The property was beautiful & a peaceful Oasis. The owners could not do enough to help & make the stay as comfortable as possible.
Just a little too far out

Un lieu exceptionnel par sa beauté et tranquillité. A proximité de tous les lieux touristiques. Une super piscine avec petit dej sur la terrasse. Apaisement totale.

This accommodation is palatial and so comfortable. The decor is exquisite and the staff are so wonderful. It’s a very serene oasis outside of Marrakech for a quiet few days before flying out.
The location is somewhat isolated so it’s not possible to walk to any shops.

This is a lovely little gem of a hotel. It was graceful, quiet excellent privacy and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Our issue was that we were staying during ramamdam , however the staff sent out for take out for us so we didnt havent fast the same as they did. We regretted moving to a riad in the souks as this would have been a most excellent base. We will return and use it as a longer trip base.
hmmmm let me think......oh yes absolutely nothing!!!!!!

Location was good.
Needs modernisation and
Needs better breakfast and
Should upgrade the mattress, bathroom and towel with better quality materials.
Bathroom feels bit outdated.
Towels everywhere were old and had stains of rust.

Everything else but our room
Our room was a good size but run down and below level kind of felt like we were given the cleaners room. The bathroom had no shower head holder so to shower we had to hold with one hand and wash with the other. I would not recommend the rooms under the ground floor

we love the trip due to Moroccan people hospitality. hotel was excellent in all the way. v traditional. accommodate extended checked out. help in every way. recommended plan which was right for us and cover all the famous places. Breakfast start 8am. they give us 7am on request every day. Friendly staff and had a cute cat. my 1 year old daughter love the stay. she was walking around and playing with everyone. French and Arabic was the language but help us via google translator. highly recommended to stay there and their chef is better than lot of local restaurants.
Nothing. help us out during whole trip.

Local shop 20 minute walk away along main road hotel has a driver is happy to drop guests anywhere!

One of the most amazing interior we saw in our stays here in Morocco. The staff was also super helpful and caring. They helped us out with a car wash, were very pleasant and friendly.
The room was clean and tidy. The location is a bit away from the center but that wasn’t a problem for us since we were traveling with a car.
Overall it’s a great value for money.
Breakfast could be improved, a lot of pastry but not much of protein selection. A few boiled eggs would work great.

The room is larger than normal Dar in the middle of the city, location a bit far away from center busy area, if you have a car the it’s not a problem. Room is clean and beautiful.
I can hear the cars on the road as I was in the roadside room, the breakfast is always the same-all kinds of carbs, lol

The Palais is in secluded and quiet area which is perfect if you wanna rest , use the pool and just relax. At the same time, a lift to any place in the city is available. The staff is very friendly: Amin, the owner, looked after us very well, was helpful in every way needed, the two drivers /staff members we met, were good fun, but professional at the same time, always ready to help.
Pool is situated outside the building, in the garden, sourranded by flowers and palm trees. That gives you some privacy while enjoying water/sun. Water was very clean, the garden and pool area were well looked after on every day basis.
Breakfast was nice and tasty.
Room had spacious, comfortable layout, with lovely view on the garden from balcony.
I loved the decor inside the building. My family and I would definitely recommned this place.
Thanks guys! :-) ( Our kids are missing you already!)

The Palais is very beautiful, both the shared common spaces and the room. Very nicely decorated and with great attention to details. A beautiful place, with a good price-quality ratio. The pool and garden are lovely.

Everything was just perfect! Great villa with a big pool and nice garden for chilling. Room had very comfortable bed and balcony facing the pool area. I liked beeakfast since here i was able to ask for omlet which was very rare during all my trip in Morocco :) City center is 10-15 min drive by car- very easy to access and park it over there. Overall well spent 3 nights ar this place!
Everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay :) staff could not be friendlier… did absolutely everything for you. The outside/pool area is super clean and well kept. Our bed was so comfy we had the best sleep. Would highly recommend this beautiful place!
a little far out from the medina but we had a personal driver from the hotel whenever we needed to go or picking up. fabulous service!!!

We had an absolutely lovely time at this place and I can’t give it anything other 10/10. The location was good and the pool was amazing!!!
Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We also checked out late and this wasnt an issue. If anyone’s looking for a home away from home, this is the place to go. Much preferred it to a hotel.

Stunning deco but must of all, we will always remember how helpful, friendly and carefull all the staff was with us. I was expecting dealing every day with taxis due to the distance to the center, but from our arrival to the airport Housseine was driving wherever and any time, they didn’t know what the word ‘no’ was. Always with a simile. He help us with change offices, camel ride, restaurants. Was our angel and nice company. And far more better price than taxis.
Excellent breakfast with home made cakes and marroccan ‘crepes-pancakes?’ and natural orange juice. Not a buffet, just a homely brekfast watching the garden and de pool.
The only ‘disturbing’ thing to write is for people sensitive to noise. There is a road near so you will hear traffic. I didn’t find a problem but here is to write to help visitors.

Décor, facilities, comfort, staff (extremely nice, polite and helpful). They allowed us to check out late.
A bit far and difficult to reach from the main attractions.

It's that time to rave about our Riad all of our 7-day stay here in Marrakech. What a perfect choice to stay in the outskirts & avoid a daily occurrence of pandemonium if you were stay within the Medina! A mere 20-min drive away from the heart of the city, it is intimate with only 6 suites, a lovely Jardin with a decent pool to boot, intricate, colourful & eye-catching traditional interiors, a cosy in-house Hammam & Spa service, personalised food service and Abdul who's nearly a personal butler at your beck & call 🤭
Everything is catered for with a personal touch, we get up in the mornings and go down to what feels like your own home. No porters, waiters or stationed Receptionist. They are all just so sensitive, they appear as if on cue to meet your needs! It really is homely 🥰
Amine, the owner/home manager is a very polite, accommodating gentleman who ensured that we were looked after well.
Thank you Dar Ouladna!
