Enjoyed our stay...a bit outdated...furniture a bit worn out

Loved the balcony and view...we were on the 5th floor Convenient to downtown Clean...sheets smelled fresh Fridge was clean See through elevator

Could have had extra dining chair already there...I had asked ahead of time...asked twice more Beds and pull out couch not the most comfortable AC was a bit cobbled together and noisy No coin changer in the laundry room...take a roll of quarters

I liked the location and price of the condo.

The condo wasn’t that clean unfortunately. The shower curtain had mildew on it and the other bathroom had a bracelet from another tenant

Peaceful

The condo was clean and quite. Good water pressure. Also the owner was very responsive, the elevator was broke when we arrived sent a text and got a response almost instantly. The location is good if you don't mind walking. Also there is plenty of parking. The fireplace was nice. Also nice size balcony, it was just alittle to cold to enjoy it.

The parking spaces were tight if you have a bigger vehicle. The beds were not very comfortable to us. In the king size bedroom the blinds did not block out as much light as would have like.

Location was going but we had a bear outside that kept us from coming and going some

When I got there the first condo we were getting wasn't cleaned yet when we went in and the one we got the tv and remotes didn't work batteries were dead and the tv in bedroom kept messing up and then the fireplace had to be fixed and to charge so much they should have made the place look alittle better like the wires running down the walls from the tv and the fire place and then the hot tub didn't work are wasn't uncovered at all why we were there just alittle sad with the place the way it was

The location was excellent with a wonderful view of downtown and mountains from the nice balcony. If you’re accustomed to walking, most of the attractions, downtown shops, wineries and distilleries were within walking distance.

Although the condo was cozy, it was a bit outdated and kitchen was not very well equipped. The linens were nice but mattresses, not so comfortable.

Water dripped in tub non stopped light bulbs needs changing half were out. Cobwebs and dusty. Could be cleaned better.

Like the location. The inside was beautiful nicely decorated. The staff was friendly.

Condo was clean, but definitely needs updating.. Missing trim, light switches don't work, air conditioner needs updating.. This condo is very dated..

The location was very good, just a few steps from the attractions, the place was very comfortable and clean and the balcony allowed us to enjoy breakfast with a view of the mountains. I loved it, I think we will be back.

Wonderful

The size of the condo was perfect for a group of 5 very nice and clean all the amenities you could ask for the pool was perfect for us to use was very quite no disturbances the view overlooking all Gatlinburg was breath taking

The parking was a little tight and unless your up for a good hike the location was a little out of the way was just easier to cut our losses and pay to park in town

I have stayed at this property but in a different unit. I like the location a lot.

This unit had very dirty carpet. The soles of my cream colored house shoes were dark brown after walking on it. There were pieces of trim thru out the condo not connected to the walls. They would fall down frequently. Kitchen & bathrooms mainly. The king bedroom the bed squeezed so loudly when you got out of it, it woke the person in the 2 nd bedroom! I’ll stay here again but not in condo 510.

Great location!

The location was the best thing, located right where the strip starts, no need to drive if you’re staying in Gatlinburg and you can actually take scenic back roads to miss the main traffic. The condos are a nice size and the balconies are really big. I would stay there again.

Exceptional

The view was amazing and perfect distance walking distance from everything down town. Without being right in the strip. Just loved it.

Needed to have a few extra towels and blankets.

This was by far the best property I have stayed at! We travel a lot, but this condo was everything it was described to be and more. The owners were extremely friendly, the view was amazing, and the condo itself was great. Will definitely stay again!

Condo 510

The Balcony

This Condo is very outdated, it was dusty and needs a paint job. The furniture is old and scratched up. The bed springs or frame makes a loud noice. The electric outlet cover that’s on the wall under the fuse box in the kitchen was missing which is a serious safety hazard. The refrigerator gasket on the bottom of the door was hanging off causing a small water leak. In the living room one outlet cover was pulled from the wall & hanging. Some of the electric plugs (top plug) didn’t work. There’s a lot of clutter around the condo (such as paint cans and old bathroom items under the vanity, boxes in the closet, a picture under the bed).
