Parfait !

L'accueil, le personnel a été hyper bienveillants et attentifs à nos besoins. Achraf et Hicham sont de très bons hôtes. Le cadre est superbe. La propreté était au rendez-vous et la cuisine un délice. Parfait.

TORTURA !! No quedarse en esta Riad hay mejores opciones a mejor precio.

La habitación era amplia

No me gustó nada, lo peor la ubicación. Voy 4/5 veces al año a Marrakech así que hablo desde el total conocimiento. En la puerta del Riad a partir de las 19:00 siempre hay un grupo de personas consumiendo drogas. Y en varias ocasiones nos molestaron, y reclamaron dinero, incluso una de las veces prácticamente entrando hasta dentro de la habitación. NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE QUEDARSE EN ESTE ALOJAMIENTO POR SEGURIDAD. Aparte de esto la piscina es pequeña y no se parece en nada a las fotos. La suite es amplia y está bien, pero el baño tenía humedad y presentaba falta de mantenimiento. Para colmo estaba entre la cocina, el comedor y la piscina y era imposible dormir por la cantidad de ruido que prácticamente había todo el día, incluido la música que ponían los empleados bastante alta, más las mesas que están prácticamente en la puerta de la habitación y donde muchos clientes consumen hasta altas horas de la noche. Nos fue imposible descansar bien ningún día. Resumen, hay mejores opciones a mejor precio, con mejores instalaciones, y sobre todo mejor ubicada y sintiéndote seguro. Nosotros no volveríamos ni gratis.

Tout était parfait. Le riad est très beau avec la double terrasse qui est très agréable. La chambre est magnifique, avec un lit chauffant très appréciable en décembre. La salle de bain est vraiment belle. Le personnel est au petit soins, répond à tout demande et à de très bonnes recommandations, merci à vous. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Nous avons pu faire un cours de danse orientale sur la terrasse avec Christina, que je recommande pour une petite immersion pendant 2 heures, un merveilleux moment de partage. L'emplacement est très bien, pas loin de tout et en même temps à l'écart du cœur de la médina. Je recommande ce riad les yeux fermés.

More than worthwhile!

The team in particular is wonderful and very helpful, making your stay unique. They help you with all your questions and give you great tips for the area. I even got a cake for my birthday and the room was decorated.

Colazione fantastica, la migliore provata durante il soggiorno a Marrakech. Il servizio clienti eccezionale. Aziz e Ashrof gentilissimi e super-disponibili

La posizione è nascosta, tra i vicoli della Medina ove è facile perdersi. Ma lo staff è disposto a venirvi a prendervi nella piazzetta vicina.

Staff was amazing, I could not recommend this place enough! Breakfast was something my friend and I looked forward to every day!! Rooms were cleaned everyday staff will help you book guides and tours. Book with them!!!!

The riad exceeded our expectations, Ashraf and Hamid were extremely kind, really supportive.

A hidden gem in the heart of Marrakesh

The property is beautifully decorated and the rooms are comfortable and well designed. The rooftop terrace offers a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Dinner and breakfasts were delicious and staff members were very welcoming, courteous and extremely helpful. We loved our stay at the Riad and could not recommend this enough!

Very clean spaces and friendly staff! The terrace is really nice and has a nice view. The rooms are big and meticulous.

Difficult to find the door of the Riad. Local people approached us asking for money in our attempt to find the place. The little street is not well luminated and doesn't have enough signs. The owners need to put more effort in helping the visitors find the place with safety.

All in all we had a great time and both can totally recommend this Riad! :)

I booked this Riad for me and friend of mine and we both immediately were very happy with how incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating the Staff was. Throughout our whole stay we didn’t have any problems with the Riad and the staff always went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were nice.

The only thing we have to criticize is the advertisement of a pool which was closed during our visit.

Surely coming back again

The Riad has a beautiful rooftop with a nice view over Marrakech. The rooms are ok, the bed it’s a bit too small. The staff was very kind and helped us in every matter.

The location was ok but we had to walk at least 15 minutes to reach some restaurants and the riad is located in a dark street and if you come back after dinner alone you need to be a bit careful.

It was incredibly fascinating to see, how hospitable and kind Michèle and her entire staff is. You feel like you are at home from. The first minute on, welconed with fresh mint tea of course. The place is 100% clean and it's lovely designed all over. I would highly recommend to have dinner at the Riad at least once. But I am pretty sure you will at least go twice once you have tasted the super tasty and delicious dished they serve there. Last but not least there is Mohamed and he is one of the most open-minded, kind and hard-working guys I've ever met in my life. He is always there to give you some priceless hints regarding the city of Marrakesh, he is always smiling but always keeps the distance so that you feel extremely comfy without being annoyed. Much respect to you Mohamed, keep going like this and make the people around you smiling like you are doing all time. Whenever I return to Morocco, I will definetly stay at this beautiful Riad again. Thank you all for how you treated us!
