returning.

The location is good and well in reach of public transporta whilst quiet.

Disappointing

It’s was accessible and clean

I was very disappointed! I informed the concierge that it’s for a newly wed couple and for them to make the room presentable. When the entered it was a plain room which looked like no effort has been made. Concierge told me when I was paying for it that something nice was done but it was just a big disappointment!

The window was too small there was barely enough lighting at times during the day, the TV did not connect to other devices or play YouTube videos

Exceptional

The hotel was lovely, beautiful decorated and very comfortable rooms. The veiw was perfect from our room. Great facilities and amazing value for money.

Only thing I would say if you want do go to the bar upstairs book a table. As it was raining when we went so we couldn't stand outside on the roof top bar.

Bad

I came and receptionist advised that there is no room available due to the festival that happened that weekend even though i have a confirmation. I was then advised that payment will not be charged. However they still took my money. I need a refund ASAP

Novotel is always a good choice for families.

Breakfast was great, as always in Novotel. Room size is very comfortable for 2 persons.

Would be better to have normal (concrete) walls between room and bathroom (soundproof).
