Very central to most things.
All good

Spacious and close to Merchant City and some nice restaurants
It is described as executive, and it simply isn't. The blinds on the windows have dirty marks everywhere, and one had no pull cord, so you had to climb on a chair to re-open. Broken fan, not replaced even though I asked. No wine glasses, was told cleaner would bring some, they didn't. No wine or beer opener, bed too soft.

Very convenient location
Communicating with the hosts was very challenging. They wouldn’t respond, they charged a 300 pound deposit that we weren’t prepared for. And despite many messages to them explaining that I was booking this for my parents and not for myself, and asking for help with check in instructions, they wouldn’t respond. And then I got a call at 3 am my time in a different time zone on the day of check in to discuss check in instructions!

We didn’t stay in the apartment we booked as there was a problem with the water boiler . So we were located to a different apartment. This 2nd apartment in Albion Gate was clean and comfortable. Also located in a good area close to the city
The cookware in the kitchen was pretty basic. So made self catering a bit limited.

Any easy walk into the centre of Glasgow. Apartment was clean and spacious
We were told at the last minute that the apartment we had booked was not available due to a water leak. The apartment we were placed in fell well short of expectation, based on the photos of the apartment we had booked. There was no elevator or tumble dryer as originally promised. The hosts were as helpful as could be under the circumstances.

Location was good for the city life, good parking on site, Tesco Express nearby.
Collecting the keys from the ignorant storekeeper across the road. No glasses other than tumblers.

Never stayed here as got moved to different property on arrival - I have no way to provide a review directly on the property I did stay at in Albion Gate, which was poor besides the location. So I liked the location of the Albion Gate property but never saw the inside of the Merchant city flat I had booked. The agents were responsive.
the Albion Gate property was on the ground floor and had poor natural light also due to the fact that it was overlooked from the main street so the blinds had to stay down. There was no table and no chairs. The fridge was smelly. The bathroom was cold as the radiator was broken (and dirty). There were no instructions about anything requiring to and fro with the managing people. There was nothing remotely "executive" about the place. I was also made to pack in anticipation of a move that did not happen. I left early.

I had to book at the last moment , after I reached Glasgow, long story,,, anyhow, once I booked the apartment through booking.com, I was amazed by is how fast I got the response from the landlord (Rishi), not to mention how easy to commute with him.. I appreciatethat
quite nothing!

Location
It was not the apartment we had booked. We were told there were issues with heater at original place....it seems reading other reviews they have used this line before. They wanted 300 pound security which we did not know about beforehand. The apartment was very dirty. The hot water failed and Rishi told us how to fix it but we had to contact him over this and also wifi details. He claimed to have sent link to explain these things but it would not open so we did not know. From the original site on Booking.com we expected better for what we paid. I’m sure owner will criticise my comments as he has done to previous reviewers but the bottom line is we got a very poor quality apartment for what we paid.

Property needs a heated towel rail and an oven glove

Good location for my needs. Tesco Express right next door was very convenient with superfriendly staff. Near Glasgow Green for my morning run.
Bathtub could use bar to hold onto when climbing out of the high tub, especially for us no longer young folks.

Nice, clean, big enough, well equipped apartment. All we needed for our stay in Glasgow. City centre location! Everything you need is just few steps around.
We had some problems with parking (parking lot was not available and the street parking was full). Collecting the keys was not smooth, but Rishi was replying quickly and we handled it quite fast.

We had to change our apartment to just around the corner due to repairs needed. It was a very nice apartment in Parsonage Square. Good location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and Glasgow Central Station but in a quiet apartment complex. Clean, good kitchen and comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and homely. The owner was very friendly and helped us with any issues.
We did have an issue with the heating, but the owner was very responsive and sent us up a heater straight away. It was outwith their control and we appreciate that.

Location for me was great as its quite near to Celtic Park, also opposite a Celtic Pub.
The bed and the pillows especially were very comfortable.
Nice walk-in shower.
I found the hob a bit tricky to turn on.

Rishi was a brilliant host
Oven was broken on arrival. although we were offered to have this fixed during our stay. we declined as we did not think we would need to use it but fully believe that it would have been quickly fixed

Was not clean - very dusty, and carpets not clean, hair everywhere. Washing machine was disgusting and needs cleaned out.
Poor kitchen cooking facilities - no pots and pans for day to day cooking. Limited utensils.
No clothing rack for drying washing.
Bathroom light not working.
Car parking facilities a distance away, in dark car park.
