Great location for a place to crash if you are a deep sleeper

Earplugs on arrival next to the bed was a little alarming….lucky I’m a deep sleeper

Great location

Location great....had everything we needed.

I had asked for a 0900 check which I thought had come back confirmed...however arrived at 10am and room was not clean.....but we had a full day so was certainly ready when we returned later.

Great location, not sure if I will be back.

Lovely spacious apartment. Great layout and fabulous outdooor seating options. Great location for being able to access the CBD area. If you follow the parkmate app instructions, you get good parking onsite. Great instructions provided on how to access the building and room on arrival.

Bed was really hard, and I couldn't even sleep on the other bed in the room as it was a trundler, and it was chain locked up!! Coffee and tea starter kit provided, but if you both take sugar, and you are only provided with 2 sugar sachets you can't have a morning coffee. States complimentary toiletries provided so we did not take our own as it was only an overnight trip but was supplied with only one small bar of handsoap. These are only minor things and are easily corrected. The major thing for us was the noise at the location. lots of noise from workmen outside, very early in the morning. Defiantly no sleep in could be had. High traffic volume area also. Left feeling exhausted after very little sleep throughout the night,

Great location. Enjoyed being so close to the waterfront. Great Wi-Fi. Spacious apartment with a lovely balcony. Appreciated the coffee setup.

Agree with other reviews that it could have been a bit cleaner. There was significant noise at night. Had to close up the windows.

Loved the apartment and enjoyed our time there! will stay again!

The information supplied from the hosts for key collection was great, simple and easy to follow. The apartment itself is spacious and has a great balcony! It is super convenient to downtown Auckland and there are so many different food options close by.

The shower in the bathroom is not well cleaned. There is mould all over the walls. As well the soap dish in the shower is loose and needs tightening up. Parking is expensive. It would be great if the apartment came with a car park and we didn't need to pay astronomical amounts to park there. Even using the Parkmate app it is still very expensive.

Pretty noisy location, cars and people. Read the carpark instructions, can pay at the kiosks when you arrive.

Location is handy but not value for money

Property smelt like toilet freshener on arrival - all windows wide open. Then smelt musty for rest of stay. Property quite aged. Constant noise outside - screaming yelling cars until 3 am.

An average sleepless night due to the above.

The location was very good and comfortable

so much noise during the night and a lot of light from street lighting comes in. Did not have the two washing powder sachets that the in room document states. Did not get a lot of sleep during the night due to people making noise in the corridors and in the street.

Nice spacious apartment. 2 free Coffee PODs were nice. Excellent location and not too noisy.

Apartment is quite light at night as blinds don't block out the outside lights, making it harder to sleep. Apartment wasn't totally clean - bathroom ceiling and other places were a bit dirty.

The apartment was great but if you want a good nights sleep no too good.

The location was great as it was close to restaurants and bars but this also meant that it was extremely noisy at night with groups of drunk people yelling etc and cars revving in the road next to the apartment.
