This beautifully decorated retreat boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and stunning views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean with access just steps away. The master suite features a king-size bed for ultimate comfort, while the guest bedroom offers two twin-sized beds perfect for friends or family. With a cozy pull-out sofa in the living room, our condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Immerse yourself in island living with direct beach access, and unwind on the spacious balcony.

BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA, BEACH TOWELS AND A COOLER ARE PROVIDED!

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. The premier item was the spectacular view of the ocean. The weather was grey and rainy 5 days during our stay but we truly enjoyed the great restaurants of Amelia.

My wife and I spent seven wonderful days at this beautiful property. We loved everything about our stay. The view is amazing and two living room chairs swivel to provide views of the ocean. The property has comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella for use. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. The bed in the master is comfortable. The décor throughout the property is great and put us in that beach vacation mode as soon as we walked through the door. Walking distance to the Salt Life and The Sandbar and easy access to downtown Fernandina Beach.

We had an amazing week staying here at Oceans of Amelia. Our family of 4 enjoyed every second! The condo is exactly as shown and described, and was very clean (and I'm picky!). Everything was well-stocked, including beach chairs, cooler, and toys for the kids. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. We had fun swimming and finding shells and shark teeth. The location is wonderful, too. It was quiet and not crowded, but very close to activities and restaurants. We rented bikes for the week, which could be kept right in the parking garage, and were able to ride to restaurants, putt putt, Fort Clinch, and Downtown Fernandina easily, even with our kids. We would definitely recommend this place! We always choose a different place for each visit, but this is the first time we are seriously considering coming right back here again.

This condo was simply amazing! It was very clean to the point of being sanitized. Beautifully furnished, well equipped, updated stainless steel appliances and anything/everything else you can imagine. Top it all off with a nice balcony and a breathtaking beach/ocean view! The VRBO pics are exactly what you get...and more! Under roof parking was a plus! Important, but unmentioned amenity, is an elevator! Suffice to say we will return next year!! Compliments and big thank you to the owner, cleaning crew, and on site (ERA Real Estate) management team!

We rented the condo for last week not really knowing what to expect as we'd never been to Fernandina Beach before. The listing was 100 percent true. Absolutely beautiful condo with all the items you could need and the views out the huge windows were to die for! The beach wasn't crowded at all and the people we did meet were so nice and friendly that I didn't want to leave! We were worried about the parking based on a previous review but our jeep grand cherokee L (3rd row ) fit just fine 🙂. All in all if we decide to return to Amelia Island we would definitely rent there again!

This condo is in a well-maintained, low-key 3 story building right on the beach with a gorgeous ocean view. The neighborhood is friendly and unpretentious. It has a bit of an “Old Florida” feel. The historic downtown area is 2 miles away and the Fort Clinch State Park is about a half mile away, with excellent walking and biking trails. The unit itself is well appointed and kitchen had a good supply of pans, utensils, etc. (although there was only one dish towel for the kitchen). We felt that the unit was perfect for a couple, with a small and basic second bedroom. It was quiet and private during our stay in mid-February which is probably not quite the high season. We had no contact with the owner, but staff at the on-sight management office were friendly and helpful.

This was the perfect family vacation. We stayed here for 4 days. It was clean and very well decorated. Very comfortable! We had everything we needed and then some. The view is stunning and the beach is beautiful. We went to the beach every day at least twice a day. We will definitely be back!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is very tastefully decorated and has everything you’d need for a week’s stay. The view is amazing and it felt almost like we had a private beach! We also enjoyed watching out for shark’s teeth (which we did find), sea turtles and dolphins and took advantage of the short ride into historic Fernandina. The rental office staff was very friendly and helpful.

The owners have done a wonderful job with the furnishings and remodeling of this condo, and the kitchen especially is lovely and well-equipped. However, whomever was in charge of cleaning was not thorough, and there are certain things that should not be overlooked. There were some crumbs left on the living room floor from previous renters, fingerprints all over the master bath white vanity, streaks of urine down the front of the master toilet, stains on towels and sheets, and finally, multiple strands of human hair on the white master sheets. By the time I found and removed the FIFTH piece of hair (which should have been noticed by the person putting the sheets on!) I decided to just sleep in the second twin bed in the guest bedroom with my daughter. I notified the office staff member about these issues, but these are such easy cleaning problems to correct. Because this place is so beautiful at first glance, it's a shame when the cleanliness is not up to par.

If I can take this opportunity to say how wonderful this property was, I would love to do that. We had a very relaxing "girls weekend". I would also, however, mention that our only struggle with this unit were the beds. The king was great only if you really like a firm mattress. The twin mattresses could use updating. I hesitate to mention this because this unit was amazing in ALL other respects! We loved it!

We rented unit 215 and from the start all was great. Then manager of the units Karen started us off with a great personality. She gave us all the information needed for the unit and even shared places to eat. We took her advice and the places were fantastic. The unit is more than the pictures show. Sun rises right in front of the unit. We like it so much we booked it again in August. Just a shout to the owners great taste.

4 best girlfriends had a fabulous week in Amelia Island at this lovely home! We could walk to the beach and the historic shopping district was only 5 minutes away! The home was decorated beautifully and had everything you could want to enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, but we did have beach days, albeit they were cloudy days!
