A real gem, pretect for my travel companion and myself on a two day rest stop while road tripping the north island. Such

Beautiful grounds, the owners went above and beyond to accommodate us. The beds were so comfortable, kitchen, living room, patio was all fantastic.

湖はほとんど見えません。スピード出してると道路から入るところがわかりにくいかも。

A lovely spot for the family.

We loved the location, close to attractions and the quiet quaint countryside feel. Kids loved the playground and the animals ! Staff were very friendly too.

Fantástica estancia

El sitio es bonito con el césped, los columpios, las alpacas y la oveja...La estancia estaba limpia y bien de tamaño. Cama cómoda.Muy cerca, en coche, de Rotorua Centro. Estancia muy ventilada y con mucha luz. La terracita estaba muy bien.

Pienso que necesitas tener coche para moverte.

Great hideaway!

I really liked how clean the rooms were. Had all the facilities we needed.

The spray in the room was quite overpowering.

Was in a good location for us. Heat pump heated the room quickly which was good after a day in the rain.

Shower was either scorching hot or cold was hard to find a warm spot. Oven element would only work if turned fully on and 1 element didn’t work.

The facilities were generally clean however there was some mould on the bottom of the curtains and a damp smell from under the kitchen sink.

Modern huge rooms with lovely animals at your doorstep

Room was lovely. Modern, clean, large and comfortable. Loved the chickens coming up to the door of the patio to say hi. Convenient parking right outside room. Bed was very comfy.

A bit further out of town than I expected but not too terrible. The rest of the property was a little run down but the great room made up for it.

The location, the staff were very friendly and having the animals and playground was great. it was nice a simple perfect for a short stay. the wooden carvings and gardens were really lovely.

the kitchen needed a few more bits like potato peeler, a bowl and some extra utensils. the wi-fi is very patchy. Clearly everyone is working hard but the site is still bit messy.

Lovely place just outside the City

The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean and modern. There was a nice view from the room. Approximately 10 to 15 minutes drive from main Rotorua city, a bit far out if you didn't have a car.

Getting in and out of the property from the main road was very difficult due to high volumes of traffic constantly passing on the road.

Great place to sleep while passing through Rotorua

My friends & I drove down from Auckland & staff went above & beyond for us as we were going to be checking in around 10pm- they made sure to leave the key somewhere we could find. The property is absolutely beautiful- wish we had longer to explore the farm animals. Perfect for a place to sleep a group of people- kitchen facilities were appreciated as well. Will stay here again in the future!
