Loved the decor, service and warm feel. Friendly and efficient staff. Food was really wonderful. Comfortable room and lovely big bathroom.
Being on ground floor and noise from people outside door at 6.30am.

Absolutely fantastic place, lovely staff and beautiful venue. Bed was so comfy and amenities were brilliant!
It is a little pricey but I do think worth it

Nice room although not that big. lovely bedding. Lovely big shower . Helpful staff good breakfast.
Room was very warm and so we had to have the double glazing open to vent the room. As our room faced the road it was very noisy in the morning. It was a choice of ventilation or noise.
Had a pod coffee machine in the room which was ok but as I’d never used one before I found it confusing. I’d prefer to have the choice of instant coffee as well. There were no biscuits which for the price of the room I thought there should be. We were happy with our stay but thought at full price it would not be good value for money.
4.5
The quality of the hotel and the friendly staff. Also the lovely tented garden at the back.
The pillows were too hard for me, and the bathroom light stopped working on the morning we checked out, so we had to shower in the dark.

The head waiter, Bob, is always first class. The food, equally, superb. Thanks, guys.

Breakfast good choice available. Car parking ample garden very pretty
No wardrobe in bedroom just 2 chests of drawers one of which was difficult to pass between it and the end of the bed. A fan in the room would be very acceptable as it was hot and airless. The bathroom was spotless

beautiful location in the Test valley
the room I stayed in, being overt six hundred years old, did smell a bit damp

loved the garden area, it was absolutely beautiful especially when the sun is shining!
great place for our two dogs and they were made to feel as welcome and looked after as much as we were. they even got a sausage each for breakfast!
the room we had was perfect. the food was incredible! the staff go above and beyond to make you feel so comfortable and welcome.
we could not fault this place. we loved it so much we have booked to go back again for two nights in July.
this is being very picky but pillows could possibly be a little softer but other than that nothing!

We really enjoyed our short one night stay at the Greyhound, the welcome was great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and service was first rate.
The Greyhound is very busy and as car parking in Stockbridge is in short supply, the dedicated car park is a real bonus but it can still be quite busy depending on the time of day and the number of people dining there but not residing.
4.5
in a word everything, it had character, lovely decor, great staff, even the low beams were padded!!
there was nothing I didn’t like. the one thing I’d improve on if I was being picky was plugging in the kettle for tea was a bit awkward, hardly a deal breaker!
