La bouilloire fonctionne

Logement à éviter ! Explications : photos de l'annonce retouchés et absolument pas représentatives de l'état de l'appartement (je mets les miennes pour comparaison), délabrés. J'ai réservé l'appartement pour faire du télétravail or il y avait des travaux du lundi au Samedi juste en bas donc bruit insupportable et obligé de rester dedans, très mauvaise isolation aussi à l'intérieur. Fuites et infiltrations d'eau dans les salles de bains provenant des étages au dessus, qui fuit dans la journée et résonne dans la chambre. Pas de piscine ouverte comme indiqué sur l'annonce, pas de savon/shampoing, pas de pression dans les douches, évier bouché et un autre siphon qui fuyait, canapé sal, trou de cigarette dans les coussins, clim ne fonctionne pas bien, appartement sans aucun charme! Le jour de la sortie, la femme de ménage sonne à 10h30 pour faire le ménage puis re-sonne de manière insistante à 11h30 alors que l'heure de départ indiqué par airbnb et approuvé par message avec le responsable était de 12h.

Advertised as a lovely apartment when in reality apartment has not been looked after at all ❌

It was very easy to collect keys as the lovely caretaker Lahcen greeted us and showed us to the apartment Property is in a good location

Lots of issues within the apartment: At no point, did it state on booking.com that payment was made at the apartment. We arrived at the apartment to be told payment needs to be made via cash or paypal. As tourists who have just entered the country, we definitely did not have that kind of cash Apartment was advertised as having an indoor pool. No where on the booking does it state it is closed for half of the year so that was a big disappointment We got into the apartment Friday and as a group of 4 we were left with 2 toilet rolls for 5 nights On the Saturday, I requested for more to Which the owner said they couldn’t until tomorrow because there is no maid I had to then push for toilet roll!! As we did not have enough for our 5 nights and the kind caretaker dropped some off Lahcen was great, however, did not understand fluent English so it was hard to communicate. When I messaged the apartment owner he responded “Call Lahcen mate, I can’t keep assisting you from here” The apartment is spacious and has a lot of potential but unfortunately is so poorly maintained 1. Advertised as 2 toilets however, 1 was broken 2. One sink in the bathroom does not drain and previous dirt kept coming up 🤮 3. Really poor wifi 4. I specifically asked about Netflix as we had a young adult with us- was told they had Netflix but it didn’t even work 5. Curtain Pole in the second bedroom was broken and hanging on by a thread. Had to sleep the other way as risk of it falling on a head! 6. Towels all dirty with blood stains (I took pictures) 7. No duvet covers on bedding?? Again blood stains all over- honestly quite disgusting

Big apartmant with air condition and swimming pool downstairs

some furniture is damaged and the showers in the 2 bathrooms leak and don't work well. also in the master bedroom beware of the bed because it is protruding and dangerous and if you touch against it you will hurt yourself as happened to me

Great apartment with balcony

Very clean, great heating as it was very cold, good location and very modern with good facilities. Showers were fab and there are takeaways etc withing walking distance

Not good but not terrible.

It was pretty large, and the kitchen was equipped with appliences. Its not too far from the centre but there arent many supermarkets around.

Almost everything was broken in general, the shower, the soap dispensers, even the bin. When I informed the owner about the empty and broken shampoo dispenser he just sort of agreed, rather than filling it up or trying to fix it. I don't think the apartment was cleaned at all before our stay, I've lost faith in booking.com ratings because this was meant to be really good. I've attached some pictures.

Exceptional

This property is exceptional and it is much better than the photos and description suggest. The location is fantastic, very close to everything but also quiet and with lots of free parking. The flat is extremely well equipped and spacious, plus very clean. The check in process, communication and support throughout was first class. There are also two balconies which are both pleasant in different ways.

My only criticism is that the shower in the main bathroom didn't drain very easily
