About this house rental
Our corner home sits on a tree-lined block within a family neighborhood with two private parks and walking paths. While snow-capped peaks can be enjoyed from our windows, the home is conveniently located in town on the desirable Westside.
It felt like home when we walked through the door of this warm, inviting house. It has a bright, open floor plan where we could interact with our family and friends while preparing meals. The five bedrooms are all upstairs where our entire family could all be together and still restful if entertaining is going on downstairs. Our light-filled home also has a game room with Wii, board games and preschooler toys. Our garage fits one large vehicle and still has enough room for a game nook filled with a large air hockey table with table tennis top as well as an additional foosball table. The house itself is on a corner and backs into a community open space so it's more private when we BBQ and enjoy our flat, fenced backyard.
Our spacious 3300 sf home is central to Bend's many amenities. Phil's Trail, a mountain biking Mecca, is just seven minutes away past Mount Washington and Skyliners Drive, the main cross streets of our neighborhood.
Broken Top Country Club and golf course is adjacent to the neighborhood off of Mount Washington Drive. The Bend Athletic Club is six minutes away on Mount Washington. Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway (Century Drive), the gateway to Mount Bachelor, is also off of Mount Washington Drive. Skiing and recreational areas at Mount Bachelor can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
Historic Downtown Bend is just over five minutes away by car and within easy walking or biking distance. The Old Mill District, which has a spectrum of dining, entertainment and shopping opportunities is also only minutes away by car. The Southern Crossing bridge which links us to Old Mill also leads to the Deschutes River.
Within two minutes are neighborhood conveniences at Northwest Crossing, as well grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and bike and ski shops off of Century Drive and Galveston.
For rock climbers, Smith Rock State Park in Terrebonne is just 45 minutes away.

What a great house for 8 adults and 2 kiddos to stay for a wedding weekend. Large spacious rooms with a great amount of light.

Golf Outing 35
Nice house, nice location. Seven seniors (men 70 to 85). Sleeping accommodations numbers were fine, however, some of the beds need attention. Lumpy mattresses on some, some extremely hard. Hot tub needed servicing - somewhat "green" water - we didn't feel like we should use it.

Lovely home
Very nice and large home with many amenities. Nice comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen has everything you need to cook there if you want, WiFi, several TVs and premium channels. Very good location and walk to NW Crossing for shops and restaurants. My granddaughter especially enjoyed the room full of toys, kept her occupied for quite a while. Only downside for us was air conditioning was out for part of our stay and there is only one bathroom upstairs for the 4 bedrooms. The other bathroom upstairs is in the Master bedroom so really only available to people staying in that room.

Dads and teens trip
After the cancellation of a lacrosse tournament due to COVID 19, we adjusted plans and shifted to a mountain biking and water fun trip. It’s worth noting that the property owners offered us a full refund due to our predicament, but we still wanted to enjoy a vacation and turned it into a mountain biking and kayaking adventure with my friend and our collective four kids. The spacious house was in a great location that allowed for a short ride to Phil’s Trailhead. We will definitely look to return!

Great location. Really clean. Responsive manager.
Felt very homey and had everything we needed for 10 people!
The boys left instructions for a ball game in the garage.
Screw on garage handle fell out.
Overall wonderful place. Would stay there again
Thank you

Excellent!
Worked out great for my extended family to stay here while in town for my daughter's wedding. House was just as shown in the photos - very roomy and comfortable.

Great
Excellent facility with lots of room for a group to do meals and just get together for conversation, games, etc. Good views and close enough to town and facilities.
There could have been better communication with the owners as the date was approaching and afterwards although all went well except for when our refund of the damage deposit. Also it would be handier for me if the first floor had a wheelchair accessable bathroom. There is a facility but the door is too narrow.

Bend family retreat
We loved Vanessa and Jim's property in Bend, which was the perfect getaway for families with young (and I'm sure older too) kids. The home is warm, welcoming and incredibly spacious - and the little touches for kids, from eating utensils, to toys, to board games, to bikes made it relaxing and stressfree as our little ones (aged 6 years to 5 months) were kept busy and entertained. We have always stayed at top notch properties in Bend, and this one was no exception. If you're travelling in a large group with young kids trust me, this is the property for you. Thanks guys for a memorable getaway. We'll be back the next time we're in Oregon.

Great location for a small family reunion
Beautiful open concept living space with plenty of bedrooms to house both adults and kids. Close to Bend and everything outdoors you would want to do. We had a great stay.

Great house, great town, great mountain biking... what more could you ask for?
This home was perfect for our first trip to Bend. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit here. It’s perfectly situated near trails and down town. The home is well appointed and the owners were very responsive & pleasant to deal with. We’ll definitely be returning!

As promised, good size, well-maintained and everything we needed.
Eight mature women hikers stayed a week and the home accommodated us perfectly. It would also be terrific for a large family or two families and children. Kitchen well stocked. owners and caretakers responsive to our inquiries. The location also gave us easy access to town either driving or walking. We would re-book.

Great location. Terrific for large families with small children
We had 8 adults and an infant and a toddler and never felt crowded in this well-appointed and spacious home. The kitchen had everything you could want to cook for a crowd. The biggest surprise was the toys! There were books and a toy room for the little people, air hockey. Wii, and ping pong for the bigger people. This is an amenity I will look for in the future. I never imagined how much it could improve a visit. If we were ever to come to Bend again I would certainly book again. It would have been nice to have an additional bathroom but we made it work.

We had a super experience!
We really enjoyed our stay. Our only suggestion is to add overhead (or area) fans to bedrooms, a little warm in upstairs bedrooms. House was beautiful and had many amenities! Thank you for hosting us!

Nice place in bountiful Bend
Convenient location. Parks about one mile away. Ample space for our party of 7 adults 2 toddlers. Toy room. Fireplace. Noted a broken outdoor umbrella and it was fixed THE NEXT DAY. That doesn’t even happen at my house! As advertised. Even the electric start on the grill worked.

Great location. Perfect for our group.
We had a group of 7 stay at the house. It was perfect as everyone had their own beds. Kitchen was well stocked with items. Location was great - just a few minutes from downtown and the Old Mill District. Owners were friendly and easy to work with. The only minor drawback was the traffic noise in the early mornings on the weekdays (weekends were quiet). We would definitely stay here again.

This home is by far one of the nicest we have stayed in. The common room was wonderful!
We will highly recommend this property to our friends and we hope to rent again with you. It is a lovely home and one of the best stocked kitchens we have rented. And clean. Thank you.

Perfect house for kids/families
This was a wonderful home from our family's stay in Bend. Having a room stocked with toys, and a high chair available really made the stay easier. The home is laid out very well with all bedrooms upstairs. The home is also just a short walk to local coffee shops, yoga, bakeries and the seasonal Farmers Market-all of which we enjoyed during our stay. We will definitely consider this home on our next trip to Bend!

Wonderful place to stay in Bend
The house is very nice and well-furnished. The location is great; really close to Phil's trailhead and to restaurants. A very short drive from downtown. We really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a long day of mountain biking in the beautiful mountains around Bend. The bedrooms are all very comfortable, and the house is very spacious. I will certainly try to rent this house again next time I go to Bend, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a comfortable place to stay in Bend.

Great place for family and friends.
We stayed over labour day and really enjoyed it. The home is well located for shops, easy access to downtown and the old Mill district.
The house itself is large and well kept with ample space to spread out. With multiple entertainment spaces, adults and kids can play.
The hosts are helpful and immediately responsive to queries. They also left a helpful welcome food pack on arrival. The knives and well equipped kitchen is also a big plus.
I'd highly recommend staying.
