We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the whole experience at the Riad Hart Essoura. The Riad was charming and had all that we needed. The breakfast every morning was fantastic with great variety. Ouady and Mohammad were very helpful and looked after all of our requests brilliantly. Would recommend this Riad to all for a full Moroccan experience.
Nothing to add, we had a great stay

Beautifully decorated, gorgeous room. Staff amazing, friendly and helpful. Quady was fantastic, helped us throughout the stay and keen to please.
Beds hard. I told Quady and he is going to put toppers on for next guests.

Clean, high quality items … like towels and bedsheets, nice decoration and fantastic staff
Nothing to mention about the place itself.
Only around the place you may find some locals who try to give you direction (you don’t need) in return of money. Just ignore them

I had a great time at my stay at Riad Essoura. The decor of the room was fantastic and is exactly as shown in the pictures. Got lots of cute shots around the Suite! The staff were friendly and communicative, offering us tea and biscuits when we checked in. The Riad is centrally located and you are able to walk to the Main Square in less than 15 minutes. The neighborhood also seems safe and we did not encounter any issues during our stay. Breakfast was great and enjoyable beside the pool. Thanks for a warm welcome in Marrakech!

The staff was great, Mohammed was very helpful in everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty and abundant. The Riad is beautiful.
The bad was not comfortable at all, the matress was the super hard and the pillows too big, was hard to sleep. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the center, at day no problem, but at night not the nicest walk.

Our experience with Riad Hart Essoura was 100% positive and we would gladly recommend it to anyone wanting a similar experience in the heart of the Medina. Ouady the manager and his assistant Mohammed were extremely friendly and anxious to make our stay even more comfortable if they could in any way. Trustworthy guides, dining recommendations and commentary about our surroundings were a small part of their contributions to our stay. Breakfasts at Riad Essoura were delicious. They included both fresh fruit and a variety of breads and crepes as well as the choice of eggs, yogurt, cheese and jams. Coffee or tea as well as fabulous fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. We had dinner at the Riad our first night that rivaled any of the meals we had at better restaurants in the Medina.

Simply outstanding experience. Right from check in to check out, we had a great time at the Riad. The host is always responsive and eager to help. He made sure that we had a hot dinner waiting for us in spite of a late check in due to a flight delay. The room was comfortable, cozy and clean. The bathroom was basic but clean with hot water and amenities. Breakfast was set in the verandah and featured Moroccan specialities which we all enjoyed. If we had a question or needed help with directions or bookings, Mohamed was always around to help. He even went out of his way to go and buy us some olives which we loved. Great overall, highly recommended!
Nothing to specify although I felt the room specified for three people could have been a bit more spacious.

We honestly had the best time here! From the style of the riad, the lovely terrace to sunbathe, the main restaurant area and the room we had. Also how attentive, friendly and helpful the staff were, especially Mohammed and Youssef, they were so lovely and helped us out so much. Breakfast was also delicious! This was my second time in Marrakech and was my favourite, largely due to the riad!
nothing!

Honestly - everything! It was perfect. The room and facilities were world-class, and the location could not have been better. The staff (Ouady and team) were INCREDIBLE. Thank you! I highly, highly recommend this special place.
I wish that we stayed there longer! We will be back!

The location was good
I found the manager rude. The rooms were opened without our permission in the name of painting and cleaning and were left wide open when we came one day. We ordered for 2 course dinner but they gave us a slice of orange in the end and put it as 3 course in the end.the car was delayed by half an hour in picking us from airport but they charged us 40 euro for transfer which was expensive compared to taxis we got normally. The breakfast was the same for all the 3 days that we stayed and had no variety. I booked through booking .com and when I had to pay on checking out, the manager was rude since i asked if I could pay in euros with the card machine. Overall, I couldn't stay there again.

The location of this Riad is perfect being only a 8 mins walk to jmaa fna. The place is also spotless and your room is cleaned frequently.
Breakfast is amazing, everything is done fresh. I also ordered cous cous for dinner on one of the nights and it was made the real Moroccan way (was really nice).
Also the staff are really friendly, anything you need they will try there very best to get it.

The riad has been beautifully renovated and designed. the location is in a nice part of the Medina with very nice shopping and museum close by. The manager and his staff are very attentive, extremely helpful and kind. Wonderful breakfast and dinner.
Nothing really. But I would say the only downside of a riad is that they can be a bit noisy at times as sound can resonate in the inside courtyard. But again guests are usually quiet .

A cool, calm, relaxing sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. immaculately clean, traditional Riad with beautiful furnishings.
Wonderful rooftop area, bedrooms surround the courtyard where we breakfasted daily, which was absolutely plentiful and delicious.
The service from the staff was top notch, excellent English spoken, attentive and very helpful, arranging taxi’s and tour guides.
Cannot recommend this place highly enough, a must if you want to stay in the Medina
there is nothing to dislike

The staff (Mohamed and Kamal) has been amazing, helpful and courteous!
We work in hospitality so we know what are the "standards", but they really went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular and enjoyable.
Will come back to this riad next time in Marrakech!!
Nothing, we really liked everything!

We stayed at different places in the city, but based on friends who already visited Marrakesh, staying in a Riad is a must do experience. Since there are so many to choose from we were guided by the booking.com reviews.
This property is absolutely stunning and the people are amazing. We were welcomed by the host, got served mint tea with cookies and got information about the area. The host was very helpful and even made some reservations for us.
The Riad looks exactly like the pictures and you can see it is maintained with a lot of care and love for hosting people who want to find some quiet from the buzzing streets of Marrakesh. The room was spacious and traditionally decorated. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop provides for an excellent relax moment with views over the city.
We initially booked 3 nights but had to change it into 1 night due to cancellation of our flight. We informed the host about this as soon as we knew and asked if we could change our fixed reservation of 3 nights into 1 and he was so lovely to confirm. We didn’t have to pay the 2 nights we originally anticipated to stay and this was undoubtedly very welcoming.
Definitely recommend this Riad to anyone who is staying in or passing by Marrakesh.

A few things made this Riad a perfect stay. Firstly the staff was amazing, they were very helpful and even gave us a mobile device with local SIM we could use throughout our stay in Marrakesh. Furthermore the location is great and the staff is more than willing to help assist you in finding your way around. The breakfast was also nice and traditional. Lastly the rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean.
Nothing.

Staff were flawless and so accommodating. My brother was ill the second day we arrived, and they offered to bring him food or go to the pharmacy for him.
We stayed over Xmas and the food was exceptional - highly rate the pastilla.
Great location and amazing staff - stay here!

We typically stay in chain hotels to ensure quality and ,consistency particularly during our international travels when we are uncertain about reliability of accommodations. This time we decided to take some risk and booked a stay in a Riad and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. Riad Hart Essoura ranks very high in the list of best places we have stayed including some fancy Hiltons. With personalized care, incredible food and cozy rooms Riad Hart Essoura has set a high bar for hospitality that chain hotels and resorts can't easily match.
