Would 100% recommend!! Excellent food, room and staff:)

Absolutely everything! The bed was really comfortable and the room was super spacious with lots of storage options:) The bathroom was also very big and so was the shower. We loved the rustic style of the hotel and that it’s located right in the city center. There’s a supermarket right around the corner and many good restaurants are only a few steps away. But what we liked most about our stay was the hotel staff! They were always super friendly, helped us with everything and were always extremely patient with our little spanish☺️The breakfast was very delicious and I would strongly recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant because the cook is really good!! We really couldn’t have had a more pleasant stay:)

Our room was beautiful and spacious with a lovely hammock to relax in. The hotel itself is in a stunning old building, and the staff were really friendly. They even opened the bar for us when nobody else was around 🙂

Superb

Beautiful hotel, with beautiful and large rooms. Big and filling breakfast. Personnel was also really nice. Super large, comfortable bed.

You have to request a hot shower and it only lasts 5-10 min. Our first evening we requested around 6.30pm and we never got hot water even after asking 2 more times. The second day we requested a little earlier and we did have about 10 min of hot water. In a place that's this cold, you should really be able to take a hot shower. We were very happy with everything else so the shower situation was a shame.

The hotel was incredible! The highlight of the hotel was how accommodating and friendly the staff were. One of the best hotel experiences I've had!! The architecture of the hotel was beautiful and felt very homey.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel, nice room, good restaurant, very good message (for extra price of course, but it wad worth it), good parking, very close to the main park, they also did our laundry there and brought it to the room.

First night we checked in around 8pm and no one told us you need to ask for hot water in the shower in the evening so we did cold shower. During the day you have hot water without the need to ask. Also the room was a bit cold.

The person who greeted us the night of our arrival was not very helpful or interested in providing us assistance to reach some outdoor activities popular in town.

A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN SUESCA

What I like the most is the property location, in Suesca's main square, near to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The hotel is a beautiful old, well-maintained house. Rooms are ample, clean, and comfortable. The property has a convenient restaurant and bar. It is a perfect place for families and couples. Suesca rocks and Nemocon salt mine are close beautiful natural tourist spots.

Rooms are quite cold at night, it would be a good idea to be prepared carrying warm clothing.

The best option at Suesca

Everything is great at the hotel: the staff, the facilities, it’s so clean and comfortable. The bar is perfect, with a fireplace and a couple of cocktails you can have a good close of the day

Receive an answer via phone or the booking chat is so hard, they don’t answer fast. If you want to have an answer is better that you call. However when the rest of the positive things you forget this issue
