SUMMARY
This one bedroom historic apartment is set apart from all others as it is the only one of its kind right on the world-famous Santa Fe Plaza. Built in the late 1800s, this upstairs apartment is freshly remodeled and decorated with a reverence for Santa Fe's history.

LIVING AREA
A thorough collection of local art and artifacts that enhance the New Mexican atmosphere, a big picture window overlooks La Fonda and the Cathedral. The sofa converts into a queen-size sleeper for additional guests.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook any meal, and is adorned with hand-painted cabinets. The dining area seats four, and is adjacent to the living room.

BED AND BATH
The king size bedroom features a large skylight and an additional TV. The renovated bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower and a gorgeous modern glass bowl sink.

- Two Casitas is proud to partner with the La Fonda hotel across the street, which offers complimentary parking in their 6’ 6” maximum clearance garage. This is the best place to park in all of Downtown Santa Fe!
- This one-of-a-kind apartment is located right on the Plaza in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. The bells from Santa Fe’s famous Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi can be heard from the home, along with some street noise.
- This home is cooled by an evaporative cooler rather than traditional AC. These systems are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.
- The fireplace is decorative only and can not be used.
- This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee. Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.
- The outside of this home and the hallway of the building are monitored by security cameras.

We had an awesome girls trip celebrating my daughter’s birthday and this super cute little apartment. The location was great just down the steps and you are right in the middle of all the action! Please note you are in the street so there will be a little traffic noice and church bells ringing. This did not bother us at all. We had everything we needed, apartment was adequately equipped. Only negative is the sleeper sofa mattress really does need to be replaced, the end sloped down pretty bad. All in all it was an awesome stay!

Well appointed apartment in the center of Santa Fe within walking distance of all the attractions. 1/2 block off Santa Fe Plaza. Very comfortable, great customer service. The only downside is a bit of evening and nighttime noise from old cars cruising downtown.

You couldn’t be more downtown. The location is perfect for all activities. The parking arrangement is amazing and it was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Great kitchen to prepare meals and awesome living room to relax in. Very good communication and easy to manage.

Property was fantastic - the place was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Parking across the street in the garage was simple. It's true that there's some street noise from loud cars in the evening - during summer months if AC is needed, a white noise machine may be helpful.

It’s hard to believe that a property like this can be so close to The Plaza and all the attractions, but feel like you are alone in the middle of nature. Every night during our stay, we lounged on the patio next to the fire pit with a pitcher of margaritas, and watched the sun go down below the mountains. Everything was 100% luxury, and the staff was great to work with.

Plaza Casita could not be better located or appointed. And it is very reasonable, too. To have that location and also have a kitchens so not all meals have to be out, is wonderful. This is our third stay with Two Casitas and we could not be happier!

We were surprised by how much we enjoyed Plaza Casita. We would stay again! Lighting in the kitchen was not working and needs to be checked. However, we were not cooking! Also, the Door to the hallway from the master br could be more secured for a sense of safety. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location to explore the Santa Fe Plaza and nearby locations. The Two Casitas is extremely clean and inviting. Close attention has been given to the entire living arrangement: colors, lighting, furniture, and the art. Loved the cozy bed!!! No drip coffee maker, toaster oven broken, both replaced the next day. Breaker trip while using stove, resolved in a hour by calling owner of Mgmt company. Trouble with cable, don’t like direct TV, Mgmt did best they could. Needs new living room chair a little broke down and uncomfortable for a 5 star rated place, couch was great. Love location and old world feel of area. Would put up with these minor issues to stay again.

This second-floor walk-up unit is beautifully decorated and the very comfortable bedroom in back is quiet, away from street noises. In the middle of a very walkable downtown, near galleries, historic sites, museums, restaurants, parks. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, interesting decor, free parking included across the street with easy out-and-in. Hope to return.

Management was communicative and emails were friendly. We plan to stay with Two Casitas again when we return to Santa Fe in a few months.

Beautifully styled apartment just off the Plaza - easy walk to shops, restaurants and museums (when they’re open!). Warning for non- morning people - the cathedral bells start at 7 am. The apartment is small, so better for just 2 people. At check in, the DirectTV wouldn’t work. We called for help, and within 10 minutes the management company had DirectTV on the line to help us get it working. They were not as responsive on the weekend. You have to call to have someone remove the trash, and no one answered the phone and the voice mailbox was full. Not ideal.

Literally across the street from the La Fonda on the plaza. Great apartment/Casita with plenty of room for a couple. Parking included at the La Finds with in and out privileges. Excellent communication from the owner—we received two emails from them before we arrived and another when we arrived with contact information should we have needed anything.

Was very pleased. A bit noisy at night which I was prepared for and since I live in a rural area it was invigorating to a point. There were some vehicles that spent an hour or so each night @drag racing” loudly down the street repetitively which was a bummer. But I would stay here again - so it wasn’t that bad. All in all - just a great experience.

Everything was better than hoped for. We will definitely stay with Two Casitas again. Thank you for the 10% discount. Our three suggestions for the apartment for the next guests: 1) Battery operated candles were a great alternative to the fireplace that cannot be used. However they either had dead batteries or did not work. We used our own for one of them. 2) It’s fun to be right on the Plaza and watch the street below, however the windows were so dirty that we literally tried to clean them with some paper towels. 3) We switched out an accent lamp from the bedroom with the little living room lamp. It was quite dark in the living room. Please know that these are small suggestions and in no way took away from a fabulous experience. We loved your attention to detail and thought you might appreciate the feedback.
