Enjoyed the large space, balcony views and location. Needs updated and cleaned better.

We like the space in the unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Enjoyed the balcony and view. We liked the swimming pool. Jetted tub was a nice plus. Telephone contact with host was pleasant and helpful.

The unit needs updates, especially the furniture. The ac struggled. The fan was helpful but was filthy and we had to clean it before using. The unit needed a thorough cleaning. Lots of remotes with no directions.

the condo itself was good, but it definitely wasnt clean. the good thing about here is that the person in charge sent so

the view, the condo itself is good

was not clean, found a cockroach in our bed, it hadnt been swept, the smell made you not want to be there

Cozy condo with a view!

The location and view of downtown Gatlinburg were excellent, especially with all the Christmas lights! 🎄 The bedrooms were spacious, each with a bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom showers were a little dirty and the air unit in the front room didn't run very well.

Not worth the money spent

spacious

property was a little dirty, towels smelled, pillows stained, hot water faucet did not work properly in the tub and the faucet came loose and water splashed everywhere. the ac stopped working. requested a grill and there was one in the balcony but did not work. there was no dish sponge or no kitchen towels. the pizza cutter was absolutely filthy that it took me awhile to get all the dried up remains of previous use. the dish soap was so watered down that was difficult to properly wash dishes

Nice place

Good location and value our room rollaway frame was damaged but we didnt need. Was clean and spacious with all amenities. Pool and hottub were not open only downer. But they were working on would stay again if I took a gang along.

The view from my windows of downtown Gatlinburg were phenomenal. Customer service was excellent.

we had a fun time, didn’t spend a lot of time in room

location and pricing

I spilled a drink on floor and when I went to clean up the kitchen floor was very dirty. the shower curtain rod in jet tub bathroom wouldn’t stay up. the roll away twin bed frame was broken. the other twin bed had a dirty wash rag and sock in it. the coffee maker doesn’t make coffee (extremely slow). the mattresses slumped in the middle. but once you got past that…. the room was convenient to everything.

Good location, reasonable accommodation.

For a reasonably healthy person, this spot is with in walking distance for most of main Gatlinburg, including Anakeesta. Each bedroom had its own bath attached. Native bears walked right under the balcony where we could watch them, this was delightful for the kids.

The elevator was down one day, so after walking all over town we got to walk up 5 flights of stairs. The master bed( king size) was not well supported so my spouse and I either clung to the side or rolled to the middle. The decorating was definitely thrift store chic, but we were there for the outdoor stuff anyway.
